• sk1616 (9/5): いい思い出になりました - スタッフの方にいろいろ相談に乗ってもらいました。夕食が良かった 事前にわかってはいましたが、トイレが別なので少々困りました。
• Yuan (10/5): Breakfast and dinner are the most pleasant surprises - Kokun Kekun provides the top class Japanese style breakfast and dinner. The display of full set and each individual dishes are like art, let alone the taste. The chefs are professional and super friendly with perfect manner. Besides, meals are included in room price. Given the reasonable room rate, everything available is satisfying. Nothing disliked.

• KANAKO (9/5): 最高💗 - ロケーション ドアを閉めると貸し切りで過ごしているようでした。 ドアを開けると他の人が宿泊している音が聞こえたのも安心でした。 露天風呂はスリッパがあるかないかで様子が直ぐ分り、一人で入ることが出来、貸し切り風呂は贅沢でした。安心感のある風呂。 風呂に扇風機が欲しかった。 あとは思い付かないほどお洒落で満足☺️ ライトのガラスシェード、トイレ、エントランス、お洒落💗
• nobuo (4/5): 出来れば避けたい - スタッフの対応は素早く良かった。 ﾁｪｯｸｲﾝ時の入力番号と、メールで送られて来た番号の関連性が判りにくい。メールが4通到着、多すぎる。 部屋にスリッパ脱ぐ場所が無い。 掛け布団のシーツ着装が面倒。 暖房器具の温度調節が上手くできない。 窓に薄透明のカーテンが付いていない。

• Ichiro (2/5): - 部屋を変えていただき助かりました。ありがとうございました。 室温が３２度でクーラーがなく、１５分で気分が悪くなったので、連絡先の２か所に電話しても不在で連絡がつきませんでした。素泊まり22500円以上で人が不在で連絡が取れなく、クーラーがなく室温３２度では問題が有りすぎです。
• sunglun (7/5): 제목없ㅇ ㅁ - 1. 공용욕실이라 노천탕을 이용해야하는데 노천탕이 갑입니다. 2. 냉방시설이 선풍기밖에 없어 냉방기 등 비치하려고 하시는게 보였습니다. 3. 정수기가 진짜~~ 시원해요. 종이컵도 많이 비치해두셔서 편리했어요. 4. 조식 정말 맛있는 편입니다. 운영하시는 직원분도 매우 친절합니다. 우유 꼭 드셔보세요. 5. 매우 깔끔한 편입니다. 6. 시레토코국립공원에서 가깝습니다. 오전일정을 하셔야하는 분이라면 여기 묵는것도 좋을거같아요. 7. 가격이 주변 숙소에 비해 합리적입니다. 1. 이부분에서 많아 아쉬웠는데요. 체크인이 진짜 힘들어요.. 무인이라 화상으로 해야하는데 전달이 잘 안되는것도 문제고, 로비는 넘 덥고.. 집중이 잘 안되더라구요. 일단은 화상채팅을 하면 직원이 저의 방 넘버를 알려주고요. 화상채팅이 끝나면 화면에 비번이 표기됩니다. 비번함을 열고 키를 얻으면 됩니다. 화상채팅내용은.. 여성욕장옆에 키 있는거, 조식몇시에 먹는지, 구루마(차) 번호 물어보셨던걸로 기억합니다. 2. 냉방시설이 없어서 아쉽긴 했는데 창문을 열고 선풍기 키를 높인담에, 창문 앞에 선풍기 모드를 회전으로 하면 잠을 자는 동안에는 엄청 시원합니다. 냉풍기는 물을 채워야하고, 1층에 있는 얼음팩을 넣으면 되는데, 그닥 시원한지는 잘 모르겠어요.

• Gimeno Martinez (2/5): Lamentable. - Este hotel debería ser cerrado. Los cables eléctricos de las habitaciones son muy peligrosos porque todo se conecta en un solo enchufe. Habitaciones calurosas y aire acondicionado muy deficiente que hace mucho ruido y no funciona. Casi todo.
• Keishi (6/5): レトロ建築好きにおすすめできる温泉宿 - 露天風呂がかけ流しで、客室の数が少ないため露天風呂にいる人が少なくのびのびと浴びれた。露天風呂からは海が望め、夕日が沈むのをみることができた。他の宿よりも安い値段で泊まれる。駐車場無料で、ウトロの市街地まで車ですぐ。 普通のホテルだと思うとショックを受けるので、注意。1970,80年代のボロアパートのようなものを想像するとよい。客室には椅子がなく、眺望は緑溢れる崖。壁が薄く、またドアに防音性がないため足音や隣の部屋のドアの開閉音が筒抜けになる。部屋に冷房がないため窓を開けて寝ないといけないため、セキュリティ面が不安だった。客室に虫が入ってくるので備え付けの殺虫剤を使った。テレビの電波が悪いのか、テレビがあってもテレビ番組を観ることはできなかった。
