Anne (7/5): Perfekt für nicht so hohe Ansprüche - Der Vermieter ist nett und unkompliziert. Die Lage war für uns sehr gut. Die Betten und Kissen waren sehr bequem. Die Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Die Einrichtung ist etwas "in die Jahre gekommen". Aus dem Bad drang durchgehend ein leicht penetranter Abflussgeruch, weshalb wir die Badtür stets geschlossen halten mussten.

Silvia (4/5): Vermieter hat sich wegen der Heizung bis Abend viel Mühe gegeben . Aber ich kann dir Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen! - Wie ich kam war es sehr kalt in der Wohnung . Ich konnte die Heizung nicht anmachen . Ich habe den Vermieter angerufen und er sagte erst das die Heizung im Oktober erst anging . Das habe ich nicht so stehen lassen . Er möchte mir einen Heizlüfter bringen . Denn von Gemütlichkeit keine Spur . Dann rief er an und meinte er kümmert sich . Hat er auch getan . Die Heizung sprang dann gegen 22h an . Ansonsten ist die Wohnung ja naja für 2 Nächte geht es . Die Gegend sehr laut . Das die Heizung nicht gleich ging . Das Wasser aus den Hahn läuft spärlich . Die Gegend zu laut . Mit ohrstöpfel geschlafen . Naja

Rehberg (5/5): - Die Lage war gut. Mehr positives fällt mir nicht ein. Das Umfeld ist sehr schmutzig, dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Die Wohnung selbst war einigermaßen. In der Dusche schimmelt es, die Küche ist schmierig und Besteck gab es nicht. Alles in allem würde ich die Wohnung nicht wieder buchen.
Maik (7/5): Wir waren hier für eine Nacht. Es gibt nichts negatives. - Sehr gute Lage zur S-Bahn, gibt keine Kritik. Kommunikation war sehr gut! Betten sehr komfortabel.
Anja (5/5): - Die Nähe zur Tram Wohnung war zur angesagten Uhrzeit nicht fertig. Die Flur Beleuchtung hat nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten abends bei Dunkelheit in den 3. Stock hoch. Da war das Geländer sehr wackelig und die Stufen durch fehlende Fliesen etwas gefährlich. Für 1 Nacht ganz okay, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht empfehlenswert.

Nikolay (1/5): Complete mess! - Not applicable I reserved an apartment here for 3 people almost a year in advance. When we arrived the manager informed us that earlier in the day our stay was canceled by booking.com for reasons unknown to him. BUT our stay was already paid for. The manager told us that even though we had paid in advance, there was no place for us to stay and that we should look for another place to stay in the city. Minutes later I got a message from booking.com that the prepaid stay was canceled by the hotel, not booking.com. Complete mess! At the last minute we had to look for another accommodation in the city.

Biljana (8/5): Nice place for short stay - The place is clean, the bathroom is new and clean, you have all you need for nice and pleasent stay. It' s quiet neighborhood. Location is good and 15 min to half an hour from a lot of places you can find all you need. We hope to find hairdryer🙂
Buda (1/5): It's dirty, there is no wifi and the owner is difficult to contact. - the location of the apartment It was dirty, terrible views (views of the ruins), no wifi-internet, very difficult to organize and contact the owner of the apartment (he does not answer the phone, he writes back as he pleases). The washing machine is broken, there are no curtains on the windows and it is very bright, no you can sleep. There is no lounge, just a table with chairs in the corridor (nothing else). l, very gloomy and unpleasant. I do not recommend.
Dennis (1/5): Small and smelly - On first glance the room seemed clean. The appartement is located on the top floor. It seemed clean but there was a certain smell we couldn't place. Once we opened the bathroom door the smell became unbearable. Not something to spend the night in.
