• Michael (10/5): great value for money - excellent value for money. spacious, quiet, good location, clean beds. drinking water dispenser available and water changed when asked. the floor could be cleaned better between guests (felt swept but not washed). the ac is noisy in the bedroom but you can sleep with living room ac on, good enough. when showering keep waiting for the hot water, it will come.

• Víctor Pochat (10/5): Fantastic and restless department to enjoy Isabela island - The apartment was very comfortable for our familiy (2 adults + 2 teenagers). The two bathrooms were very useful for us. We had two air conditioners that were fantastic due to the humid weather. They changed the towels everyday. Nothing, everything was excellent

Nos atendieron muy bien, iban a hacer eso todos los días. Habían unos bichos pequeños en la cocina, pero creo que es normal en la isla.

• Lucia Kryger (7/5): Great location and amenities, but outdated facilities and service issues disappointed - The location is excellent, close to everything, and right across the street from a charming square with small local cafés and street vendors. The bakery in the building is absolutely amazing. The air-conditioning in the living room was a lifesaver, especially on hot days. It was also a lovely touch that the accommodation provided a complimentary shuttle from the pier to the apartment. The bathroom and kitchen are quite outdated and show significant wear. The utensils were a mismatched collection of spoons and forks. Unfortunately, the popcorn maker in the kitchen didn’t work. The staff was not very responsive; we had to request drinking water and toilet paper multiple times before they were replenished. The air conditioner in the bedroom was noisy and didn’t cool the room effectively. Additionally, there was only one mirror in the bathroom connected to the bedroom, while the bathroom in the living room didn’t have a mirror at all. For the return trip to the pier, we were quoted $10 for a ride that took only five minutes.
• Janet (9/5): Excellent place to stay with very supportive host - Good location free pick up from the port helpful host who organised ferry tickets as well. Clean spacious apartment handy to shops and bakery. Rented bikes and snorkel gear downstairs It was noisy with music at night but not the fault of the owners.
• Hannah (10/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Apartment und man ist in ca. 20 Minuten am Time Square. Die Wohnung war sauber und geräumig. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist unbeschreiblich! Das einchecken lief reibungslos, wir waren zunächst etwas verwirrt, da wir keinerlei Informationen außer die Adresse zu einem Apartmentkomplex hatten aber auf Nachfrage unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer hat man uns direkt versichert, dass wir die Zugangsdaten bis zum einchecken per Mail bekommen. So war es auch und wir kamen problemlos rein. Alles in Allem eine Top Unterkunft!

• Ana (10/5): Amplio y cómodo departamento - Todo está limpio, cerca al centro, un apartamento súper grande con cocina en dónde puedes preparar lo que desees, al frente queda un mercado que venden productos frescos de la zona y tienen una sala súper cómoda para descansar y pasar tiempo. Recomendado, excelente.

• María José (9/5): Staff siempre atento y comunicativo con el huésped, te hacen sentir cómodo y te ayudan en lo que pueda - Tuve un upgrade al hotel san Vicente, un hotel muy hermoso y con staff acogedor que me ayudó con mis reservaciones en tours sin sobreprecio algunos tours estuvieron más económicos que el precio promedio. Lo único malo fue que había reservado este apartamento para tener cocina donde hacer comidas y en el hotel no había ni cocina compartida pero de ahí todo bien, a parte la persona que me hizo el upgrade fue muy comunicativa y me explicó todo a parte de que se mantuvo el precio inicial de mi reserva pese a que el precio por noche en el hotel era superior. Que en el nuevo hospedaje no había cocina

• Meera (4/5): OK - Spacious The apartment doesn’t look like the pictures. It is very dated. Needs a deep clean. No one to collect us from the ferry port as we were told there would be, we even waited for 10 minutes.

The floors were dusty and there were some tiny ants in the apartment.

Las camas súper cómodas. Dos servicios sanitarios. Relación calidad-precio excelente. No tengo quejas sobre este hospedaje. Me encantó.

• Aja (8/5): Big apartment - Big and comfortable with great AC. Close to everything with a great bakery right bellow. Free water dispenser. The bedding had some stains. No trash bins for recycling. Small ants in the kitchen.
• Fadia (9/5): Super dejlig lejlighed - Super dejlig lejlighed, stor, lys, ac fungerede, der var rent vand at drikke, varmt vand i bruseren, og stedet var tæt på alt. Gulvet blev aldrig rigtig rent.
• Enio (10/5): Great Place, affordable price, fully equipped kitchen - At the beginning shows up a few issues but Miss Guerrero offer us very fast solution. Very spacious place, full equipped kitchen and with filtered hot/cold water dispenser... The staff from the Tour Operator who runs the place went beyond service offering us excellent tours deals and bikes for rent and transfer out to the very early ferry too. We tried the apartment for up to 4 persons with a very low average price per night per person. The location is 4 blocks from the ocean front, but it was ok. Suggestion: Book with at least 12 hours from your arrival and/or try a call to let them know about your check in / arrival time.
