- Михаил (1/5): Нужно быть более отзывчивым и не обманывать своих гостей! - Ничего. апартаменты грязные, фото не соответствуют действительности, туалетных принадлежностей нет, в стенах дыры, в туалете на стенах и потолке грибок, потолок в туалете в аварийной состоянии и может обрушиться. Хозяин обещал компенсировать часть стоимости и пропал.
- Alessandro (3/5): - Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile, purtroppo però la casa presenta molte criticità, che se sistemare la renderebbero veramente bella. In cucina c'è un tavolo,.ma purtroppo mancano le sedie, quindi se uno vuole mangiare è costretto a sedersi sul divano e ad utilizzare il tavolino basso. La cucina ha pochissimi utensili e quasi tutte le pentole non funzionano con il fornello a induzione quindi cucinare qualcosa è praticamente impossibile. La casa è molto fredda e non c'è un sistema di riscaldamento, ma solo una pompa di calore per ogni stanza, che però non possono essere accesse tutte contemporaneamente ,altrimenti salta la corrente. Per quanto riguarda il bagno, è. molto elegante, ma la doccia non ha una chiusura adatta e l acqua esce allagando tutto. Infine per quanto riguarda la posizione, la casa si trova fuori dal centro e quindi per chi non ha la macchina risulta scomodo raggiungerla e raggiungere negozi e locali.
