• Isabelle (9/5): - Mooi gerenoveerd appartement alles erop en eraan, let wel niet voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn, je moet namelijk 73 treden nemen op de trap en bij 2 slaapkamers ligt het matras op de grond dat zal moeilijk opstaan zijn. Kunt alleen tv kijken als je eigen tablet/ laptop meeneemt.

• Adam (10/5): Comfortable Budapest experience - I really liked the price/value of this place, for such an amazing price we got an amazing apartment. We also really enjoyed the TV in the apartment because we didn't buy quarter finals tickets for the Starladder Budapest Major so we could enjoy the matches inside. The person I was chatting with on booking was really nice, responded almost instantly and if something was wrong they would instantly give me an idea of what to do. Nothing really. Maybe just a heads up, if you forget to lock the gate there, the neighbour instantly reminds you to lock it. Which I really understand, so nothing wrong.

• Natascha71 (8/5): - Mooi appartement midden in de stad, dichtbij de markthallen en de brug naar 'buda' De bedden waren voor ons best hard en er reed snachts een tram die je best goed hoorde en voelde.
• arantxa (6/5): No repetiría, seguro que hay apartamentos más limpios. - Me gustó que tenía dos baños y como éramos 5 personas iba muy bien. La ubicación es muy buena. Que no tenía ascensor y para subir el primer día con el equipaje es bastante complicado ya que es un segundo piso, con unas escaleras de caracol. Tema LIMPIEZA, estaba MUY SUCIO. Nos encontramos moho dentro de la cafetera, además de que tuvimos que limpiar los filtros de la lavadora y de la secadora porque se paraban. También tuvimos que limpiar el filtro del aire porque se paraba y era por culpa de los filtros, que eso no lo habían limpiado en la vida. Además habían mocos pegados en las paredes de la camas altas, ventanas muy sucias… El check out era a las 10:00 y a en punto llamaron dos personas al timbre con cara de muy pocos amigos, abrimos porque ya estábamos listos para salir con las maletas, pero yo tuve que entrar al baño, ellos no se esperaron ni a que sacáramos por completo nuestro equipaje y se esperaron en la puerta del wc como dos policías a que saliera… la verdad fue bastante desagradable… porque visto lo que limpian no se para que tanta prisa… dejan una toalla por persona pequeña y otra más pequeña tipo vidé. Y únicamente dos pastillas de lavavajillas para 8 días, 5 personas. El papel del wc también insuficiente, tuvimos que comprar. La vecina de la puerta de al lado muy maleducada y de pocos amigos.

• Grainne (8/5): Great location, clean and large apartment. Lots of stairs to the 2nd floor but a great place to share with friends - Good location, secure and good size. Wi-Fi did not work whole 4 days of our stay despite raising the issue immediately.

W niewielkiej odległosci od ulic pełnych restauracji i barów. -klimatyzator działa, ale nie chlodzi - w cieple dni lokal sie mocno nagrzewa, a po otwarciu okien hałas z ulicy utrudnia spanie -troche dokładniej trzeba sprzatnąc łazienke, pozostałe miejsca bez zarzutu -brak miejsca parkingowego - polecamy skorzystac z parkingu hotelu Ibiss, do którego jest 150m, koszt 20e/dobe
• Luis (8/5): - El apartamento está perfectamente amueblado y reformado, las camas son buenas. Está al lado de la primera parada del autobús que viene del aeropuerto, lo que es muy positivo. Hay supermercados y restaurantes muy cerca. Quizás esté un poco lejos del centro, junto al mercado central, a unos 25 minutos andando, pero la comunicación con bus y tranvía es buena. La cafetera no funcionaba y pese a que me contestaron rápido y fueron a verla, no lo solucionaron en ningún momento. Tampoco había ninguna sartén. Es un segundo piso sin ascensor, lo cual tampoco viene especificado, para alguien podría ser un problema.

• Ali (7/5): Fair - It was clean, the location was perfect! - wifi doesn’t reach all of the rooms. - there is no living room, we were a family and we sat in the bedrooms. - there was only 1 AC, 1 of the rooms was burning hot. It was 35*C outside of the house. We kept the rooms open, so that we can benefit from 1 AC, which didn’t provide privacy.

• Rachel (9/5): AMAZING - the apartment was very big and had a lot of space, 2 showers and a big kitchen very close to the to the center and walking distance from the river and a beautiful bridge a grocery store was close by that was open 24/7 the noise from the street was a bit to load(cars. trians...), only if you closed the window it canceled the noise, and there was not much of fresh air to our apartment we needed to go up the stairs, not very ideal for suitcases but mangble

• Danijela (1/5): Everyrhing was really bad!!! - Mistake in reservation, no linen for 5 persons, only for 2. Very dirty, dust everywhere. Not polite at all when I called second time. Neighbors were knocking on the door, trying to get in, ringing the bell. Too complicated with the key! Generally my first and last time to visit Hungary.

• Sneki2009 (9/5): Superb - Location is superb. Apartment is spacious, bathrooms and kitchen are big, everything works. The dishwasher was a great addition. We liked collection of keys from a lock box. Public transport lines are near the apartment. The bedroom to the left from the entrance door was cold. Owners should occasionally inspect cleaning service, apartment is not clean enough, some furniture and appliances were dusty, it was dusty behind the doors and in the corners of the rooms, stains on armchair and sofa...
• Sara (9/5): Nice location and apartment - Great location,on tram and bus lines and walkable to lots of places. The apartment was beautiful with nice big spaces for the three bedrooms. Beds were comfortable which helps a lot. Lovely high ceilings.Unfortunately our teenagers claimed the rooms along with bedrooms on either side of the apartment so hubbie and i were left with the kitchen! The apartment building was beautiful, lovely ironwork and glass windows upstairs on the balconies. Seemed very safe,with a code for the main door, and an iron door to unlock before unlocking the apartment itself. The bedroom to the left when coming into the apartment was freezing. We found a plug in heater that we used almost continually throughout our stay and without that, it wouldn't have been comfortable to sleep in for my teenager. I messaged the owner who said to turn up the thermostat but that would have turned it up for all of the apartment which wouldn't work either. My teen was happy enough with the plug in heater, though it wasn't ideal. There were some very minor cleaning issues, grime around lightswitches in one of the bathrooms and bedroom, dirt on the back of the main bathroom door. While the location is great, and the apartment was 2 floors up, it's also on a busy street so the traffic was a bit noisy at night, even with the shutters but earplugs helped

• Fay (6/5): Great location, spacious apartment, grumpy neighbour. - Location is brilliant. Staff are easy to contact on email and reply to you asap. Spacious apartment, big bathrooms and good shower, everything works. Good sized fridge. Resident next door is not pleasant, as soon as we arrived she came and banged on our door and was rude. We were just chatting in our apartment and she thought we were too loud, it was 5pm. If you have kids or want to play music this is not the apartment for you. Note on door says she will call police and you will be fined if too loud. Not sure what constitutes too loud. Beds are firm and not comfy. Apartment needs a really good clean, floors mopping etc…like a deep clean. Stain on sofa.
