• HETING (10/5): Beautiful cottage & wonderfully patient host – an unforgettable stay we highly recommend - This was the most satisfying night of our entire trip to Georgia. The cottage was absolutely beautiful, facing directly towards the snow-capped mountains of Kazbegi, you can even see the Gergeti Trinity Church from the window. We were lucky enough to witness a stunning sunrise over the mountains. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious, easily accommodating four people. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we even made breakfast ourselves. Although the weather was bad when we came from Tbilisi and we couldn't use WhatsApp, the host was incredibly patient and friendly, communicating with us via Booking about check-in and check-out times. Thanks to them, we have wonderful memories of Kazbegi. We highly recommend Khara Cottage Kazbegi!

• Mette (10/5): Ihana mökki ihanalla paikalla! - Mökki oli IHANA! Keittiössä oli kaikki tarvittavat välineet ruuan laittoon, eli jos tuut tänne kannattaa itse kokata👍🏻 ikkunasta on ihanat näkymät vuorille😍 mökki muutenkin siisti ja viihtyisä + vuokraemäntä oikein ystävällinen!

• Divya Jyoti (10/5): The host of the cottage is really kind and helpful. - The location of the property is great with amazing view of the mountains and also close to the market area. The cottage was well equipped with all amenities including heaters. Nothing. Everything was perfect.
• GOBRIEL (10/5): 超预期的 - 环境很好，房子很新，二层有两张大床，一张单人床，可以住五个人，适合一家人入住。有大院，有户外烧烤炉，有厨房，工具齐全。电视可选择频道很多，位置离中心超市可能要1公里左右，小超市700米左右。可以看到雪山和教堂。需提前跟房东约好入住和退房时间交钥匙。有暖气，小镇晚上只有六度，但房间很温暖。 花洒头掉下来了，固定不了。建议换轻一点的花洒，或者调整一下固定支架。其他都很满意，没有不满。
• Masha (10/5): Лучший дом в Степанцминде - Дом находится рядом со всеми главными местами города степанцминда- магазины, аренда снаряжений все в пешей доступности. Но при этом тихо, нет никого вокруг,тишина. Вид нереальный с окон дома- прям на гору казбег. В доме есть все необходимое для жилья и готовки еды, плюс есть мангал сетка и шампура ( угли мы покупали в магазине сами). Хозяйка была очень радушная всегда на связи, готовы помочь с любым вопросом. Не могу сказать что было что то очень серьезное что испортило нам отпуск, могу лишь сказать что качество матрасов наверху оставляет желать лучшего. Было не удобно спать на одной кровати потому что чувствуешь все что делает второй человек плюс если кто то встал и ходит по полу то кровать ходит ходуном ( кровать возле балкона) , мы потом перешли на другую кровать там матрас более твердый тоже не лучшего качества но хотя бы можно спать. В описании было написано что кровати длинее чем 2 метра, это не так. Мой муж 1.96 и его ноги бились об конец кровати, там от силы матрас 1.90 . Но опять же не могу сказать что это прям сильно подпортило впечатление.

Host was accommodating with check-in time. Very minor thing, it was slightly difficult to find the street number in the dark, but not really an issue.
• Nastassia. Kostsina (10/5): - Идеальный дом для отдыха в Степанцминде. Вид прямо на казбег, дом прямо перед ним. Было очень чисто, в доме есть вся посуда и даже больше. Милые котики прибегали, поэтому запаситесь кормом) Есть мангал, шампуры, сетка для мяса. Дом один на территории. В следующий раз другой дом даже рассматривать не будем. 10/10

The breathtaking view of Mount Kazbegi—absolutely stunning! Honestly, we could just sit there all day enjoying the scenery. The host was warm, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay, I will definitely book again if I come back. Highly recommended! Everything is perfect
• Andrew (10/5): A fabulous cottage for an extended stay - Khara Cottage is a wonderful place to stay especially for an extended visit (we were there for a whole week). The cottage is located in a quiet area with a wonderful uninterrupted view of the mountains. It is well-equipped and all our needs were met. We had one or two small problems but all of these were resolved through excellent communication with our hosts. On one occasion we needed the hosts to come to attend to a problem with a broken key in the door. They came promptly and the problem was soon resolved. We highly recommend this cottage. The stairs to the upper floor require care when ascending or descending - definitely not suitable for anyone with a mobility issue. I use a walking stick so I stayed downstairs and slept on the sofa bed. It was very comfortable, so it was not an issue for me.

• Abhishek (10/5): Cozy stay with jaw dropping views - The owners waited to hand over the keys as we were late and they had to leave (as they live around 20 minutes from the property). The cottage is beautiful and gives you magnificent mountain views from the windows. You can easily walk to the town center in 5 mins. Everything was amazing. No complaints.

The apartment was cozy and warm, we absolutely loved the place. We definitely recommend the stay to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable stay in Stepantsminda.
