• Holger (9/5): Gute Unterkunft mit zentraler Lage - Die Lage ist sehr gut für das Erkunden der Stadt zu Fuß bzw: mit der Metro oder Hop on Hop off Bus sowie viele Lokale zum Essen und Trinken in der Umgebung. Das Möbeliar ist etwas abgewohnt. Es gab nur ein Duschtuch pro Gast, kein Händehandtuch.

There were no utensils, no extra blankets, no washer/dryer and pls remember, only one bathroom.
• nicolas (8/5): Vaste appartement confortable pour un séjour au cœur de la ville ! La terrasse est un vrai plus. - L’emplacement est vraiment top ! Au cœur de la ville et suffisamment en hauteur pour ne pas entendre les bruits de la ville. Appartement très confortable. Attention, pour des mesures sanitaires (d’après l’affichette) il y a très peu d’ustensiles de cuisine: pas de poêles ni de casseroles, ni de torchons. Vaisselle un peu juste.

• Silvie (1/5): Absoluut afraden: smerig, slecht onderhouden en enorme tegenvaller - De locatie Wij raden dit appartement echt niemand aan. Ons verblijf was een grote teleurstelling van begin tot eind. Bij aankomst troffen we een vaatwasser vol vuile vaat en een uitgeschakelde, stinkende koelkast. Basisbenodigdheden zoals pannen ontbraken volledig. Buiten zitten was geen optie door de sterke shoarmalucht vanuit het restaurant beneden. Binnen was het niet beter: een rioollucht in de badkamer, beddengoed met gele vlekken en kapotte handdoeken. De kussens van de loungeset waren nat en meerdere airco’s werkten niet. Het appartement is duidelijk verouderd en slecht onderhouden. Alsof dat nog niet genoeg was, viel het warme water onder de douche regelmatig weg. Op ons verzoek voor nieuwe handdoeken kwam geen enkele reactie. De eigenaar appte daarna via WhatsApp waar hij een profielfoto had van zichzelf met zijn ontblote torso. Kortom: een enorme tegenvaller en absoluut niet aan te raden.
• Dang (6/5): - Location is good The air in the master bedroom was stink due to either sewage leak. It made us sick. The air vent was already covered with foil by someone when we cheked in. The air in the bacony was uncomfortable due to the food smell from surrounding restarants..

• Frédéric (6/5): - L’emplacement est parfait : l’appartement se trouve à seulement 2 minutes de la Gran Vía, ce qui permet d’accéder facilement à tout à pied. L’appartement est également très spacieux, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Comme mentionné dans un autre commentaire, il y a effectivement de fortes odeurs de nourriture sur la terrasse, probablement à cause des cheminées des restaurants situés en contrebas. Il manque également quelques éléments essentiels dans l’appartement, comme un tapis de douche et un linge pour s’essuyer les mains dans la cuisine. Les draps ne semblaient pas totalement impeccables (présence de quelques cheveux ou poils) et, de manière générale, un nettoyage un peu plus approfondi de l’appartement pourrait améliorer encore l’expérience des voyageurs.
• Radu Florin (7/5): Should be way cheaper having these conditions. - The location and the terrace are great! But just that. The apartment wasn't cleaned enough. The couch was full of dust, the bed sheets were not ok and the bathrooms were stinky and also sticky...
• ki sun (7/5): - 위치는 정말 좋아요!!! 도보로 그란비아 거리도 금방 도착하고, 솔광장, 마요르광장. 마드리드 궁전 등 유명 관광지나 쇼핑거리까지의 이동이 매우 좋아요!!! 주인분께서 도착시간 즈음에 미리 나와서 숙소까지 친절하게 안내해 주신 점도 최곱니다! 다만, 침실이나 욕실 등의 위생 상태는 다소 개선이 필요하고, 따뜻한 온수도 수량이 좀 적어서 여러 명이 한꺼번에 샤워하기가 어려웠어요.

• JULIA ISABEL (7/5): Buena - Es muy espacioso y está muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo.El chico muy amable.La terraza era muy bonita y el comedor enorme aunque huele muchísimo a comida por las salidas de humos . La nevera no funcionaba y tampoco uno de los radiadores, la ducha en baño grande no tragaba bien y con un poco de olor a cloaca.Había dificultad para cerrar la puerta con llave, había que cerrarla de portazo y costaba un poco abrirla.También encontramos unos calcetines sucios entre la doble ventana de la primera habitación que no eran nuestros.

• Jennifer (4/5): Great view and location but not somewhere I'd recommend staying for families. - The location of the apartment is great and the view is great. The apartment was pretty run down (walls need to be painted, furniture is really cheap and damaged) and not well stocked. There were no basics like salt, coffee, dishwasher pods, paper towels or any kitchen towels. When I asked the host about towels for the kitchen (paper or otherwise) and dishwasher pods, he told me to buy them ourselves. The other major issue was the smell. The apartment is located above a restaurant and the entire apartment smells like fryer oil.

