The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is great. Air conditioning works well. The room is a bit small and the TV placement on the wall makes it a little hard to go from one side of the bed to the kitchen. It made me move slowly.

Se encontraba limpio y el check-in fue sencillo de hacer (el mostrador se encuentra bajando la rampa, en el interior de la cochera). En la cocina no había casi utensilios (sartenes, cubiertos...) y las instalaciones eran algo antiguas.

• Boschatel (3/5): - Lit confortable Le lit étais confortable mais malheureusement c’est la seule choses que je peux bien noté. Le personnel étais assez desagradable, même un simple bonjour et un petit sourire n’étais pas donné ( pourtant nous avons tenté plusieurs fois , mais c’est comme si il nous ignorer) Des notre arrivée nous avons un paiement sur place , nous n’avons pas d’espèces vietnamienne sur nous alors nous voulions juste déposer les sacs en chambre pour aller retirer , mais il n’est pas voulu tant que nous ne le payons pas ( bien évidemment que nous n’allons pas nous enfuir) du coup nous avons étais obliger de marcher 20 minutes avec 4 sacs à dos qui peser 15kg. A l’étage il y a un un rooftoop ou de la nourriture et boisson sont servis , nous sommes aller fumer une cigarette pour voir « la vue » mais nous sommes tomber sur pleins de rat dans les cuisines. La rue étais tout aussi infesté sans parler des cafards. Mais surtout dessus du personnel qui n’est pas très agréable.

• A (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet, clean and cozy room (I stayed in the room 201) . I slept like a baby there after a horrible episode of insomnia. Friendly staff, that doesn't bother you but helps when it's necessary. Strong Wi-Fi. The location is great, it's right in the middle of HCMC but there's a small park right in front of the hotel, and it's so quiet and beautiful. Thank you for a great service! The room was tiny which I found really cozy and comfy, I love tiny rooms. However, if you are looking for something spacious you better choose other rooms. I wouldn't call it a disadvantage, just a small notice.

There were multiple hairs on the floor and sheets when we entered the room. We had to pay in cash when we checked in which we weren’t expecting. The room was quite noisy. It was easy to Grab to District 1. Cheap for a reason.

The only thing - when we entered our room it was not clean at all, especially the WC was left REALLY dirty. We closed an eye on this because everything else was great though

• Trang (8/5): Nice place, good location. - Good location. Staff are super helpful and friendly. No issue in check-in or check out. Good size room, big window and comfy bed. Its not the hotel fault but the neighbourhood can be very noisy, with a karaoke at the end of the road, blasting out music (though they do shut up around 2300). By 0200 in the morning, the bin trucks start to make loads of noise, with workers dragging the bins around. I had to wear ear-plug to block out the noise but I'm a light sleeper.i guess others might be fine.

• Nikita (1/5): Never again. - Pictures were nice Pictures were fake!! Be aware! When I told the owner that the room is different from the one on the pictures she became aggressive, and said “if you don’t like it go away!”. Her son who was there and called her by video call was also indifferent, showed disrespect and was basically useless. Because it was non refundable and I did not have any other options, I stayed. I would recommend avoid this place.

• Tony (8/5): Very good - The rooms are modern but very amall, with a compact kitchenette. We found a good supermarket called Co-op about 650 metrers away and K Mart just down the street. I had just been discharged from hospital and needed to recouperate for several days, so it was fine for that. Quite noisy during the day with a children's school next door.. We would not stay at District 10 again, as there is nothing to do and a lot of traffic to get to the airport.
