• Outi (10/5): A well-maintained villa with a great location - The property offers a high standard of accommodation and is very well-maintained both inside and out. It enjoys a great location with supermarkets, restaurants, and several beaches within walking distance. The garden is lovely and functional, featuring a spacious pool area with plenty of sun loungers – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Getting to Chania is easy, with bus stops nearby. It’s ideal for larger groups, as in addition to the main house, there’s a separate studio on the property offering extra space and privacy. Our host did an outstanding job keeping the garden and the pool in great shape and is a very caring and hospitable person. We can highly recommend this place and would gladly return.
• Ralph (9/5): Great house for a family vacation - Very modern and new. Beautiful pool. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are a huge benefit. Also that there is AC in every room. One bedroom is in the separate building by the pool which is great for families traveling with older or adult kids - more individual space. A small supermarket just across the road, two big ones 7 minutes away (or 2 by car). Be prepared for mosquitoes- but I would say that’s just nature and normal.

• Elena (10/5): Wunderschöne Villa - Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Cataleya war wunderschön. Die Zimmer und die 2 Küchen waren sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad. Im Garten gab es einige Sitzgelegenheiten und einen schönen Pool, Griller und einige Liegen. In der Nähe waren einige Restaurants und Supermärkte, auch der Strand war nur paar Gehminuten entfernt. Zwischendurch wurden der Pool sowie die Zimmer gereinigt. Der Gastgeber war rund um die Uhr erreichbar und sehr gastfreundlich. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Es gibt keinen dazugehörigen fixen Parkplatz allerdings findet man gleich in jeder Straße einen Platz.

• Jaime (10/5): Would DEFINITELY stay here again! - The property was amazing. Very clean and the property manager cleaned the pool and took out the garbage for us frequently. We spent many hours at the pool and truly loved the villa. Downtown Chania was about 10 minutes away- we loved the grocery store across the street! The wifi did not work as well as we would have liked.

The villa is beautifully designed and very spacious, perfectly divided into two sections. One part has two bedrooms, a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. The other part offers one bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The yard is a highlight with a very nice and clean pool, providing a perfect place to relax. The maintenance comes every three days to clean and change the bed linens and towels, ensuring the villa is always in pristine condition. The kitchens are very well-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The location is ideal, with numerous restaurants nearby. Artemis Restaurant, just a two-minute walk away, is highly recommended. Overall, Cataleya Villa is the perfect accommodation for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommended!

• Yuliia (10/5): Perfect house for big family or group of friends. - Location is very close to 3 beaches, so you can choose. The house is surrounded by restaurants. Most of all I was pleased by owner's hospitality. We got more than we expected!

• Diana (10/5): Chic & modern villa by the pool, perfect for a group of 6 people like us - The pool especially and the fact that the host came to clean the pool two times during our stay and one time to change the towels. The host was very helpful every time we needed specific informations or help. The villa was 10 minutes close to the beach by foot, we found parking on the street close to the villa without any reservation. Until the old city centre of Chania, you make about 20 minutes with the bus which you can take close to the villa. The fact that is doesn’t have parking.

• Öster (10/5): Exceptional - Great and modern amenities. Superb with all appliances needed, and with an own backyard with pool! A small supermarket just across the street, and bigger shops, restaurants, car rentals, beaches etc at a very short walking distance. Two bus lines going to Chania center drove very close by. Very easy and reliable to arrange additional services with hosts. We would definitely choose this place again! We came in the preseason so it was a little cold and damp in the rooms when we arrived, but there were heaters so this was a minor issue and easily fixed.
• Laura (10/5): Excellent villa! - When we arrived at the villa we were greeted by the owner who was very welcoming. We stayed for 10 nights and the owner came 2-3 times to clean up the pool and the garden. The cleaners also came halfway through our stay and we had new towels and the villa was thoroughly cleaned. We used the barbecue outside a couple of times and it was very clean and the coal and fuel can be bought for a few euros from the local shops. The facilities provided were excellent. The kitchens (in the main villa and the outhouse) were fully kitted out and exceptionally modern. There was soap and complementary shampoo and shower gel minis. The location was also lovely. The villa is a 5-10 minute stroll to the beaches which are lovely coves with bars situated along the front. It is also only a 10-15 minute taxi drive away from the main city of Chania and only costs €10-€12. We had a lovely stay and we will definitely be returning!!

• Anonymous (10/5): wonderful and worthy of a return - clean and tidy and very well presented with lovely decor. good use of facilities…pool,bbq etc. directly opposite a shop which was really handy when we needed the odd thing. no faults in the property itself but wasn’t as close to the main town of chania as we thought.
• Fraser (10/5): Yes yes yes - Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Pool was incredible, so many deckchairs/places to soak up the sun. Location was ideal right opposite little shops for supplies and down the road from very good restaurants and beautiful sandy beach. Could not recommend anymore and the owners were a dream. Let us check in early and check out late giving us pretty much a whole extra day of chilling. Absolutely nothing.
• Plesu (10/5): Perfect villa for visiting Chania and top beaches in Crete - Everything was excellent at this villa. Starting from the private pool, the bedrooms, living room, everything was clean. Appreciated very much the washing machine and laundry rack and the ironing machine which were very useful. The location is excellent, a lot of very good restaurants around and close to at least 2 very nice beaches where we went by foot. Chania old town is at 10 min by car and the airport at 20 min. The pool was cleaned every 2 days and cleaning and fresh towels were provided every 3 days. Nothing