• avir55 (1/5): להתרחק !!! - לא להתקרב !!!! מלכודת תיירים, המיקום די טוב על הרחוב הראשי אבל מעל מסעדות וכל המדפים של המסעדות בתוך המרפסת של הדירה והריח מגעיללל. מלוכלך מאוד , מצעים עם לכלול כתמים ושיערות בכל מקום, מים קרים במקלחת , הבויילר לא עובד לא תקין ואין שום הדרכה על הדירה, הדלת של הדירה בקושי נפתחת .מנהל המקום נעלם אחרי דקה ולא נותן שרות וכל קריאה הוא רוצה כסף. פשוט לא ראוי להיות בבוקינג, לא להתקרב שמרו על החופשה שלכם !!! הגענו מאוחר בלילה וברחנו מוקדם בבוקר אחרי לילה ללא שינה ומקלחות ואחרי טיסה ארוכה עם ילדים קטנים .

• LUCIA (5/5): MUY INCOMODAS LAS CAMAS Y ALMOHADAS - Lo mejor que tiene el departamento es la ubicacion Las camas y almohadas eran demasiado incomodas, las 3 camas tenian un pozo en el centro, por lo que si dormian dos personas, ambas nos caiamos al pozo. Esto fue igual con las 3 habitaciones. NO dormimos practicamente ninguna de las 4 noches que pasamos ahi. Ademas el departamento es dificil de calefeccionar. Fuimos en inviero y no podiamos prender los aires acondicionados juntos porque saltaba la termica. En la habitacion que tiene el baño en suit hay olor a pozo. Ademas, los platos que te dejan en la cocina al ser Hexagonales, no los podes meter en el labavajillas porque no le da para girar. hay que lavar a mano.

• Louis (10/5): Location location and views. - Location. Views. Next to metro. Large, spacious and centrally located The washing machine sounds like it is about to explode. Seriously need to fix or replace it before it takes out the kitchen. Sounds like a jet engine.

• Chung (6/5): - 일단 위치가 정말 끝내줍니다. 마드리드 내의 어느 곳이던 도보 액세스가 가능하고 여러 식당 및 편의시설이 인접해있습니다. 그리고 이 숙소의 최고 장점 옥상 테라스가 정말 훌륭합니다. 또한 호스트인 Ehsan은 매우 친절했고 필요시 즉각적으로 대응해줬습니다. 시설이 다소 낡은 점은 가격으로 상쇄할 수 있다 봅니다만, 작성된 것과 달리 세탁기/건조기의 사용은 불가능했습니다. 물론 인근에 laundromat이 있어 필요시 이용할 수 있다고 하지만, 시설내에 세탁/건조가 가능한 것과 아닌 것의 차이는 극단적으로 다르다 생각합니다.

Nous reviendrons si le propriétaire modifie quelques petites choses .ce logement peut être exceptionnel À notre arrivée nous avons remarqué quelques désagréments que le propriétaire a tout de suite réglé. Il manque un grillage pain et un étendoir à linge. L odeur de nourriture sur la terrasse mais personne n’y peut rien . Et le lit de la deuxième chambre est horrible!

Sofa bed did not exist, even though it was advertised as being available. We booked for 4 people all wanting separate beds and that was not the case on arrival. We were told to share rooms/beds.

• Ramesh (9/5): A nice stay in the centre of Madrid - Full marks for the location. The apartment was well maintained. Rooms are a little small and there are only 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has modern gadgets which may need some getting used to before using. The manager Ehsan is a not a friendly person. The apartment does not have dust bins in the rooms and the toilets. Expensive for the money charged

• David (8/5): Rooftop terrace in Madrid! - Very spacious, three full bedrooms and two baths, good size living room and a large outdoor terrace. Kitchen was fully equipped with all amenities. Location was excellent within walking distance to just about everywhere. Great view of the city too!! Beds weren't very comfortable, fridge was turned off when we arrived which we had to turn on after arrival. Minor little things needed repair.

• Kelly (10/5): Best kept secret in Madrid - Wow, such a great find in Santo Domingo. The terrace was a private outdoor space in the heart of the city. We walked everywhere we wanted to visit within 20 minutes. The apartment has everything you need and with several grocery stores nearby, it made the trip more economical. The AC and showers were perfect. The host met us promptly and was very personable. The beds were a little firmer than we like. The listing has misinformation about the location. The map shows the apartment near the Opera station; however, the apartment is in Santo Domingo, right across from the plaza. This was confusing when scheduling taxis to and from the airport.
