A due passi dal Tribunale e Centro Storico. Ottimo punto di appoggio molto economico. Claudio e Rosa compensano con la loro gentilezza, il piano seminterrato

Ci ritorno di sicuro _ Per cercare il pelo nell'uovo si trova al Seminterrato, ma il prezzo basso e la presenza di una finestra in bagno, rendono comoda questa "temporanea" permanenza
• Pia Sophie (1/5): Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung war die reinste Katastrophe - Die Lage war gut Hat nach Rauch und Abfluss gestunken. Das Badezimmer hat keine Tür und Sauber war es dort auch nicht wirklich. Die Dusche war komplett verkalkt und die Fugen haben geschimmelt und man hat zwar ein Fenster im Bad allerdings ist die Wohnung im Keller es hängen Kabel vor dem Fenster und es ist unheimlich laut.

Be ritrovarti a dormire in una cantina ... con odore nausebondi..rumori notturni..bagno non parlo doccia che ho dovuto profumare personalmente... consiglierei di comunicare che se il prezzo è economico non giustifica portare mia moglie in tale posto....
• Claudio (2/5): ESPERIENZA ORRENDA, unico tratto positivo l'ubicazione. - L'unico aspetto positivo è il fatto che sia situato esattamente in centro. Volevo dare una possibilità a questo posto ma la maggior parte delle recensioni negative si sono rivelate vere, mi sono trovato costretto a passare in stanza soltanto 3 o 4 delle 12 notti pagate facendo check out un giorno prima. -puzza di fognatura proveniente dalla doccia -quest'ultima con parti arruginite che sono cadute durante una normalissima doccia -il letto non è un matrimoniale ma sono due singoli messi insieme il che è comprensibile date le dimensioni dei corridoi e delle porte -stanza apparentemente pulita ma guardando sotto il letto mi trovo delle coperte sporche corredate di tovaglie per il bagno insieme a boccette probabilmente di collorio buttate a terra -il primo giorno mi vengono poste immediatamente delle scuse, le accetto volentieri se non fosse che la padrona di casa sparisce per poi scusarsi dopo due giorni perchè era "il suo compleanno", ironia della sorte, il 23 dicembre era anche il mio di compleanno. ovviamente essendo un basement ha tutti i difetti ricollegabili ad una struttura di quel tipo, non chiedo un trattamento di lusso, ma dopo quasi 500 euro per 12 notti vorrei almeno non trovarmi coperte con residui e asciugamani sotto il letto. (le foto che trovate in allegato sono state scattate in giornate diverse anche dopo i diversi richiami che ho fatto)

• Kai (10/5): Nice designed apartment - The design and interior is very nice. The room was nice and clean. More over it is just a short walk to the main things in Palermo.
• Nasteska (2/5): Very poor - Location There is bed smell and too hot, there is no window in the room, only in bathroom small window in middle of the building, there is no door of the toilet, it’s underground, extra charges for air conditioning and late check in and she wasn’t kind for last day for our baggage to stay in for few hours.

We had to wait in front of the door for an answer for the code of the door…after texting a copy of a bank transfer was what she asked for. One day we ran out of electricity so we texted her and the host texted us that we should go to the electrical panel by ourselves and check what the problem is.

Instructions were sent after an hour of waiting and calling. There is no door in the toilet. Wi-Fi, towels, bed linen, air conditioning are paid

• Lightdesign (6/5): The journey was by car and forced. I don't want to go back there at all. The room is not bad, but it was very noisy: - The apartment is quite clean. It has its own private bathroom with a large shower and hot water. They went to a meeting and gave me towels. Late check-in, from 17:00 to 19:00. I had to wait even though I was allowed to check in at 4pm. Since keys can be collected on site, check-in can be done earlier. Towels and internet are paid: 2+2 euros. It was also necessary to pay a fee and transfer funds by bank transfer - this is another 2 euros. There is absolutely no place for parking! Although it was indicated that there are paid parking lots, they did not help me with this even at my request. I recommend underground parking on the square itself. A day costs 13 euros. In private parking lots, we were charged 20-25 euros per day. Sicily is very dangerous: everything is locked, dirty, crossing the road is a survival adventure.
