• Claudia (10/5): Für uns ein wunderbarer Urlaub und die absolut beste Lage in Opatija! - Die Lage in erster Reihe zum glasklaren Meer ist unbezahlbar und einfach nur ein Traum. Wenn man am eigenen Balkon die Sonne aufgehen sieht und dort frühstückt (und natürlich auch später) ist es hier unbeschreiblich schön und für uns der perfekte Urlaub und pure Entspannung. Die geräumige Wohnung mit funktionaler Küche wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt, da der Strand (und die berühmte Küstenpromenade Lungomare) in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. (Abgang direkt neben dem Haus.) So war es für uns nur ein Katzensprung zurück und wir haben uns öfter eine Kleinigkeit gekocht und die Privatsphäre auf dem Balkon genossen. Obwohl das Haus so zentral liegt haben wir wunderbar geschlafen und waren über die Ruhe angenehm überrascht. Der Parkplatz direkt im eigenen Garten war natürlich auch ein großes Plus, da dies in Opatija eher rar ist und bei Hotels auch oft noch zusätzlich teuer bezahlt werden muss. Unsere Gastgeberin war überaus herzlich, immer erreichbar und hat sich öfter erkundigt ob alles passt oder ob wir etwas brauchen. (Frau Bilek spricht sehr gut Deutsch.) Konsum, Bäcker, Apotheke und Markthalle sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, genauso wie Bushaltestelle und Kiosk wo die dazugehörigen Tickets nach Rijeka oder Lovran verkauft werden. Wir sind von hier aus auch ca. 1 h ins Landesinnere gefahren und haben köstliche Trüffel und Olivenöl gekauft. Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Für uns war dies ein wunderbarer Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder! Uns hat alles gefallen.

До моря три минуты, рядом с пляжем чудесный рыбный ресторанчик, рекомендую, очень вкусная еда. Приветливая хозяйка. Один минус, кухонная плита. Если хотите, что то приготовить от 1 часа до 2 часов 😌

The apartment itself is very cozy, designed in an old manner with awesome wooden stairs. Finally the host is charismatic and always ready to help, it was a pleasure to meet Ivna. Nothing to highlight, only positive vibes.

• Gergely (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, just at the edge of the city center. View to the sea, to Lungo Mare and to the nearest beach. Bus station in front of the house. Close shops, market, restaurants. The apartment is very cozy, very well equipped and clean. The host is very friendly, speaks great English, very flexible and explained all necessary things.
