• Syuzanna (9/5): Great room for 1-2 persons if you’re going to walk and explore. - First of all, props to João (the host) for being so nice right from the start. The location was great, instructions easy to follow, right at the heart of Alfama where the famous Tram 28 passes by. The toilet was making noises when flushing. We even thought people downstairs were renovating their apartment because of these noises.

• Elzbieta (10/5): - Zarezerwowane mieszkanie z przyczyn technicznych było niedostepne, ale właściciel zaproponował nam inne mieszkanie Paraíso 42 Simonetti Exclusive Apartments, które bylo wpsaniałe. Kontakt z włascicielem świetny! Wszystko drobiazgowo wyjaśnione, kontakt przez caly pobyt. Widać, że bardzo im zależy by goście czuli się dobrze, byli zaopiekowani i mieli cudowny pobyt w Lizbonie. Jestm ogromnie zadowolona i dziękuję!

• INTELISANO (5/5): - La posizione Nella stanza c’era troppa umidità, nel bagno solo un tipo di sapone, e per quello che abbiamo pagato per una notte secondo me è un po’ troppo poco, almeno far trovare due saponi in doccia, shampoo e bagnoschiuma e un sapone per le mani, però vabbè c’era almeno il regalino all’arrivo

• Caroline (10/5): Cosy apartment with full amenities ❤️ - The room and bed feels luxurious and bathroom very clean. The amenities in the spacious shared kitchen exceed expectations. Full kitchen with coffee and biscuits. The host is responsive and truly goes out of the way to make my stay a cosy and comfortable one. The central location is perfect, quiet in the evenings and walkable to many other areas. Tram 28 passes round the corner 📸 , restaurants and convenient store just steps away. Wish I could stay longer!

• AK (3/5): - I was locked out of apartment for an hour and a half because battery was flat on electronic entry. Also the door handle to my room came off on.my hand each time I opened my door. The battery flat issue really put me off though, completely avoidable and very annoying.
• Christa (7/5): Zimmer mitten in der Alfama - Sehr gute Lage, gepflegt, Zimmer und Bad sehr komfortabel. Das System mit dem Zahlencode gestaltete sich schwierig, erst nach vielen Versuchen klappt es.
• Juana (7/5): Piso compartido - Es un piso compartido con habitaciones. La cama era muy cómoda, La ubicación perfecta para visitar el centro histórico. Todo estaba muy limpio. No sabíamos que era un piso compartido con otros viajeros. No tenía TV en la habitación.

• Maricruz (9/5): - Ubicación perfecta Cama muy muy cómoda Tranquilo, todo perfecto! Nada todo bien! Todo perfecto! Simplemente a modo de sugerencia sería genial tener un colgador de toallas en el baño o la hab para que se sequen bien, o una silla en la hab, aunque hay tendedero pero es común.

• Andrea (7/5): No buena relación calidad-precio - Estaba en el barrio de Alfama así que bastante conectado con todo. La habitación el colchón no era un colchón como tal y mal entendido que el alojamiento era todo para nosotros pero en realidad era una cocina y salón compartidos y solo teníamos una habitación. Aparte las paredes eran de papel se oía todo y el VC hacía un ruido horrible cada vez que alguien de cualquier habitación tirara de la cadena
• Maija (10/5): - Upon arrival, we discovered that the electricity had gone out in the apartment where we had booked our stay. The hosts responded immediately and quickly moved us to another apartment, which turned out to be even more comfortable and in a great location. We were completely satisfied with everything.

