Room Service is not good , Ketal with coffee , milk bags not given to us after frequent follow up personally to all staff member , breakfast is not served at Hotel rooms , available at 1 km away place at Hotel Vedant and needs to request not to charge it as it is free complimentary breakfast during booking the rooms. Car Parking is not convenient , it is on road which is unsafe.

• Ashish. (1/5): Worst than a highway hotel - New property. I was booked at Saiba Executive. But the owner said all rooms are full and he took me to his new new property Saiba International. All the drama started from there. There was no water in the room for almost 2 hours. Drinking water and pillow was not provided for the children. Bathroom flush was not working. Telephone was not working. Burnt food was served as breakfast that was a part of the breakfast included in the booking. Extreamly rude and unprofesional staff. Their manager told me to take a refund and keep my mouth shut and he even spoke rudely to my wife. The staff fought with me to pay the breakfast bill which was actually included in my booking

• Karan (1/5): Bad - There is no point. When the inside door lock wasn’t working, I asked the reception to check it. They told me that it was fine and that I should leave it as it is, assuring me that no one would come in while we're with family. Additionally, the elevator on the 4th floor wasn't working, and they provided water bottles without seals. It’s total waste of money I paid 4K for only 1day stay
