• Erika (8/5): Sehr empfehlenswert! - Sehr gute fussläufige Lage zum Zentrum. Einfache Erreichbarkeit und ebenerdige Lage des Appartements. Ruhig gelegen. Ein Parkplatz war immer in der Nähe verfügbar. Teresa hat uns persönlich und sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie gab viele Tipps für den Aufenthalt in Malaga, stellte sogar eine Karte für den Nahverkehr zur Verfügung und wäre immer kurzfristig erreichbar gewesen.
• Claudia (10/5): Ideal - Está en el centro pero en un barrio bastante tranquilo. Tere es un encanto y nos dejó un mapa con un montón de sitios marcados para visitar y comer. Repetiría al 100%

• Peter (10/5): Perfekt adres voor een ontspannende citytrip. - Wij hebben niet eerder een host meegemaakt, die zo hulpvaardig en aardig was. Niets was teveel moeite voor haar. Was altijd bereikbaar via WhatsApp en heeft ons veel nuttige adviezen gegeven voor ons verblijf in Malaga. Wij konden de locatie niet gemakkelijk vinden en zij wachtte ons zelfs buiten op toen wij met de taxi aankwamen. Wij hadden met de kennis van nu vooraf de EMT app moeten downloaden en bij een kiosk een 10 ritten buskaart moeten kopen, dan hadden wij het gemakkelijk kunnen vinden zonder taxi. Wij zouden deze accommodatie de volgende keer weer boeken. Alles was in orde. Een winkeltje op loopafstand om boodschapjes te doen voor het ontbijt en een heerlijk bed. Meer heb je niet nodig.
• Susana (9/5): Muy recomendable sobre todo para un matrimonio joven. - Todo muy lindo, con todos los servicios q se necesitan , muy buena anfitriona. A modo de sugerencia, solo le faltaría un tender para secar la ropa y si es posible poder usar el patio interior Lo único q no me gustó es la ubicación que para gente mayor como yo se hace muy pesada la cuesta empinada sobre todo en época de calor
• Laia (10/5): Para repetir - Teresa es muy amable, nos dió indicaciones antes de llegar y una vez allí. Gran anditriona. La ubicación muy comoda para ir andando al centro ( 15 min al centro , 25 min a la playa…) Nos ha encantado, mejor que en las fotos! La cama muy cómoda

• Alice (9/5): - Teresa is the perfect host. She accommodated an early check in and late check out. She was helpful and kind and gave us great information on the surrounding area. Her recommendations for local restaurants and attractions were great. Highly recommend. Not the hosts fault, but due to the time of year we visited we found the apartment very cold when we returned late at night from day trips. There are heaters provided.

L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé Plein d'endroits sympa qu'elle nous a conseillé. Elle a été réactive et disponible pour nous La localisation est géniale. Accès a lhyper centre en 10 ou 15 minutes maximum a pied Il n'est pas facile de trouver une place de stationnement (surtout le WE) mais on s'en est sortie

Nuestra estancia en este apartamento superó todas las expectativas, y gran parte de ello se debe a la maravillosa atención de la señora Teresa. Desde el primer contacto, sus indicaciones fueron claras y su trato, excepcionalmente amable. Ella nos hizo sentir bienvenidos y resolvió todas nuestras dudas de inmediato, demostrando una calidez humana que marca la diferencia. El apartamento en sí mismo es una joya. No solo es increíblemente hermoso y acogedor, sino que también estaba impecable; se nota el cuidado y la dedicación en cada rincón. Además, su ubicación es simplemente perfecta. Estar tan cerca del encantador Bosque de las Hadas hizo que cada día fuera una aventura, permitiéndonos disfrutar de la naturaleza y el aire fresco sin tener que desplazarnos demasiado. En resumen, fue una experiencia inolvidable. La combinación de un lugar tan encantador con una anfitriona tan atenta y amable hizo de nuestras vacaciones algo verdaderamente especial. Recomiendo este lugar sin dudarlo a cualquiera que busque una experiencia de alojamiento de calidad. ¡Muchas gracias por todo, señora Teresa!

• Elvira (7/5): - Есть духовка. Есть посуда для готовки и фольга. Есть стиральная машина. Рядом гора с лесопарком, можно подняться наверх на смотровую площадку. Можно найти место для парковки рядом. Хозяйка реагировали быстро при возникновении проблем. Обычно я стараюсь не писать плохие отзывы, но здесь не могу промолчать, так как оценка апартаментов не соответствует действительности. Обратите внимание, что вместо кондиционера здесь потолочные вентиляторы. Первый этаж, с улицы шум до самой ночи, пришлось спать с закрытым окном. Если открыть окно с кухни во внутренний двор - запах марихуаны. Без машины далеко ходить за водой и продуктами и неприятно, так как улица далеко от центра, её не моют и она пахнет мочой. До моря пешком 40 минут. Всю посуду перед использованием пришлось перемывать. Пол грязный, прошла в белых носках- стали чёрными. Светильники грязные, зеркало в комнате в пыли и разводах, вытяжка покрыта слоем пыли. Света маловато. Большого зеркала во весь рост нет. Стены требуют ремонта. Один комплект ключей на двоих, что крайне неудобно. Мы съехали на сутки раньше забронированного времени.
• Juan (10/5): - Todo limpio, muy confortable , Teresa un encanto, llegamos antes y pese a estar en una comida familiar y nosotros decirles que nos íbamos a comer, decidió venir y acomodarnos dándonos la bienvenida y ofreciéndonos toda la información de lugares para visitar e ir a comer, manteniendo el contacto por waasp por si necesitábamos algo y preguntando por las vacaciones. Teresa , espero que si tengo que volver a Málaga alojarme en tu casa. Un saludo, Los catalanes ❤️

The apartment was the perfect size, fully equipped with everything you might need, and has a charming outdoor space filled with beautiful succulents. It’s tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, yet only a short walk to town. Teresa is a wonderful host — warm, welcoming, and always quick to help or suggest a local event. Highly recommended!