• Tobias (8/5): Nettes preiswertes Apartment am Rand einer schönen Gegend - Alles neu, mit Aufzug, nahe an der Metro, nette Cafés in Laufdistanz Leider wurden wir kurzfristig in eine andere Unterkunft versetzt, weil die andere anscheinend nicht mehr verfügbar war. Das Apartment war zwar größer und prinzipiell teurer, aber naja. Dann kamen wir in dem neuen Apartment an, aber es war nicht geputzt und es lag noch alles chaotisch von den Vormietern herum. Also den Vermieter kontaktiert, der auch sofort die Reinigung veranlasst hat, während wir noch was Abendessen waren. Aber auch so gibt’s ein paar Sachen an der Unterkunft: -Ausstattung: Kein Couchtisch, kein Wäscheständer oder Möglichkeiten Handtücher aufzuhängen, keine Ablage,Kommode für Kleidung, keine vernünftige Kommode im Bad, insgesamt wenig Ablagefläche in der gesamten Wohnung, in der Küche fehlen Kochlöffel,Kelle/Nudelzange oder sowas -Bad: sowohl Handtuchhaken also auch Handtuchstange sind wohl nur geklebt und mehrfach abgerissen und es sind halt paar hässliche Flecken -Location: Es ist etwas abgelegener als gedacht, dreckige und verlassene Nachbarschaft, aber dafür nah an der Metro. Nächstes Mal würde ich näher an der 28 suchen. Achtung: Das hier ist eine Rezension für das Apartment in der Rue Paradiso 46

• Maria (6/5): - Localização, limpeza e espaços De não ter alguém para contatar na chegada; ficámos à porta, à chuva, o PIN não funcionava e o nº de telefone fornecido estava desligado... se não fosse aparecer um outro hóspede que nos abriu a porta, teríamos ido embora... Se não fosse por isto, teria sido ótimo! The negative side of this booking was not having anybody to ask for help - on arrival our PIN didn't work, we were left outside on the rain without the means to access the room booked... the mobile phone number given was disconnected... The place was clean, spacious and with a nice environment; but the lack of a contact on arrival or at least, within a phone reach, was disappointing...

The location is perfect walking distance to main attractions - The staff were very helpful getting me in the apartment, it is a little difficult to figure out so they streamlined the process quite well. The beds were comfortable! A little loud but not really a problem for the price :)

• Nelson (1/5): - I didn't get the room I got charged it wasn't a hotel I paid i got robbed they took my money I slep on the street in the rain and still got charged twice I went to the address it was an apartment I didn't get a room number or code to open any door
• fernanda (8/5): Piso impecable y recién estrenado - El piso estaba absolutamente nuevo, la cama muy cómoda, la verdad que dormimos increíble. La ubicación buena. Que al estar recién en proceso de entrega habían ciertas cosas que no funcionaban bien (imprevistos normales, nada terrible) y el ruido en la mañana de gente por el edificio. Pero detalles menores.
• Aleksei (10/5): - The place is completely new. The location of the place if perfect for tourist. It is very close to busy area and 5 minutes walk to the railway station. There are gorgeous churches next to it what you can visit. The apartments are new and we took them, because of the kitchen, maybe because it is too new, but there was no salt of pepper, or oil to make some food.

• Susanne (7/5): Skuffende - Rent og pænt. Pæne møbler. Godt og nyt køkken 100 % selvbetjening. Dårlig/ingen skiltning ved indgangen. 3 besværlige kodelåse for at komme ind. Jeg ankom sent om aftenen og kunne ikke få koderne til at virke. Hjælp fra restaurant og andre lejere fik efter en time døren op. Eget toilet og bad var ikke i forbindelse med værelset, men i forbindelse med fælles køkken. Blev vækket af andre lejere meget sent, de kunne heller ikke komme ind. De kontaktede udleje og jeg hjalp med nøgler. Jeg vil ikke anbefale dette sted og kommer ikke selv igen

• Marion (9/5): Très bien - Logement bien situé pour parcourir Lisbonne à pied. Logement bien décoré, moderne et propre. Les canalisations de la douche peuvent sentir parfois. Il peut y avoir un peu de bruit dans la rue le matin

• KWI RYEO (5/5): - 위치는 매우 좋았습니다. 방 안에 화장실이 없고 바로 옆이긴 하지만 열쇠로 열어서 화장실을 들어가고 나와야 하는 점이 매우 불편했어요. 가성비 괜찮은 숙소라고 느껴지지 않았습니다.
