• Valeria (1/5): Unsafe, noisy, and lacking basic security and privacy. - Bathroom Everything else was disappointing. The location felt unsafe, the entrance door opens directly onto the street, and the window next to it could not be closed. There was also a camera inside the apartment, which raised serious privacy concerns. Additionally, the place was very noisy and did not feel secure at all.

Ero già stata un anno e mezzo fa e quando sono dovuta tornare a Catania sono subito tornata da loro. Pulita, dettagli curati, i proprietari gentilissimi sempre pronti ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. È a due passi dal centro e dalla movida, ma insieme non in mezzo alla caciara. Intorno è pieno di negozietti, ristorantini e pasticcerie ottime, se uno non ha voglia di cucinare ma la casa è anchr attrezzata in caso uno voglia prepararsi qualcosa. C'è anche un piccolo stendipanni e in dotazione delle ciabattine per chi magari viaggia sprovvisto. Stra consigliata. Nulla

Pomimo początkowych problemów z ogrzewaniem udało się go ustawić, woda pod prysznicem również ciepła Ku naszemu zdziwieniu brakowało czajnika, więc wodę na herbatę grzaliśmy w garnku, jednak nie był to wielki problem dla nas, ale niestety bardzo słychać hałas uliczny oraz klimatyzację z zewnątrz, więc osoby z problemami ze spaniem nie będą miały spokojnej nocy

Gospodarz bezproblemowy , umożliwił bezpłatnie późniejsze wymeldowanie. Gorąco polecam! Trochę nieszczelne okna , przez co hałas od ulicy może trochę przeszkadzać wrażliwym`. Ale reszta rekompensuje tą małą niedogodność.

• Aneta (10/5): Idealna baza wypadowa - Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament. W kuchni były wszystkie niezbędne przybory kuchenne. Wygodne duże łóżko (i nawet łóżeczko dla dziecka). Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, który zapewnił też powitalne babeczki, zapas kawy, herbaty, soczków i mleka w lodówce. Super lokalizacja, bo wszędzie blisko, zarówno na starówke jak i do transportu. Bezkontaktowe przekazanie kluczy również na plus. Okolica może się wydawać średnio ciekawa, ale to pozory, bo niedaleko jest siedziba policji. ;)

• Davide (10/5): - La posizione strategica vicino il centro di Catania, il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare acqua, succhi di frutta, latte, merendine, the' e caffè nonostante non fosse compresa la colazione. La casetta piccolina ma molto accogliente e curata nei dettagli. Comodissimo il fatto che si trovi a piano terra ed è circondata da svariati negozi, pizzerie, locali e ristoranti. Consiglio personalissimo: pizzeria "Le tre farine"

• Aleksandra (8/5): Było nam bardzo przyjemnie serdecznie polecam. - W mieszkaniu było bardzo czysto. Doskonała lokalizacja blisko do ciekawych miejsc, dworca. Mieszkanko było wyposażone we wszystko czego potrzeba . Przeszkadzał mi jedynie brak możliwości otworzenia okien na parterze i wpuszczenia dziennego światła. Drzwi zewnętrzne są jednocześnie oknem.

• joris (5/5): redelijk. Zie bovenstaande punten - Het is een compleet uitgeruste studio die goed gelegen is, een minuut of 10 lopen naar het plein in het centrum. Alle nodige zaken zijn aanwezig. Na eerst te zijn opgelicht door de taxichauffeur(40 euro voor 5 km)...Wat tegenvalt zijn een paar dingen, alleerst heeft de host vermeld in een gesprek dat alles op de begane grond is omdat mijn moeder van 83 slecht kan traplopen, dat is een leugen want het bed is alleen te bereiken met een trap, dit was dus gewoon een volledige onwaarheid. Ten tweede kwamen we om 22.00 aan op het adres, maar we konden het goede huis niet vinden helaas. Blijkbaar had de host me via whatsapp om 21.00 die avond (een uur voordat we dus aankwamen daar)een bericht gestuurd met hoe de procedure is om binnen te komen. Mijn telefoon deed het niet, dus ik kon de whatsapp niet openen en wist dus helemaal niets wat te doen om de sleutel te bemachtigen en te vragen waar de studio uberhaubt is. Toen heb ik om 22.30 h met de telefoon van moeder(die deed het gelukkig wel)geappt hoe we moesten lopen, maar hij weigerde pertinent vragen te beantwoorden, we moesten eerst van ons allebei foto's van onze paspoorten sturen alvorens hij de procedure en codes gaf. Voor het beeld....we stonden dus laat in de avond op een megadruk plein foto's van onze paspoorten te maken, niet een fijn gevoel.Ik probeerde te bellen om antwoord te krijgen maar ik werd tot 2x toe weggedrukt, als 1 minuut later een behulpzame(gelukkig) passant ons helpt en hetzelfde nummer belt neemt hij gelijk op en die man heeft ons naar de studio geloodst, dus zonder zijn hulp was het gewoon een drama geworden.Het feit dat de host ervan uit gaat dat ik sowiezo whatsapp gebruik en dat ik internet heb vind ik sowiezo bizar. Dit is echt beneden alle peil wat betreft menselijkheid en professionaliteit. We zijn enorm teleurgesteld in de attitude die de host had. Alle problemen die we hadden zijn te bewijzen met screenshots, 1 heb ik bijgevoegd waarin hij beweerde dat alles op de begane grond is.

