- Youssef (10/5): Goede service, fijne bedden & goede locatie - Een zeer fijn hotel met ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ik wil graag de baliemedewerkers Angel, Jinbin en Sindy bedanken voor hun uitstekende service en goede zorgen tijdens mijn verblijf. Daarnaast wil ik ook het housekeepingteam bedanken, in het bijzonder de dames met de nummers 0719, 0788 en 0753. Zij zorgden er dagelijks voor dat de kamer perfect schoon was en vulden steeds de was- en kamerbenodigdheden netjes aan. De locatie van het hotel is ideaal: centraal gelegen met verschillende restaurants op loopafstand. Op slechts één minuut lopen bevinden zich een supermarkt en een bank om geld op te nemen. Daarnaast is de fitnessruimte erg netjes en is het ontbijt uitgebreid en heerlijk, met verse omeletten en veel keuze. Ik kan dit hotel zeker aanraden aan iedereen die naar Guangzhou reist. - Braz (10/5): Great hotel, friendly staff and confort in the heart of Guanzghou - The staff willingness to help and with always a smile. The cleanliness of the hotel and room always spotless and fresh. Only thing that took a bit to get use was the smell of the room when we returned, like someone smoked in there. We never discovered what it was, but towards the end did not bother us as much.

- Benoist (3/5): La description sur booking est un leurre. - Belle entrée Séjour très décevant au regard de la description proposée sur Booking. L’appartement ne correspondait pas aux photos ni aux équipements annoncés : pas de plaques de cuisson, aucun ustensile ni vaisselle de cuisine, pas de machine à laver, et une superficie bien inférieure aux 68 m² indiqués. Deux autres chambres nous avaient été proposées avant d’en accepter une troisième, par dépit et toujours non conforme à la présentation affichée sur booking. En guise de geste commercial, on nous a offert une assiette de fruits… sans couteau. La réceptionniste a reconnu les écarts et transmis notre dossier au service marketing. Il nous été rétorqué que les ustensiles de cuisines nous auraient été attribués sauf les couteau qui sont considérés comme trop dangereux, et pour faire puisque pas de plaque de cuisson. En résumé la présentation sur Booking est un leurre. À éviter si vous réservez sur la base des équipements affichés. Sinon vous devrez vous contenter de ce qu’ils vous proposerons.

- B.BenM (10/5): - Lucy and angel, at the reception, were very nice and welcoming and perfectly balanced a friendly and professional attitude. The room was big and the bed head panel was very quick and easy to use , so it was very helpful to have. I always enjoy my stay in this hotel . I'm used to finding a small bag with toiletries that include Qtips and a hair shower cap and such things, unfortunately there wasn't any in the room. The small "living room" in the room needs a little cozy touch... it doesn't match the coziness of the bedroom. Stepping into the bedroom felt like getting ready to melt into a deep sleep but Stepping out of it and into the the other space felt like getting into unknown territory hahaha 😅😅 This said, I enjoyed my stay very much, as I always do. Not a huge fan of the pillows though. (The only real problem for me)

- Tammy (10/5): We will stay here again next time we visit. - The rooms are clean and the laundry area is roomy. One of the receptionists, Angel is extremely helpful and responsive, truly appreciate the extra effort.

- Oluwole (10/5): Amazing hotel and service. - Hotel had a laundry facility for guests. Even after checking out and I realised that I had left some items behind they still helped me locate them and send them to my new hotel. The service was amazing and impeccable. Thank you Ivy for everything.
