Access to rosebud beach not great - walking distance - drove to another beach instead. Be great if the council tidied up the entry near the sea scouts hall.

• Hosking (10/5): - Everything was available. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent facilities. Loved the out door settings, very comfortable. I would stay here again. We were two adults a teenager and a 4 year old and we all loved it. Location to beach was perfect, shopping mall just around the corner and Maccas 100 mtrs away. A perfect getaway that we all enjoyed. Thank you LOL we missed putting the bins out and the red bin was a bit small for the 10 days we were there. Other than that, no complaints at all.

• Wayne (9/5): Great position, everything we needed was provided, great stay. - It was the perfect size & position for the 2 of us and our Cavoodle. Everything was provided if you needed it from tissues to appliances. We went out in the morning and got back in the afternoon each day so we did not utilise many of the appliances but they were there if needed. It was clean and neat and cozy. Unfortunately we could not stay longer. Our Cavoodle had a secure front and back yard to check out. We all did a walk after 7 pm each night and felt safe and met some of the neighbours who were all friendly. The shops and beach were a short walk away which was a bonus, but at night it was very quiet and peaceful, which is a big difference to our home on a main road. We both agreed it ticked all the boxes for us. The front door locks were a little fiddly, but worked them out. Not a major concern.

Whether it was enjoying a quiet cup of coffee in the morning sun, curling up with a book in the soft light, or just unwinding with no rush or noise, this stay was exactly what I needed to reset and relax. The peaceful atmosphere and homey touches made it feel like a true escape without ever having to leave town. Highly recommended for anyone looking to slow down and enjoy the simple comforts of a well-loved space.

The back and front yards are secure. There’s lots of areas outside to eat/rest read a book in the sun or shade.

• Ria (10/5): Perfect holiday beach house - Cute and cosy cottage. Walking distance to the beach and shops, enjoyed walking there in the mornings. It was clean, had everything we needed during our stay, and they put a lot of detail in the house/facilities. The owner was really responsive and had good communication. We enjoyed our dinner and lazy nights in the backyard with our pet. Games and streaming were available too. Bed was comfortable. Overall we had a great stay! Pillows could be more comfortable but not a big deal.

Host was amazing and was easily contactable with response time quick. We also wanted to get in before check in and he was able to accommodate that. Kids had an absolute ball. 2 adults and 2 kids stayed at this property and we were comfortable with plenty of space for all. I also might it was the best bed I’ve ever slept on for a holiday house! Thank you for a great stay. We will be back.

Walking distance to Rosebud Beach, to KFC, to restaurants, to Coles/WWS. 15 mins driving to Arthurs Seat, to Lavender Farm. limited space, making it difficult to open suitcases comfortably

• Ashley (9/5): Get away from the city, but stay close to the beach and cafes, in this little cottage stay. - Amazing location, cute cottage feel, lovely outdoor area to relax / have a BBQ in, great for someone / a couple wanting a short weekend away for the city. Host puts extra effort into feel / vibe of furniture, pillows, look and feel of the place, availability of toys, games, streaming services and things to do if you're rained in, and minimises work on the person staying there. Nothing, stay was perfect.

• Aanantharajah (10/5): Good property, Value for the money, very convenient for small family. Location is great. very clean. - Having a High chair would be nice for families with infant. Having a portable FAN heater (may be $25 one from woolworth) in the second room is handey as it doesn't have the heated blanket. Leaving more sugar could be also welcome.
• Tony (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable place to stay, clean and tidy close to shops and beach. Pet friendly home all fenced off felt very secure. Television in main bedroom didn't work.

The lounge room space is a bit tight. It might be better if it had less furniture in there. But this is a minor gripe. It's a very comfortable house otherwise.

It had everything we needed and the instructions that were left were easy to follow. It was close to facilities and an easy walk to the beach and shops.
