- Marc (8/5): Bel emplacement pour logement agréable. - L'emplacement du logement. Commerces à proximité, plage, restaurants. La réactivité de la société de location. La terrasse de l'appartement. Une table un peu plus grande aurait été appréciée. Trop peu de vaisselle, donc pas de rotation possible pour utiliser le lave-vaisselle (2 verres à pied, 3 verres à eau, 4 assiettes, pas de casserole, une seule poele). Il aurait fallu faire un nettoyage après chaque repas (!!!) Pas de produit pour ce lave-vaisselle. Pas de micro ondes. Aucune décoration. Odeur TRES désagréable venant de l'évier (pas de syphon). Odeur également dans la salle de bain. Manque de rangement dans les chambres.

- nov (8/5): סה"כ חוויה טובה מאוד. פעם שנייה שלנו בדירה. בהחלט נחזור שוב בעתיד. - מיקום מעולה. דירה ברמה מאוד גבוהה. מתאימה באופן נפלא לשני אנשים/זוגות. כניסה נוחה מאוד לבניין ולדירה באמצעות קוד. יש אפילו חדר כושר במרתף! בעלי הדירה מגיבים מהר ועונים לכל שאלה/בעיה/בקשה שיש. מקלחת בחדר אחד לא אטומה, יש דליפת מים אם לא נזהרים. חבל שאין מיקרוגל. קולט האדים לדעתי לא ממש עובד יותר, ויש חשש שגם המזגנים טיפה חלשים (בימים מאוד חמים עלול להיות בעיה). אפשר גם להוסיף טיפה אבזור למטבח (עוד כמה מזלגות/סכינים וכו'). דבר אחד, שלא באשמת בעלי הדירה, אין ממש בידוד מהקומה מעל. ביום הראשון שהגענו הייתה שם משפחה עם ילדים קטנים שרצו מוקדם בבוקר, מה שלא באמת אפשר להמשיך לישון למטה. כשהם התחלפו המצב נרגע מאוד. עדיין שומעים הליכה מהקומה מעל, ומי שרגיש לרעשים עלול לסבול מזה.

There is no table (there are wooden bench 45cm x 100cm with chairs around but not enough for anything. Bathroom is clean but no hangers to dry your towels. Some part of the building looks like under construction

- chris (1/5): Bed bugs luxury suites - Κατά τη διάρκεια της παραμονής μου, εντόπισα έντομα στο κρεβάτι και σημάδια που έμοιαζαν με κοριούς,φωλιές μέσα στα στρώματα/υφάσματα. Μετά το βράδυ που έμεινα στο κατάλυμα, ξύπνησα με πολλαπλά δαγκώματα σε διάφορα σημεία του σώματός μου. Όταν ενημέρωσα σχετικά, ένιωσα ότι το ζήτημα δεν αντιμετωπίστηκε με τη σοβαρότητα που θα περίμενα για ένα πρόβλημα υγιεινής αυτού του επιπέδου. Η στάση των υπευθύνων μου έδωσε την εντύπωση ότι προσπάθησαν να υποβαθμίσουν αυτό που συνέβη, κάτι που με έκανε να αισθανθώ ακόμη πιο εκτεθειμένος. Από εκεί και μετά, η ταλαιπωρία ήταν απίστευτα μεγάλη — τόσο λόγω της κατάστασης της υγείας μου όσο και της αναστάτωσης που προκάλεσε ολόκληρο το περιστατικό στη καθημερινότητα μου.

- Amy (8/5): Great! - Very spacious and clean! Amazing location for travelling the coast (122 bus). Brilliant cafes, restaurants and supermarkets around. Kids playground over the road and numerous coves to visit! Really lovely place! Great balcony space. Nice having the coffee pods and dishwasher tabs on arrival. Pool is a great asset, but could be made better (not sure how often it is and the areas around it are cleaned out of season). Showers leaked on the first day, owner was very quick in response and the maintainance man fixed this quickly.

The neighborhood is nice, cosy, shops and many restaurants are nearby. The house and the apartment was very nice, clean and modern with a huge terrace. Nice and clean pool. We had to manage the hot water ourselves by turning the breaker on and off during our stay.

