• Roberto Alejandro (6/5): Buen lugar pero necesitas tapones para los oídos - Instalaciones nuevas, cerca del centro y con estacionamiento. Buena atención del personal. Demasiado ruido por la noche. Perros, gallos, portazos del huésped de al lado. A las 8am empiezan a mover mobiliario de la alberca y parece que fuera en el mismo cuarto.

• Florence (10/5): Séjour relaxant dans un hôtel bien situé et bien équipé. - Bien situé, à quelques pas du centre. Belle piscine avec amplement d’espace et de chaises. Lits super confortables, chambre très propre. Personnel super attentif. J’y retournerais sans hésiter. Rien en particulier. Le wifi dans les chambres n’était pas 100% fiable mais ça fonctionnait la majorité du temps.
• Adrian (10/5): Great hotel! A+ - Very Clean, AC, Hot water and the staff was great! We stayed in room 108 which on the inside of the hotel so we didn’t hear any outside noise. The pool and terrace area was really nice and clean as well. Its a walking distance from the center. We would stay here again! More of a cautions statement, the ramp to the parking is steep so on the way out you need to watch for people crossing. Other than that no negatives.

• Andres (8/5): - La limpieza, el trato recibido y que tuve la posibilidad de hacer check in anticipado. Que hubo vecinos DEMASIADO molestos y ruidosos, y mucho muy exagerados en su comportamiento y actitud en los pasillos del hotel, al parecer nadie les dijo nada ya que ambos dias fue similar.

• Kris (9/5): This is a beautiful little hotel, close to many restaurants and the beach. Would highly recommend! - Staff were fantastic. Room was clean and spacious and well appointed. The pool area was beautiful and also very clean We had thought there was a hotel bar by the pool but it was never open. We did not love the sheet by sheet toilet roll dispenser!
• Martha Marie (8/5): - Lovely outdoor deck, very clean rooms, nice staff. Make sure to get a room facing the garden, as the street is super noisy. There was no hot water for three days and there was no solution or discount offered. Other guests were told that hot water is an extra service. Facing the fact that we were staying eight nights, had already downsized our room (because of the street) without a payback it would have been nice to have been offered a compensation. Kitchen was definitely not fully equipped (no proper knifes, no chopping board, no pots with a lid). There’s space for improvement here, especially in the smaller room.

Near Oxxo so you can get basic food and drink needs met easily. Very responsive to any concerns. Loud chickens near back of property but out of control of the hotel.

• Rindra (10/5): Super hôtel - La localisation, à 2 pas du centre mais légèrement à l'écart, la piscine sur le toit magnifique, c'était propre, le personnel à la réception super sympa et souriant, la chambre belle et bien équipée, un Oxxo à proximité Tout était bien mais peut-être un sèche cheveux ou un peu d'accessoires dans la douche (type crème corps) ça aurait été mieux. Y avait de la place pour ça: un petit étendoir à linge pliable aurait été super, s'il y en avait un.
• David (9/5): Lo que necesitas para disfrutar un fin de semana en la playa y descansar - La alberca, su vista, horario, temperatura y profundidad. La terraza muy cómoda y bonita. Está excelente para pasar un rato durante el día o al atardecer, una botana y disfrutar el sol y la alberca. Las habitaciones están equipadas con lo esencial para cocinar: cubiertos, sartenes, vasos, tasas, platos. Agreguen una olla o pocito para calentar agua/caldos en la estufa. Estaría bien un comedor pequeño en el interior de la habitación. Utilizamos las sillas del balcón y una mesa plegable que llevábamos.

Great boutique hotel, perfect location. - Very cute, clean, and comfortable Only negative was the shower drainage in room 209 was not good. Water pooled at feet. Door to shower didn’t close properly. Staff never cleaned toilet or shower once during our week long stay.

Our room was cleaned daily and was spotless. The wifi is strong and reliable. Our favourite was the infinity pool and roof top lounge area. Si tuvieran algún servicio de desayuno hubiera estado excelente, la ubicación no está en el centro pero son 10 minutos, realmente lo vale

La ubicación es ideal: justo al lado de la estación de buses y cerca del mercado de artesanías y de la playa. El staff es increíble: amables, sonrientes, serviciales. Olvidé un wallet y una persona del staff corrió hasta la estación de bus para devolverlo. La vista de la piscina no fue increíble porque había una construcción en curso justo en frente, pero del otro lado la vista es linda!

• Enrique Sanabrais (10/5): Excelente opción de hospedaje - El hotel superó mis expectativas. Llegué antes de la hora del check in y me dieron la habitación sin problema. El personal muy amable. El wifi con buena recepción y tienes dos conexiones, una en la habitación y otra para la terraza donde se encuentra la alberca. La habitación muy limpia y amplia con terraza, televisión con roku tv, la cual tiene muchos canales disponibles, asi como puedes configurar tu cuenta de netflix, mini cocina, refrigerador, estufa de inducción, utensilios, y jabón para trastes. El baño muy agradable con cancel de vidrio templado, dentro de este shampoo, acondicionador y gel de ducha corporal. Todo lo necesario para una ducha rica. El estacionamiento debajo del hotel siempre iluminado y con capacidad para 20 vehículos aproximadamente. En la azotea la alberca muy hermosa de buen tamaño con agua templada, camastros, y sillones para descanso. En resumen, 1000% recomendado, ya que por lo visto es un hotel con instalaciones actuales, es decir, se nota que no tiene más de 3 años que lo construyeron. Haberme quedado más tiempo. No tengo ninguna queja.

