- Martin (7/5): Good general facilities and nice villas - Golf, cricket, excellent food in the clubhouse. Villa was well kept and clean. Seemed to be lacking some staff as they were always busy with something else and resulted in some wait times for food or drink or services.

- Tanja (2/5): Nie wieder! - Frühstückskarte war so winzig, dass wir am 2. Tag schon nicht mehr wussten was wir bestellen sollen. Im ersten Appartement war eine Klimaanlage ausgefallen und eine 2. hat irre Lärm gemacht, aber kaum gewärmt. Wir waren nach der Nacht total durchgefroren. Sind dann in der 2. Nacht umgezogen. Da liefen die Klimageräte anfangs, aber nach längerer Benutzung haben sich die Geräte in der Nacht aufgehangen und wir haben wieder gefroren. Dann gab es eine Aufforderung zur Bezahlung der Unterkunft, obwohl diese schon bezahlt war und danach wurde mir eine Rechnung mit dem mehr als doppeltem Reisepreis zugemailt, absurd hoch. Und dann ein No-go: Der Handwerker für die Klima kam ohne Klingelnutzung direkt ins Appartement

- maria jose (6/5): Trato nefasto y lugar bonito - El alojamiento es amplio y cómodo, el lugar es bonito Nos hicieron esperar dos horas en recepción para el check in y el trato recibido fue nefasto por parte de la encargada tras expresarle nuestra queja. No se encontraba en su puesto de trabajo y no admitió nuestra queja por la espera, lo que repercutió en no poder disfrutar del tiempo necesario de las instalaciones y alterar nuestra organización.

- Francisco (10/5): Entorno tranquilo y agradable para descansar. - El sitio es espectacular en cuanto a tranquilidad, vegetación, el entorno rodeado de campo de golf, casitas tipo chalets, algún lago, etc. La habitación/apartamento estaba muy bien equipado, limpio, bien cuidado y todo funcionaba perfecto. La recepción de 10, nos acompaño ( creo que era Fran ) a nuestro apartamento y nos explicó todo, en general muy muy bien. Nada, quizás que la recepción está algo escondida, que por si sirve de ayuda está enfrente de los aparcamientos de los buggy de golf.
- Bea (10/5): - Todo maravilloso. El residencial estaba precioso y todo muy bien cuidado. El apartamento estaba reformado y decorado con mucho gusto. El personal super amable. Hemos pasado una semana de total relax y desconexión, ya que está en un entorno muy tranquilo y en coche son 10-15 minutos al pueblo más cercano. Los dos restaurantes son recomendables, con platos ricos y un servicio muy bueno. Repetiremos sin duda. Todo genial, pero para mi gusto las almohadas eran un poco finas.

- Sara (5/5): Normal - la piscina del Club Cocodrilo La piscina comunitaria sucia, llena de bichos y cacas de pájaro, las instalaciones sin más, pero es imposible relajarse en los exteriores por la cantidad de moscas que hay. La piscina del Club Cocodrilo está bien pero tienes que pagar 10€ por hamaca y suelen celebrar fiestas infantiles, lo cual no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina, había 20 niños gritando, salpicando y tirándose a bomba. - ANA (9/5): Lugar perfecto para desconectar! - El apartamento bastante nuevo, amplio y limpio, y muy completo. La hora de salida del alojamiento, 10h, demasiado temprano, y si se tiene en cuenta qué no se puede entrar antes de las 16h, al final se pierde mediodía por los horarios de entrada y salida. Y el primer día sin gel y champú.
- Julio (10/5): - La piscina del club cocodrilo es increíblemente preciosa, de lo mejor que he visto Las comidas de los restaurantes y club, aunque están muy bien y además en el club la chica rubia es extraordinariamente maja, tienen precios bastante elevados, y aparte no están corregidos con las tarifas que tienen en internet.
- Alexandra (8/5): - Nous avons adoré les espaces communs très bien entretenu. Et logements sont parfaitement équipés. Les salles de bain sont très bien aménagées et très belles. Les appartements sont parfaitement prévus pour des familles . En revanche il faut noter que le checkin se fait qu’à partir de 16 heures et les départs à 10h. Nous avons trouvé cette amplitude horaire exagéré. Tardif, à noter que lors de notre arrivée à 16h30, on nous a demandé de patienter 20 minutes supplémentaire car il n’y avait pas assez de personnel pour réaliser les check in.

- Sonia (9/5): RECOMENDABLE - El sitio es muy bonito y el apartamento muy cómodo y bien equipado. Los desayunos en la terraza con vistas al campo de golf una pasada. Tranquilidad, buenos restaurantes. Sabíamos que estaba retirado de la playa, no nos importó aunque puede ser un inconveniente.

