• Teodora (10/5): Clean and comfy place - Clean and comfy place, everything as noted in an offer. You can even look at the stars at night from bed 😍 Communication with the host was excellent, he always responded immediately. Big thanks for early check in, much appreciated, he let me in earlier so that i can place my bags and start exploring the city without baggage... Everything needed was available in the accommodation, clean and fresh. it's a little colder in the toilet, but nothing terrible that would require an alert

• Mandy (8/5): Preis Leistung top. - Wunderschönes, altes Stadthaus. Wunderschönes, großes, altes Treppenhaus von wo aus man das Meer sehen kann. Das Haus hat sehr viel Charme.

• Miskulin (9/5): Odlično, zadovoljna sam. - Čistoća je vrhunska, i lokacija je gotovo u samom centru. Svidjela mi se i zgrada. Apartman ima mašinu za pranje veša, što je super. Nije predviđen za kuhanje. Ima malu indukcijsku ploču, nema rol za pečenje i nema mašinu za pranje suđa.

• Martin Márk (10/5): Renkívül kedves és gyorsan elérhető a szállásadó, aki mindenben segít, csak ajánlani tudom!! - Közel a strandhoz. Tiszta, rendkívül felszerelt. Nyugodt, csendes környék. A bőröndöt is volt lehetőség a szállás átvétele előtt beadni. Illetve a szállást az előírt időpontnál hamarabb átvehettük. Étterem a szállás épülete mellett.
• Alva (10/5): Great location and host - Very helpful host, easy to get in touch with, flexible and positive. It was a nice apartment with everything you need. It was on the top floor, but it was also a good work-out :) Very nice location, and easy to access amazing parts of Opatija. A bit expensive compared to other parts of Croatia, but Opatija area is expensive, so the price for the apartment was good for the area.

Easy to walk into the center of town by heading south on the main road. - We never met the host, but I was impressed by the instructions for how to enter the apartment--easy to find and access. We loved that it was a quiet upstairs room in which you could hear the patter of rain on the skylight. The place was cozy and welcoming. I wish I could remember the kitchen more. Parking was easy to find--on the street south of the building. You pay for it (meter), but that's fine and easy to navigate. Good walking access to a beautiful walkway along the coast and to downtown Opatija. I liked everything, but I'll mention that its being on the third floor without an elevator could be an issue for some people--just something to know. For us, we loved it.

• Tanja (7/5): The apartment is like Opatija - pricey for no particular reason - Nothing special to say about this apartment. Went to Opatija for a concert. This was the cheapest stay, for 125 eur per night. It was close to the venue. There was a big bottle of water in the fridge, which was nice. Finding a parking spot in Opatija is challenging. In the end we parked in a garage, for an additional 30 sth eur.

• Otto (10/5): Perfect, satisfied! - The beach and the sea coast is really close. We stayed only for a night, so we only went to restaurant once, but there is a wide variety of meals really close. Everything was fine. There were some fresh beverages waiting for us in the fridge. And the A/C was fully functioning which was necessary. Actually, the one and really the only thing i could say about is regarding the building itself, you have to really count with it that it has no elevator, and your room is on the top floor. But that is all the negative i could tell.
• Juraj (10/5): Great apartment for a short trip to Opatija - The host was helpful finding a parking lot, a clean and nice cold room awaited us at arrival.