The rooftop pool was fantastic. Breakfast was not included. We stayed with two toddlers and it was perfectly fine. Liked the kitchenette in the room so we could make some meals.

Bus terminal is right - Pool was quiet, it was easy to walk up at any time and get sunbeds. It was also heated with a step to sit on so you could sit and read in the pool. Nothing. There was construction across the road which could be noisy at times but that was out of their control.

Nice to have a bit of distance from the noise/business of the town (but within a 5-10 min walk). Pool was really nice and pool deck a great place to hang out. Staff were super friendly. Room was thoroughly cleaned every day, common areas very clean, beds very comfortable. Housekeeping always left plenty of towels and supplies. The only recommendation would be to have a little fridge at the front desk where you could purchase drinks!

The lounge/pool on roof was wonderful to enjoy a breakfast and swim or a late night swim. Heated. Unfortunately we were on the main road side. Not a big deal we used white noise for sleeping.
• Jessica (8/5): Great, new facility and clean rooms but didn’t like the road facing room - The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. House cleaning came every day and washed our dishes. Our room faced the main road which was incredibly loud. Request a room that faces inside and NOT towards the road or bring headphones. There were these great big windows but we had to keep them closed the whole time because they opened to the parking lot and main entrance with a lot of people walking by.

The bad part was , the room was in the side of the street.was to noise, I ask if they can give me another room,they told me was no more rooms available, instead they give me a ear plugs. The staff was exceptionally. Jonathan and Abagail were so pleasent and helpful with whatever we needed. The hotel is extremely clean. If road noice bothers you, make sure to book your room at the back of the hotel. They were very accommodating and moved us after the first night .

• Melissa (6/5): Nice pool, but not worth the unkind employees and noise. - Some friends recommended this place to me, and honestly, it didn’t meet my expectations. While the pool is beautiful and the rooms spacious, there was a lot to be desired. -The one employee did not make me feel welcome at all. I watched him get mad at a group of girls at check out for putting their bags in the storage (they said the employee the day before told them they could). Then we came to use the common area after checkout while we waited for our bus, and he reprimanded us, told us it wasn’t allowed, and that they didn’t offer late check out (we were already out of the room). I’ve never stayed at a place that doesn’t allow you to use the common areas for a couple hours after check out, and for this price point, it’s even more disappointing. When I asked if I could pay to stay for a few hours, he said no, they didn’t offer late check out (again, we were not using the room or in the room). Thankfully we were able to change our bus to an earlier one. -There was nowhere to sit inside the room, even though in all the photos of the place I saw online it showed little bean bag chairs, they didn’t exist. -The internet did not work for our room (203). -The room was very loud at night as it was right in front of the main road.

The front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful, even when I needed a pot to cook in or a flatter pillow. I traveled with my two daughters and felt very secure in the facility. We LOVED the heated pool and spent many hours daily there. We would definitely come back! Not a thing

• Sandra (10/5): A peaceful oasis in Sayulita. - The Hotel Puerto Satulita is an oasis of calm in what can be a really busy and noisy town. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. We enjoyed our private patio in the back of the property and the huge common area in the back has tables, trees and hammocks. The rooftop pool and deck is wonderful. Plenty of comfortable chairs, couches and umbrellas for shade. At the front desk Jonathan was very helpful and offered great suggestions for getting around town and dining. Carlos was at the desk when we were departing. He offered to drive us to our next destination as he was heading that way. This saved us from taking a taxi or bus and we really appreciated that. It was a lovely stay in every way.

• Darryl (9/5): Amazing rooftop pool, kids loved it there. - We liked that our room did not face the busy street, it was a nice quiet room. Rooftop pool is excellent. It was a room for 4 people but there were only chairs for 2 people to sit, as well as lack of cutlery for 4 people.
• Ivan (8/5): Very nice place to stay. On a busy street but our rooms were very quiet rooms. - The roof top pool was very nice. It was heated and almost too warm. It could be turned down a few degrees. One of the pool lights was not working and emitted some electrical energy to the water. One of our grandkids got a mild electrical shock from it. We reported it to the front desk and they immediately came and shut of the lights breaker. The kitchen was very basic with no spices or oils for cooking so bring your own if you come here.

The rooftop pool area was amazing and had everything you needed to relax and cool off each day. Staff were so attentive and provided great service each and every day!

Building was clean and nicely decorated, modern design. Pool was great except people smoking. Incredibly noisy traffic all day and night from busses cars and motorcycles. Impossible to sleep!! Staff even brought us earplugs but still too noisy. Horrible location for a hotel next to bus depot. Building should have proof the windows and double windows and doors to prevent traffic noise.

• Skip (9/5): Lovely stay in Sayulita - the pool is amazing! - Fabulous spot in Sayulita. It's right next to the bus station if you take the bus into town. Toward the North Side of town which is quieter and more chill than the center. The rooftop pool is the BEST!

• Fern (10/5): A Lovely Perfect stay at Puerto Sayulita Hotel! - What an amazing hotel! The staff here is so helpful and very friendly! Jonathan & Abigail were the best! The rooms are beautiful, modern, super clean, kitchen in the room! Refrigerator, coffee maker,toaster, tv, air conditioner and ceiling fan. The terrace has incredible views and a beautiful, very long pool. I will definitely come back to this lovely hotel! I had the perfect stay! No noise at all. Very large modern renovated room, beautiful renovated, modern, clean washroom, safe that locks, terrace with table..chairs..extra day bed..Perfect stay! Nothing. Everything perfect
