David (10/5): Purer Luxus - Es war eine Luxuserfahrung der besonderen Art. Eine perfekte Unterkunft. Optisch ein absoluter Traum. Alles in weiß gehalten. Top ausgestattet. Wir sind mit zwei Kindern gereist und hatte das Apartment mit zwei Zimmern. Beide Schlafzimmer waren unglaublich schön eingerichtet. Außerdem noch ein Wohnzimmer, Gästetoilette und ein Wahnsinns Küche. Außerdem viele kleine Gastgeschenke: Prosecco, eine tolle Marmelade, Kaffeekapseln usw. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Spültabs, Waschmittel für Waschmaschine, Badausstattung, Handtücher, Bademäntel. Es war alles da!!! Leider sind in Italien die Motorräder sehr laut.

Tyson Kampenhout (10/5): Absolutely Amazing! - Absolutely stunning property, location, management and experience. A very short walk (even with a 4 year old) to the world class Terme Merano, a spa with 27+ pools, sauna, steam room, relaxation room, etc. Additionally very close to 2 coffee shops, 4 pastry shops, multiple restaurants and shopping. Also the Tappeneir Promenade entrance is less than a 5 minute walk. The elevator took us directly to our room, and the penthouse views and skylights afforded gorgeous views onto the city and Mountains. We went in January, and while below freezing, we felt warm and comfortable inside. Comes equipped with washer/dishwasher/refrigerator/heating racks for drying clothes/towels/hair dryer (a must when coming from the USA as our hairdryers do not work in Europe). The manager also left the welcome gift of wine and water. Finally my son was very impressed with the fact we were able to use a car elevator to access parking. Truly luxurious experience well worth the price! Loved everything. Only thing to pay close attention to are the check-in instructions as accessing the units and parking garage are unique experiences, that once figured out are easy, but for a first time requires attention to detail. Excellent instructions are included.

Lorena (10/5): Come una fiaba - Questa struttura è davvero stupenda! Sembra di essere in una fiaba, colori luminosi e arredamento molto elegante e confortevole, dotato di TUTTO il necessario (davvero complimenti allo staff per aver pensato di dotare gli appartamenti di qualsiasi cosa potesse essere necessaria). Struttura silenziosa, ordinata e pulita. La posizione è ottima per visitare Merano (4 minuti a piedi dal centro) e i pesi vicini, e Dorotea è stata davvero gentilissima ad assistermi in ogni domanda o necessità in modo molto premuroso e tempestivo, grazie ancora!! Tutto bellissimo, se posso come suggerimento aggiungerei il microonde all’appartamento, però non è assolutamente una critica, perché davvero ho trovato qualsiasi oggetto o cosa avessimo bisogno. Giusto una cosa in più che sarebbe molto comoda, ma non toglie nulla al comfort e alla cura di questi appartamenti.

Jürgen (8/5): Fast perfekt, bis auf die "Ruhestörung" aus dem 5. Stock. - Lage, Ausstattung, Räume: alles sehr gut. Alles war sehr neu und sauber. Kurzer Fussweg zur Innenstadt. Tiefgarage mit PKW-Aufzug! Sehr sauber und perfekter Service (Müllabholung, Handtuchtausch). Außenanlage ist picobello. Die Wohnung lag im 4. Stock, was aufgrund des Aufzugs an sich kein Problem war. Aber die darüber befindlichen Dachgeschoss-Wohnungen hatten Holzboden und man hat wirklich jeden (!) Schritt im 5. Stock in unserer Wohnung darunter gehört. Zudem waren mehrmals Familien mit sehr "lebhaften" Kindern im 5. Stock zu Gast, die stundenlang durch die Wohnung gerannt sind. Empfehlung: Das Haus ist TOP, aber man nimmt besser keine Wohnung im 4. Stock.
ANNA (9/5): Merano è un posto delizioso, dove poter coniugare passeggiate e serate divertenti. - La casa è indubbiamente bella e ristrutturata da poco con gusto! Purtroppo i nostro soggiorno si è svolto la settimana di ferragosto e a Merano la temperatura è arrivata a più di 40 gradi e le camere da letto non erano provviste di aria condizionata, ma soltanto di ventilatori non sufficienti per un caldo così intenso.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all necessary cooking utensils. The location is ideal, situated right in the city center. The host was very responsive and helpful both before and during my stay. I would definitely choose this apartment again for any future visits to the city. I recommend to install air condition in all rooms. The portable A/C are enough during summer time
Schoch (8/5): - Sehr schön renovierte Wohnung. Das man im Schlafzimmer das Fenster nicht offen lassen konnte, da der Lärm der Strasse zu laut war. Das man obwohl Tiere erlaubt sind (einer der Gründe, warum wir uns für die Unterkunft entschieden haben), nachträglich erfahren haben, dass man für den Hund 30 Euro pro Tag zahlen muss. Wäre super, wenn das schon vorher erwähnt würde und nicht erst nach der Ameldung.

Massimo (8/5): Ferragosto a Merano - Posizione in centro città. Appartamento complessivamente grande. Distribuzione dei vani nell'appartamento: la cucina è troppo piccola per 6 persone; un bagno è piccolo; le stanze inutilmente grandi e non c'è, in definitiva, uno spazio per stare insieme in 6. I sanitari sono troppo piccoli e quindi molto scomodi. Non c'è l'aria condizionata, il raffrescamento estivo è affidato a dispositivi mobili scarsamente efficaci. Tutto ciò, ovviamente, in rapporto al prezzo del soggiorno.

Ohood (1/5): Will never think to visit this facility again and not recommended - The size of the rooms only The apartment was not clean and dust were everywhere, second we massaged the property owner 4 months before our arrival to confirm if there is an AC in the apartment, and they confirmed, unfortunately there were only fans and one small Ac in the living room which was not working properly, and they told us that we need to open the windows to have fresh and cold weather, but whenever we do so a lot of insects and bugs along with spiders enters the apartment, there were also no cleaning during our stay, they massaged us that they will come by Sunday, and once we left the apartment by Saturday they entered the apartment and took videos of our stuff in the bathrooms and rooms to say that you didn’t clear the way for them to clean and they left without cleaning, also there were only two bathrooms with shower and the third one was without, note that all bathrooms outside the rooms not inside which make our stay not comfortable at all
