• Vera (10/5): Great stay in Zurich - The apartment is great, you have everything you need for your stay. It was also pretty spacious and well organized. It was very clean as well, so it was a pleasure to be there. The only thing that was not great is that it was pretty noisy outside from the traffic, and you can hear it very well in the apartment.

The location was excellent, close to a beautiful park and with many convenient tram services nearby. Despite being well connected, the area was surprisingly quiet at night, which made it very relaxing. The view from the room overlooking the garden was lovely and added a special touch to the stay. The check-in and check-out procedures were smooth, easy, and very well organized. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again. It was all perfect!

Allerdings sind die Möbel in die Jahre gekommen, die Straße sehr laut, auch wenn man Ohrenstöpsel bekommen hat, und die Hausanlage an sich nicht wirklich einladend und gepflegt. Alles in allem waren wir aber durch den zuvorkommenden Service zufrieden. Für einen Städtetrip ausreichend.

• Natalie (9/5): - The bed is comfortable. Shower is good. Handy little kitchen. The names of apartments are too similar, we went to the wrong one. Maybe just number them? That would be better.
• Lucie (2/5): - Unfortunately, this is terrible - the noise is extreme. I live near a major highway, so I am used to noise, but this is on another level. Combined with the mold smell, the place feels like a neglected hostel. I seriously doubt that health and safety authorities, especially in Switzerland, would approve accommodation in such conditions, even for a few nights. I have reported it to the relevant Swiss authority for review. I also feel sorry for students and others with limited financial means who are forced to stay in places like this.
• Perry (9/5): Clean, small and convenient - The property was close the tram stops and several restaurants. Also it was only a few miles from the main train station. The view out the window was blocked by shrubbery and wasn't any place to hang up your clothes.

• David (9/5): Good value for money, was great for a short stay in Zurich for two - The check in process is very well explained, how to find the apartment and parking via email and via Booking, so a process which could have been problematic went down very well! Hosts seemed very friendly. The place could have been a bit cleaner, but when we spoke to the managers and they offered a second cleaning right on the spot, which was nice of them. I refused it because it was clean enough, but the feedback was accepted very well!

There was everything I wanted for any cooking. The check in was very easy with good information on how to enter. There is a supermarket within walking distance. The apartment was quiet I never heard any noise. There was very good communication about leaving. The absence of an easy chair was something I missed. There were stools, but I would have liked a chair. Otherwise noting negative.

Forse la cucina era un pochino troppo piccola. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che dovessi scaricare un app per gestire l'ingresso se non volessi usare le chiavi. La posizione non è delle migliori causa parcheggio dei tram ma l'host ha fornito dei tappi per le orecchie.

There was nobody in the apartment and it was quite hard to find the property. Nowhere it was written that this is El destino apartment. A board with name of property would make it easier to find. We knocked the door of someone and he helped us to get into the apartment. This needs improvement.

I received answers to my questions very quickly. The apartment entry system was easy, and there was a spare key. Our room was downstairs, and we could access the garden and sit at the table outside.The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Everything a guest might need had been thought of. A very high-quality coffee machine, coffee capsules, tea, and chocolate were waiting for us.Everything was ready in the kitchen. There was a kettle, plates and glasses of all sizes, cutlery and knives, bottle openers, wine openers, even wine glasses.The bathroom was spotless, with shampoo and body wash readily available. The towels were thick and of very good quality. It was great that the bathroom cabinet had a two-way mirror, making makeup much easier.The Wi-Fi was excellent. We weren't bothered by noise; in fact, we enjoyed the sounds from outside, as they reflected the flow of life. Transportation to the city center and the airport was excellent. The tram stop was only a two-minute walk away, so transportation was fantastic.A huge thank you to Sonia and Pablo for preparing this beautiful apartment and making our Zurich holiday so wonderful. .

Месторасположение квартиры очень удобное.Трамвайное сообщение с центром очень простое.Советую покупать билет на 24 часа на трамвай и ездить без ограничений. Около дома останавливается 10 трамвай,который идёт из аэропорта и в аэропорт,что даёт ещё одно большое преимущество .

• marcos.pc (7/5): Piccolo appartamento decentrato, ben fornito e con qualche difetto - L'appartamento è piccolo e ben arredato. La posizione non è centrale ma ha soddisfatto le mie esigenze perché dovevo recarmi quotidianamente in una località vicina. Con il tram numero 10 si arriva facilmente in Stazione Centrale e di conseguenza in centro. A disposizione stoviglie, due fuochi elettrici in cucina, frigorifero, micro-onde e bollitore elettrico. Gentilmente Sonia e Pablo hanno lasciato a disposizione delle caramelle, olio ed altri condimenti oltre a dei tappi per le orecchie. Sonia e Pablo sono facilmente accessibili via email rispondendo molto velocemente. La zona non è molto silenziosa, specie nelle prime ore del mattino, per la presenza di un deposito di tram e di una strada piuttosto trafficata attigui. Il bagno è piccolo ed il lavandino minuscolo. Sonia e Pablo sono molto preoccupati di perdere la chiave dell'appartamento e per questo mandano molti messaggi a riguardo.

Thank you for providing olive oil and vinegar! I didn’t really like the basement. I couldn’t find the apartment at first and we met our neighbors she also couldn’t find her room. At first we didn’t find the light so we lived in the dark for 3 days. Only find the switch before we checked out. But it was our fault.

• Jenny (7/5): For New Year’s Eve, it was okay - Very cozy and clean little studio There were a lot of instructions and without the help of other people staying in the same building, we would not have managed to get into the studio. The parking spot was so small that it was extremely difficult to manoeuvre since we have a ‘break’ version of a car.

Excellent room, excellent kitchen with equipments, excellent temperature control, excellent washroom, everything perfect perfect perfect!! Just if possible add single use slippers only if possible otherwise everything perfect.