- Nicolas Jade (2/5): below average and contempt for the guests - avoid Raise Projects - The one person in charge of the whole building is nice. Apartment is ok, although not worth the price asked for, especially considering the distance from Athens. This was our third rented apartment in Greece this vacation, and by far the worse quality/price ratio. No key is given, only a code to open the door in the lobby and the same code to open your door. No inside lock is provided so anyone with the code can enter the apartment while you sleep and small children can open the door and walk out outside without any safety lock. Concerns about our safety were laughed off by the renter. Walls are paper thin, and it is common to hear people talking in the hallways or in their own apartments. The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with active Paradox DM60 motion sensors and tracking all movement day or night. This was not mentionned on the booking.com page which only mentions outside surveillance. When we reached out to the managers on this matter, they initially denied having any motion sensors in the house, virtually calling us idiots as the sensors were right in front of us. After we sent them a video showing clearly that they were motion sensors, they changed their story and their tone became, from condescending, to much more agressive : " The devices you refer to are simply part of the apartment’s alarm system... Every property has the right to be equipped with an alarm system for its protection. There is no issue here and the matter is considered closed." Our incomfort with these trackers were the last of their worry, and definitely not worth mentioning on their booking.com page. This matter was of course escalated to booking.com as it is in complete contradiction with their guidelines (" Our Values and Guidelines, Video and audio recording guidelines : “Recording devices that capture video, audio or similar information must be clearly disclosed, located in public spaces only, and must not invade guests' privacy.”).

- Dimitra (8/5): Nice, clean and basic apartment in good location with a pool. - The apartment was clean, spacious with a good layout. The pool was great as it was very hot. The area has great restaurants, supermarket and cafes and the coffee machine in the apartment was also very good. We appreciated the later checkout also ( although it is the first time we needed to pay extra ). It was also pretty good location for parking. We booked this 3 bedroom apartment for 5 people. The apartment only had 4 chairs so the family could not sit together at the table at the same time to eat or have a coffee. Definitely add a few more chairs to cover the number of people in the booking. There were also 2 teaspoons only, very basic kitchen supplies and no other essentials eg salt and pepper, no ice tray in the fridge, or even a jug of cold water in the fridge would have been nice on such hot days. A few extra pegs for drying clothes. A little pot to boil an egg. These things are pretty standard in many other bookings. The beds were also very soft.

When entering it had a really bad smell like something was dead there…the smell was awful. Also it appears to have a nice pool but even now during the summer season the pool was extremely dirty and not possible to use it at all, also the sunbeds super dirty with few cats sitting there instead of residents… Unfortunately, the value we paid and the amenities we were expecting didn’t match the expectations from the photos.

- Irina (7/5): It was okay - Everything matches the photos, comfy beds, good stay overall, but I wouldn't stay more than 1-2 nights here - the communication was a bit slow and not always clear - the water in the pool was very cold, it wasn't possible to swim (end of May) - the fitness center is very basic - just some weights, no actual exercise machines - the cleaning crew entered the apartment 20 minutes before check-out time (still with us in the apartment) - the cooking equipment was also quite basic - just one pan and one giant pot; having a microwave instead to warm up food could be more useful

The grounds were not neat or clean. Car feces everywhere!!! The grass had not been cut it seemed for weeks nor grounds kept clean. Also the unit I was in had a chronic flooding issue in the bedroom that they attempted to fix to NO avail!!!! The whole time I was there 7 days there was a flood in the bedroom where I slipped and fell and I'm not talking about a small amount of water there was a flood over and over to where I could not use the bedroom other than to put my suitcases on the bed. I did not sleep one night in the bedroom. The man although very nice clearly could not fix or resolve the flooding that put my life and health in danger. I asked for a partial refund thinking I was being fair only to be insulted and offered a 20% voucher for the next time I was in Greece. They are absolutely outta of their minds. I was injured which is even worse since I had had surgery a few months before and was reinjured and my plans while there were severely altered. Not once did they offer me another accommodation or ask me was I ok. This was a problem my complete stay. This idiocy of putting a boiler in a closet in a bedroom is absolutely ridiculous and foolish. Who puts a water unit in a closet in a bedroom. Just pure stupidity, on top of that there was no way to clean or sop the water up. No mop or bucket. I had to constantly use the towels provided to sop the water up. Again the management sent someone but clearly he was incompetent or was in over his head because again the boiler was NEVER repaired or replaced. This completely screwed up my 60th birthday celebration vacation. They refused a partial refund and booking also refused to listen and refund my money. Who goes half way around the world spends this kind of money to have their vacation literally ruined because of poor customer service and lack of management that cares. DO NOT BOOK with this location or company. They only care about getting their money!!!! You are being warned!!!
