I'd definitely stay again. The toilet flush didn't work, so we used the bucket to flush it. And the water coming out if the lower tap to fill the bucket was brown in the beginning. I think no one has been in that room for a while. But the water coming out of the shower head and sink faucet always was clear.

• Lelegard (4/5): - La clim ne se règle pas le chauffe eau est très capricieux le matériel est dégradé il n'y a aucun entretien j'ai payé avant de voir la chambre sinon je ne serai pas rester là télévision était absente seule la télécommande était présente cela compensait la clim qui elle ne se réglait pas il fallait l'éteindre quand il faisait froid et la rallumer quand se réveillait en nage. L'impression de saleté ambiante

Also I booked an AC room but when I reached they provided a Non AC room.When I asked they simply said all booked so unable to understand if I booked who booked in my place. I really felt cheated. They could improve and maintain professionalism.Bathroom flushes was not working but still they provided me that room.

We had a confirmed booking at Vinodhara Guest House, but when we arrived, we were shockingly told that no room was available. They had given our confirmed room to someone else. After a long journey, being denied accommodation despite confirmation was mentally exhausting and frustrating. There was no proper explanation, apology, or responsibility taken. We were left helpless and forced to search for another place at the last moment. This kind of careless and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others not to trust confirmed bookings here.

• Premnath Vetha (3/5): Disappointing experience for the price point. - Location Initially, I was assigned a smaller room than the one I booked / paid for and only got the correct room after pushing back strongly. The room, linen, and bedding lacked cleanliness, and the TV was non-functional. Overall, the stay did not match the price, pictures, or expectations.
