- Silva (10/5): EXCELENTE!!!
- catalina (8/5): Adequate and great location!! The building needs a lot of fixing!! - The location. The apartment is adequate but the bed is too small and too low!! There was too much noise from fixing the building which needed a lot of fixing and the neighbors have a dog which barked a lot!!

- Teresa (9/5): Repetiria - Reacción del anfitrión ante cualquier duda o cuestión. Muy reactivo y colaborador. Excelente
- ERDAL (8/5): We would like to stay again when we come to Madrid. - The apartment is exactly the same as in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. The location is very good. The air conditioner does not heat well and is very noisy, it should be repaired or replaced. The common areas of the apartment need maintenance.
- Elizabeth (8/5): -
- MARIGO (7/5): Very bad sound insulation in between the rooms - Very bad entrance.
Front door lock was not working properly, it was difficult to be opened with the key and also the front door was not closing well creating safety issues
Also broken stair which is dangerous not good lights in the entrance and the entrance walls need paint
- DMITRII (10/5): Visit Dali at the National Museum - Very nice room for the price. A little small, but ideal if you don’t plan to stay at home all day. Should be comfortable for two people as well. Everything is clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. Good location in a quiet area. You can walk to the city center through a beautiful park where you can see peacocks. You can also rent a bike and reach any location in 5–10 minutes.
Very good apartments and location. Theoretically, if you arrive late in the evening, the entrance door to the hall might be closed, and you would need to find a way to contact the property owner to enter. Most of the time it’s open, and if you already have the keys, you can open the hall door yourself (the keys are in a lockbox inside the hall). So, in case of a late check-in, my advice is to contact the property owner in advance to make sure you can get in smoothly.
- Ortiz (8/5): Overall the location was amazing, the staff was very helpful and kind. - Loved the location, right across the street from the park and near a lot of good restaurants. The walls are a little thin, so you can hear neighbors conversations or people in the hallway.
- Olatz (8/5): -
- Franklin (5/5): Passable - Location and clean No coffee maker, bought one and left it. Extremely noisy neighbors. Wrong access code, poor response from management.
- Ryckiel (8/5): Cute studio in a central location - Great location, super central and close to the retiro park.
The apartment is clean and matches the photos. The building is a little old especially the common area. The access to the main door does not work 100% of the time.
- Francesco (7/5): Very nice apartment in a perfect spot of the city - It's got everything that you need and it's very cosy.
Perfect location, with lots of supermarkets around and the metro station next door. The walls were quite thin so you could hear the noises from the neighbours.
- Alberto (10/5): Fantastic state, close to a metro station so well connected to the city. - Perfect spot for your visit to Madrid. Very weak equipped unit and great location! Next to a Metro station this very well connect to all Madrid.
- Antonio (8/5): good - The stairs way in to the apartment were in very bad conditions. the walls were dirty and the stairs were broken in some places.
- Joanna (8/5): Satisfied thank you - Nice property, had everything that was explained to me that it would have The first night the neighbours were loud and dog kept barking. I know this is not your fault. Rest of the stay, it was great and quiet
- Serdal (4/5): Location great, room clean. Bad staff, moldy and dirty building. - The room is like as it is shown in the pictures. Customer services is terrible. It is my bad to not to understand that room number is written in the title but I asked before our flight but not fullfilling answer. I had to try each doors’ locker before I find ours. We have informed them that we will there at 3am. We were worried not to find the building and the room and we started looking another hotel already. Stuff is really bad. They dont have empthaty and cant understand your situation in the middle of the night. Worst ever.
- Camellia (9/5): Superb -
- Xin-ji (9/5): Superb - Location is next to 麗池公園, good
- Cesar (9/5): Superb - Location, comfortable.
- Janetdon (9/5): Superb - A classic Madrid piso; located just off the beaten path. Quiet/friendly and accessible to the Metro, local businesses and the Parque de El Retiro. We enjoyed our two week stay. Booking.com staff were helpful all round.
- Magdalena (8/5): Very good - Clean, spacious, very attentive host! First floor exterior is a bit noisy on weekend nights