- Charlotte (10/5): Such a great place to stay! - The modern two bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen was totally unexpected for the price we paid. Both the pool bar and main restaurant were brilliant for food although neither cheap to eat at. Nothing! I wish the images on booking.com had been of the specific apartment that we booked, then we would have known we would have had a fridge, cooker and a whole spare bedroom and en-suite.

- Lee (9/5): paradise secluded - this location was like driving into a secret world beautiful lush green golf course the reception club house was a fantastic place to chill have a drink and eat an amazing meal the kids loved the koi carp and terrapins I must mention the crocodile club lovely pool and tiki bar and the food was bbq'd and out of this world a must try the accommodation was lovely plenty of room for 3 kids a good place to stay all in The thing we didn't realise was that the site is not a hotel the properties you stay in are basically someones so no generic hotel feel, which is fine however with small children vases books and trinkets are a stress incase they are broken. The only real major issue though was the water pressure was absolutely rubbish so no luxury feel there
- Teresa (9/5): Mejor de lo esperado - Era espacioso, limpio y muy bien equipado, no faltaba nada en la cocina, la televisión muy grande y las terrazas suficientes, con una pequeña piscina para cada grupo de apartamentos. Nada, comimos en la piscina un día, y el personal de diez, si que es verdad que había muchas moscas y alguna gente no era muy educada, pero eso no es cosa del alojamiento, claro..
- María Isabel (8/5): Lugar ideal para desconectar - Excelente apartamento. Teníamos una reserva de apartamento con una habitación y nos dieron uno más grande con tres habitaciones. Muy bien equipado. Las piscinas fabulosas (con un horario amplio). La urbanización es estupenda. Los dos restaurantes recomendables. Muy tranquilo. Lo peor es el acceso al estar en un alto y la carretera ser de acceso muy limitado (no puedes ir a más de 20 km) hace que si estas todo el día la vuelta se hace un poco pesada.

- Raquel (8/5): - El apartamento es muy amplio, bien decorado, limpio y las camas son muy cómodas. En la web ponía oferta de desayuno para reservas de apartamentos en julio y agosto. De lo cual algunos empleados parecen no estar enterados y ponen alguna traba que te incomoda la estancia. La foto que adjunto no es la que había cuando yo estuve. Pero la oferta era destino continental para reservas de en julio y agosto. No les sonaba... En fin...
- Jean-Claude (10/5): - Hôtel Incroyable ! Un cadre whaouuu !!! Le personnel est attentionné et gentil. L'appartement était superbe avec une vue sur la piscine et le désert. Et il y a 2 restaurants dans le complexe qui sont beaux et où la nourriture est excellente.
- Sergio (1/5): ESTAFA AL CANTO,ASEGURAOS DE LAS HABITACIONES QUE OS VAN A DAR ANTES… - NADA… Reservamos para pasar unos días y resulta que cuando llegamos al alojamiento nos encontramos un apartamento cuyas características no corresponden a las fotografías que aparecen en booking,las camas eran de muelles y de 90cm y undidas por el centro del gran uso que ya tendrían…al día siguiente dejamos las llaves a las 9 y abandonamos el alojamiento y habíamos reservado para 5 días y no se han dignado a compensar nada,una gran estafa ya que las fotos no corresponden a lo que ofrecen…muy poca vergüenza el trato al cliente ya que eso es una puñetera estafa.

- MANUEL DE (6/5): Sabor agridulce - Tras pasar el fin de semana en este complejo tengo sentimientos encontrados, por un lado el sitio, una resort muy bien contruido, muy buen gusto con la construcción y el estilo de las casas, jardines, increíble. La casa que nos asignaron de lujo, genial, varias terrazas con increibles vistas, acceso a terraza, salon con chimenea, cocina americana con todos los utensilios, aire acondicionado en todas las estancia, piscina comunitaria... de 10. Pero... en una noche 3 cucarachas... aunque pasaron a mejor vida las 3. Por otro lado tampoco me gusto que tras preguntar varias veces por la salida tardia (ya que fuimos un fin de semana y dejar la casa a las 10 de la mañana un domingo se hace complicado con niños) no fue hasta el dia anterior que nos dijeron que no podia ser. Despues de entregar las llaves pudimos seguir disfrutando de los exteriores pero aun al marchanos sobre las 19 horas, a la casa no fue nadie a limpiar y ordenar para otra entrada ya que desde la ventana se veia que la casa estaba igual que la dejamos a las 10 de la mañana. Un detalle que no nos gustó
