• renzo (1/5): - Pessima esperienza. Ho pagato 90 € in più per una camera con vasca idromassaggio, ma non è stato possibile utilizzarla perché perdeva moltissima acqua. Nel giro di poco ci siamo ritrovati con la stanza allagata, costretti con una pezza in mano ad asciugare l’acqua invece di goderci il soggiorno. Sotto la vasca c’era acqua ovunque, con asciugamani già sistemati per coprire la perdita, segno evidente che il problema era già noto e non risolto. Ho contattato il titolare più volte per chiedere il rimborso, ma non ha mai risposto ai messaggi, dimostrando totale mancanza di professionalità. Pagare un extra per un servizio inesistente e ritrovarsi in una situazione del genere è inaccettabile. Esperienza molto negativa, non lo consiglio.

• Davide (6/5): Staff perfetto, resto deludente - Staff perfetto, molto cordiali e amichevoli Ho pagato 160€ ma non ci valeva affatto, non aveva tutti i comfort che dovrebbe avere una suite. La pulizia non era delle migliori, c erano insetti nella vasca idromassaggio, infatti non è stata usata. I dosatori del sapone non erano stati riempiti. Nella colazione era incluso solo un pezzo a testa, tutto quello che si aggiungeva era tutto a pagamento, e per di più invece di quello che avevamo ordinato sono arrivate cose diverse.

• Francesco (1/5): - Gia ho fatto la segnalazione a Booking. Stanza sporchissima, premesso che non ho avuto la stanza per cui ho pagato e la signora mi ha detto che solo quella c’era . Lenzuola e federe piene di capelli. Chiedo il cambio di tutto anche queste ultime erano piene di capelli e per di più sporche di rossetto. Richiedo il cambio tutto ciò mostrandolo alla signora a mi dice che non è colpa sua e dovevo arrangiarmi .

• Jolanta (5/5): Mai più - Ho soggiornato per due notti presso Intimity Luxury Rooms e, purtroppo, la mia esperienza non è stata delle migliori. La stanza era sicuramente moderna e ben arredata, ma la pulizia lasciava a desiderare. Dopo la prima notte, sono rientrata pensando di trovare la stanza sistemata. In realtà era stata appena “ordinata”: il letto rifatto, ma nulla di più — nessuna pulizia approfondita, nessun cambio visibile. Il vero disagio, però, è arrivato nella notte tra il primo e il secondo giorno. Erano le 1:30 di notte, ero nel pieno sonno, quando all’improvviso è suonato qualcosa. Inizialmente non capivo da dove venisse il rumore, ma poi ho scoperto che era il citofono della stanza. Dall’altra parte una voce diceva: “Signora, per piacere può attaccare la caldaia? Perché gli ospiti della camera accanto non hanno l’acqua calda. Altrimenti dovrò entrare io in stanza.” Sono rimasta senza parole. Un’interruzione assurda, invasiva, e sinceramente inaccettabile a quell’ora. Un episodio che ha rovinato il soggiorno e che lascia forti dubbi sull’organizzazione della struttura e sul rispetto della privacy degli ospiti. Se capitate in questo hotel, vi consiglio vivamente di evitare la camera 107. La stanza potrà anche sembrare accogliente, ma l’esperienza può trasformarsi in qualcosa di tutt’altro che rilassante.

• Nikola (6/5): Don’t expect to be able to take a shower if you come here - The interior is nice and modern looking, with a big balcony. The breakfast is small but very good (you need to order the day before from their menu and choose the time you want it to be in your room). The bed is comfortable. Parking is spacious and free. It takes very long time for warm water to start coming out, and even then it’s just warm and the pressure is very weak. The worst part about the bathroom is the shower - there is only overhead shower and not the standard one. Also the pressure in the shower is too weak - we were not able to take a shower. This is the main reason of the low rating. The location is in the middle of nowhere and suitable only for those coming by car. They took our passports at the check-in and told us we will get them back at the checkout, which is a big red flag. After some negotiation we managed to get them back because it’s the only valid form of ID we have in Italy.

The breakfast was brought to our room which was nice but there was not an option different than sweet for eating. Once I asked they said I should have requested it in the specifications, which made non sense to me (how to predict there won't be something so basic?)
