- Angel (7/5): Piénselo dos veces. No regresaría. - Ubicación privilegiada e instalaciones aceptables. Se encuentra contiguo a un club de pop-rock y es imposible dormir cuando operan. Nuestra primera noche fue horrible con música a altos decibeles hasta las seis de la mañana. Estábamos agotados del viaje y no pudimos dormir hasta la mañana. El aire acondicionado de uno de las habitaciones estaba dañado. Las dos habitaciones tienen igual máquina y esta no enfriaba con igual configuración. Escribí dos email la noche que llegamos y no hubo respuesta. Llamé la mañana siguiente y en su lugar me explicaron que no enfriaba porque colocamos un setting muy bajo. Seguimos las instrucciones e igualmente no se corrigió. Les escribimos por Booking.com e igualmente no respondieron. Cuatro noches de calor sofocante y servicio al cliente pobre. La tercera “habitación” con la cama personal se encuentra en un habitáculo de dimensiones reducidas donde además hay utensilios de limpieza almacenados y la cama es una litera. El miembro de nuestro grupo que durmió en ella es una persona obesa con limitaciones de movilidad. Es una total desvergüenza llamar a esto habitación. Muy decepcionado de esta experiencia en Madrid, a donde viajo recurrentemente desde 2018.
- Alejandro (4/5): Engañoso - De día es un lugar tranquilo y en un buen barrio. Parecía limpio aunque encontraramos una cucaracha nada mas entrar. Lo primero es que es un anuncio engañoso ya que en la web aparecen muchos comentarios negativos sobre las discotecas y en la App sólo venían 2 comentarios; como si los hubiesen eliminado. De esto me dí cuenta una vez hecho el pago. Efectivamente el hecho de que esté en un bajo rodeado de discotecas hace imposible que puedas dormir. Nada más llegar nos encontramos una cucaracha corriendo por el primer apartamento. Huele bastante a humedad y hay moho en las paredes y armarios. La tele no tiene señal de TV y no hay nada de cobertura
