Abdul Majid (10/5): An Amazing Trip at Wonderful Place with a Decent, Responsible and cooperative Host !! - I have visited with my family from August 8th-11th, 2025. This is the place which I was finding from last many years near Murree and Allhumdolillah I have found the right one. Mr. Shahnawaz is a kind of Superman who is always available 24/7 for service providing. his way of speaking is really impressive and I have never seen him panic throughout my visit. I have also called to Mr. Mushtaq before visiting and found him also a decent and family oriented person. Something always needs to be improve, so there is no major flaw I have found. Living places always needs some maintenance. please keep in mind.

Mudasser (10/5): Wonderful Experience - We had a wonderful day at the house. The hospitality of Mr. Shah Nawaz was truly exceptional—warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. Price-wise, it felt almost free, offering great value for such a pleasant experience. The area is completely family-friendly with no parking issues at all. What stood out the most was the calmness and peaceful atmosphere—it was simply outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and unwind.

Khawar (1/5): Bad - Just the location that too because I went only for patriata chair lift with my kids otherwise if u want to visit murree and want an accommodation near to the murree city centre or mall road then this is not for you. And yes the caretaker- Shahnawaz is a good person and very cooperative but what to do of a good person if the building and its facilities and everything within is not even satisfactory. NOTHING Bad Smell everywhere Occasional water facility NOOOOO Hot water though geyser was shown to us and it remained ON Cheap and low quality furniture Mattresses need to be changed Seepage in the walls and ceiling

Caretaker was helpful. Rooms were not clean. Hot water was not readily available as well. Overall vibe of the place was not very inviting. Views are pretty normal

Hafiz (1/5): Bad - The location and weather was perfect! The listed contact number(03004440500) was unreachable despite repeated attempts. We finally connected with the host at 2:30 PM on check-in day via contacting a neighbouring property from google. Although we paid in advance, we were not given the key to the main door. Later, water supply in the washroom was cut off around 7 PM, and the host was unresponsive for over an hour. We couldn’t even leave the apartment as we had no way to lock it. A water tanker and the key were finally provided around 9 PM. The washroom was in terrible condition with stinky yellowish stains on the floor and around the commodes(pictures attached), making it extremely unhygienic. Strongly urge Booking.com and future guests to review this property carefully before considering a booking.

Syed (7/5): Good - The property is decent for the price, though it could use some improvements, such as fixing issues with the water supply and electricity in the washroom or certain rooms. The staff, however, were quite helpful and accommodating. Staff is really nice and humble

It was my first ever experience staying out with my family, and i was a little suspicious. But we had a very comfortable night stay. Price was also affordable.

Adil (4/5): We were unlucky because of the family that showed up at midnight. Improvement is required here. - Location was nice. Caretaker Shahnawaz was friendly. Mattresses were not comfortable. No refrigerator. No toiletries provided, even after request twice. Only a slim soap provided. Washroom wasn't clean. No nearby restaurant. Warm water only in washroom sinks, and not available in shower. We were extremely unlucky that some other family checked-in at midnight in the accommodation above, and their kids were making too much noise. We had to actually knock at their door at 2 am to tell them to be considerate, as people were sleeping downstairs. There were mosquitos in the accommodation. Wifi was not operational at night, however it was working in morning. This is an honest review. If things mentioned in my review can be improved, this surely will be a great place to spend a few days, if you are able to manage cooking yourself.

Fixing such small issues and Installation of AC would make it way above or equal to 4 star hotel or resort.

Jp656471 (7/5): Good one - Calm and comfortable. Mr. Shahnawas and Mr. Mushtaq were very cooperative. Patriata chair lift point was just 1 km away. UPS was there as an alternative source of energy. Kitchen was equipped with most of the necessary items. The residence was off the track about 5 km without any penaflexis or directions. Cleanliness was not upto mark specially for the kitchen. The main reason might be the less time between booking and check-in. Most of the suits have complete living facilities like washing machine and ironing points which were not there.
