Eccezionale la comodità del parcheggio riservato sotto casa. Mancano solo piccoli complementi di arredo per rendere più agevole il soggiorno, ad esempio qualche appendino in bagno...

• Guest (7/5): - Parkplatz war sehr gut. Lage war außerhalb aber in der Nähe gab es direkt eine Straßenbahn, die zum Zentrum fuhr. Check-In/Out war schnell und einfach. Es gab nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier und es gab gar kein Küchenpapier.
• Julia (1/5): Fazit: Unseriöser Ablauf, unprofessionelle Kommunikation, datenschutzrechtlich höchst fragwürdig. Ich kann nur dringend - Warnung vor dieser Unterkunft – unseriöses Vorgehen und kein Check-in möglich! Ich möchte hier dringend alle warnen, die vorhaben, diese Unterkunft zu buchen! Es gab keinen persönlichen Kontakt mit dem Anbieter. Als wir vor Ort ankamen, haben wir über eine Stunde lang versucht, jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen, da wir weder Informationen zum Check-in noch einen Schlüssel hatten. Erst später erhielten wir eine WhatsApp-Nachricht mit einem externen Link, über den wir uns registrieren und den Restbetrag bezahlen sollten, um dann den Zugangscode zur Unterkunft zu bekommen. Ich habe mehrfach darauf hingewiesen, dass solche Prozesse normalerweise direkt über Booking abgewickelt werden und man keine personenbezogenen Daten über fremde Links eingeben soll – so steht es auch ausdrücklich in den Sicherheitshinweisen von Booking. Doch der Anbieter bestand darauf, dass alles ausschließlich über WhatsApp läuft und ein Check-in sonst nicht möglich sei. Wir hätten die Ausweisdaten aller Familienmitglieder angeben und den Restbetrag über einen unsicheren Link überweisen müssen – für uns ein klares Warnsignal für Betrug. Der Umgangston war zudem unfreundlich und genervt, sobald wir kritisch nachfragten. Wir haben uns daher entschlossen, nicht einzuchecken und wieder abzureisen – aus Sicherheitsgründen. Leider haben wir unser Geld verloren. Die Gegend sieht ziemlich unschön aus und ist sehr weit von der City. Wir hatten etwas Angst aus dem Auto auszusteigen.

Zona tranquilla immediatamente fuori dalla ztl.In casa c'è tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole :aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante in ogni ambiente, lavatrice,2 televisori e wifi Tutto perfetto

• Mauro (8/5): Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Wir fanden die Lage optimal. In der Nähe gibt es eine Halte - Sauberkeit, Lage, geschützter Stellplatz

• Hab (7/5): - C'est propre et bien situé à côté du tramway, un parking sécurisé. La procédure de check in était informé quand on était arrivé devant la porte et envoyé par WhatsApp. Pas de contacts téléphoniques car la personne ne répond pas, on a pris une heure pour remplir les informations sur le lien envoyé dans la canicule...donc il faut prévenir et informer des clients plus tôt possible.

• Csaba (9/5): Perfect location to visit Florence - Easy check-in, good location (close to T2 tram stop), free parking in the courtyard (we can leave there our car on the last day after check-out during the city visit - special thx for that), clean apartment, washing machine on the terrace, air-conditioner, helpful and responsive host. The beds were too soft and uncomfortable to sleep.

• Dan (9/5): Nice and clean - The apartment is in a new building and everything is new inside also. It is very clean and it has all the needed to spend a few days, It has it's own private parking. It is a good location if you do not want to stay in the city center and with the tram, you can reach it very fast and easy. The communication with the host was a little slow. We spoke through WhatsApp and for us it could have been a good thing to leave the car in the parking place a little earlier than the check in hour. But, in the end we received access for the parking gates and apartment at 14:01 :)

• Jaikar (7/5): Comfortable stay in Florence - Clean and safe property. Well connected to the city by both tram and bus. Very comfortable for a family. The room got very hot and the air conditioning was not turned on yet because it’s not yet summer. On opening the windows to cool down the room, mosquitoes started entering the room. It would be nice if the owner could provide a fan for the rooms in the months when air conditioning is not yet turned on.