• Elissa (4/5): A bit shady, wouldn't come back - We bought it as a one night stay since we had a late night flight and needed a place till the next day when we headed to another city. The location was good for us because it was close to the flix bus but I wouldn't say it felt very safe, I would sum it up as decent. The place was spacious and well organized, but something weird that happened was we realized there was a camera put up in the kitchen/ lounge area which, if you for example left the bathroom open or anything the camera was sort of pointed so it could see. It was a bit weird and also we didn't expect it so from this point of view I really wouldn't recommend it. More on that note, the host texted us that the cleaning person will come at 11 and when we arrive from the supermarket it wasn't yet 11 and they were both in (the host and the cleaning person) and the door was open to the street with all of our language inside, I feel like it would be at least the host should have asked us, not completely enter and start cleaning even before the time we were notified they are going to come. I wouldn't really recommend this place.

Die Lage ist für den täglichen Bedarf besonders günstig, Bushaltestellen und Bahnhof sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Der Eigentümer hat außerdem mit Bedacht eine Kaffeemaschine, Kaffee, Tee, kleine Kuchen, Getränke und Milch vorbereitet. Es fühlt sich wie zu Hause an! Besonders empfehlenswert für Besucher von Catania. Draußen ist es nachts sehr laut

This is a great cozy two-floor apartment with everything you need, including the kitchen. Perfectly located, Perfectly clean, perfectly romantic. We absolutely enjoyed it. • Liana (10/5): Lovely property with an amazing host! - Lovely apartment with an amazing host. We arrived earlier and the host texted me and asked me if I wanted to check in earlier! The apartment is very clean with all amenities, located in a very nice area next to a playground. Also, the host sent me all relevant instructions for check-in along with pictures. Book it now without any hesitation and you will love it!!
• Aristomenis (8/5): Highly recommended for couples or families with a child. - Comfortable and modern space, snacks and water provided and overall pretty clean. Also the house is baby friendly. Place was pretty noisy.
• Bogdan (7/5): 1 night in Catania - Everything necessary was there, fridge had water and juice as well as some small sweet things for breakfast, has a babycot. The apartment is nicely decorated and taken care of. Self check-in was organized in a nice and easy way. Most importantly, the noise isnulation is not good: the street noises disturbed us until 3 in the morning, but that's understandable, because the apartment is located in one of the major streets of Catania. However, some sick person in the apartment next door was doing reparations in the middle of the night: we could hear hammer and other electric instrument applied to the walls. That is really very disturbing! I think the quiet hours should be enforced even in Sicily. The water drain in the shower was not good, also there was some smell in the bathroom. Also I think there is some problem with bugs in Catania, because we found 3 large dead bugs n the floor, but I think that's being treated by some fumigating repellent inserted in one of the outlets. But if you have fear of insects, maybe don't stay there.

• Tom (9/5): Superb - We had a very pleasant stay in the apartment of Cosimo. The Check-in was very smooth, there is plenty of parking space literally in front of the apartment. Furthermore, it was only a 5/10 min walk to the city center. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped with everything you would need during your stay. Unfortunately, we only had little time in the city, therefore, it was very convenient for us that there was a good pizzeria in the same street! I would definitely recommend staying in this place, especially if you consider the price!

• Lenka (9/5): Superb - It was our first trip to Sicily, and definitely not the last. Catania is a beautiful city itself, the people are very friendly, and swimming in the sea is within reach. In the evening, it's lovely to stroll around the city and enjoy the great atmosphere. Our accommodation was in the city center. We chose it precisely because of its strategic location, close to the train station, bus station, and within walking distance to the historic center. The owner is truly a fantastic, kind person, who is very helpful in resolving any issues. He even waited for us with his mother, despite us reporting an hour's delay. He handed us the keys and showed us the entire accommodation space. Throughout our stay, we stayed in touch via chat, and he responded immediately, willingly helping with everything. The apartment is very nicely and modernly equipped, everything is clean and tidy. Towels and basic cleaning and hygiene supplies are provided. Everything can also be purchased at a nearby Lidl or Deco store, which is about a 5-minute walk away. We were really thrilled with this accommodation and highly recommend it to all travelers.
