• Maria (9/5): Very good - All we need in there was present. Very complete inventory. It was very clean and quiet. Good location not far from the city center in a nice neighborhood. Good communication with the host. No room with view.

• SOFIA (10/5): - Εκπληκτικό σπίτι με όλες τις ανέσεις και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο (κουζίνα, ψυγείο, οικιακά σκεύη), πολύ καθαρό σε κεντρικό σημείο (το μετρό 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια σε ανηφορικό όμως δρόμο - έτσι είναι σε όλη τη Λισαβόνα) Ο ιδιοκτήτης επικοινώνησε μαζί μου πολύ νωρίτερα από την άφιξη για να με ρωτήσει την ώρα της άφιξης, έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες για την είσοδο στο σπίτι και απαντούσε εγκαίρως σε όλα μας τα αιτήματα μέσω whats app, επίσης είχε φροντίσει να έχει μία κανάτα κρύο νερό στο ψυγείο καθώς και κρασί καλοσωρίσματος. Τέλος μας έκανε κράτηση σε ένα fado restaurant που ήταν εκπληκτική εμπειρία Σίγουρα θα επέλεγα το ίδιο κατάλυμα αν βρισκόμουν στη Λισαβόνα Όλα ήταν τέλεια!

• Silvia (9/5): Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in perfekter Lage - Das Appartement ist gemütlich, die Küchenzeile mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, das Bett bequem, alles ist sauber. Marcos ist ein rührender Gastgeber, die Kommunikation mit ihm war schnell und prompt, im Vorfeld haben wir schon umfassende Restaurant-und Transport-Tipps bekommen, zur Begrüßung gab es sogar eine Flasche Wein. Er kümmert sich sehr und ist immer ansprechbar. Der Türcode klappt hervorragend und gibt einem Sicherheit. Das Beste an der Wohnung ist aber die Lage. Man kann zu Fuß in die schönsten (Ausgeh)Viertel/Zentrum laufen oder nimmt die historische Tram 28, die auf der Hauptstraße hält. Diese Straße ist wie ein toller Kiez mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants plus kleinen Lädchen. Die Wohnung liegt etwas oberhalb/abseits der Hauptstraße in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße. Wir würden sofort wieder hier buchen. Absolut gar nichts !!!

• Katinka (10/5): - Marcus, the host is absolutely helpful and answers promptly, he speaks absolutely high command of English! The apartman is spacious ebough for 2 people, it has a great layout, you do not have the feeling it is small at all. The custome code for enetering the studio is provided before arrival - so safety is provided, noone else can use that code, only you. For me it was important. The studio is equipped with everything that is useful for a business trip or even for a longer stay: iron, washing machine with detergent, cooking plate, and all the neccessery staff that you have in your own flat. The location is great: 15 mins of walk from the train station, a few streets away from night life, great restaurants and coffee bars, Auchan around the corner. The street itself is super quiet. The apartman is super clean, the clraning lady came in every 3 days: changing towels, bed linen, general cleaning! Thank you for the super tasty welcome gift!

Valitettavasti huoneistossa oli ummehtunut haju. Sitä yritettiin poistaa siivoojien ja putkimiehen avulla, kuitenkaan onnistumatta.

• Michel (10/5): Apartamento genial - El alojamiento en general fue muy bueno. El apartamento tiene de todo para cocinar, lavadora/secadora todo muy completo en general. No hubo nada que no me gustase
• Ferrari (6/5): Obrigada! - Ottima posizione, a due passi dal centro e dalla fermata della metro Baixa-Chiado. Appartamento molto piccolo, va bene per due persone, non di più. Marcos è stato molto gentile, al ns arrivo ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino con due calici. Apprezzatissimo! Unica pecca non vi sono finestre, quindi è abbastanza buio. Purtroppo a seguito di una disinfestazione durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo rinvenuto qualche scarafaggio sia in bagno che in camera, capiamo che il troppo caldo e l'umidità della città possano causare determinate problematiche. Tutto sommato Lisbona bellissima, Pastéis de nata eccezionali. Vi divertirete
• Noriko (10/5): Der Kampf gegen Hügel und Treppen - In Gehweite zu touristischen Attraktionen, mit guter Aussicht und in kurzer Entfernung zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle 28. Das Zimmer ist kompakt und haben alles, was man braucht. Der Besitzer riet uns, das Essen und die Musik zu genießen, was eine tolle Erinnerung war. Ich kann mich an nichts Bestimmtes erinnern. Ich brauchte ein wenig Zeit, um mich an das Auf und Ab in der Altstadt von Lissabon zu gewöhnen. Keine Probleme mit der Unterkunft.

We can hear the neighbour talking in the middle of the night. The host has been very communicative, he had prepared a nice bottle of wine and chocolates for us. The room has everything you need.For two people, it is great. I would like to thank you for your great hospitality. Shower is a little bit old.
• Ivo (9/5): Superb - The apartment is well furnished. You find well equipped kitchen (caffe machine, toaster) and perfect washing machine wirh dryer. I liked the system of code on doors, you don't have to keep keys. Location is nice and calm. The only disadvantage is that you can't open window - there is only door but for few days it was absolutely ok.

• Konstantin (7/5): Good - The owner was very friendly, polite and responsive. The apartment has a washing machine, an air conditioning and it's quite spacious. It's very close to all the main sightseeings. No noise from cars/trams. It was great, that the owner even placed a first aid kit, because one day we needed a thermometer. The pillows are comfortable to sleep. Very damp, humid inside the flat. The door is quite old, with only one window just inside this door, so all the passing by people can see what you're doing in the apartments. We spotted two cockroaches and they were alive. The bathroom is small. The kitchen is ok, but there were only two capsules of coffee and no tea bags, we had to buy everything and left it there. Sometimes noisy neighbours, you can hear them walking or even watching a TV. The most minus was the quality of mattress on the bed. It has no springs and it's very hard. The owner tried to do something with it, but still my wife's back was hurt to sleep on it, so she had to sleep on a sofa. The sofa was nice. And I'd recommend to clean the apartment more carefully, because it was very dusty. We cleaned some dust, but overall it was still dirty, sometimes unpleasant.

The road doesn't have access to cars so if you have heavy luggage you have to hike up a little but it's not bad. The owner was very responsive. Musty smell

Everything worked well and in a great location especially with the awsome Australian cafe for breakfast 50m away. The hosts were very good with communication and were fast and responding.
