• Luka (6/5): Overall good. The smell in the bedroom was a big minus. - Great location, good access to the underground. Kitchen and bathroom clean and well equiped. The booking did not state that the kitchen and bathroom facilities were communal, which was not a problem. However knowing it beforehand would have been better. The bedroom smelled horribly of vomit. We aired it thoroughly and bought scent candles. Then it was ok.

• Alicia (7/5): Buen lugar para alojarse por trabajo - El alojamiento está ubicado en una zona familiar, segura para llegar incluso por la noche. Cuenta con una parada de tren a 10 minutos andando, pero sólo hay un tren cada hora. Autobuses que te acercan al centro, pero con combinaciones. El lugar está bien mantenido y recientemente han cambiado la moqueta y pintado la entrada. La cocina está bien equipada (aunque vendría bien actualizar y ampliar set para cocinar, sartenes, ollas) y es amplia. La calefacción y agua caliente se agradece al llegar con un día frío. Si que está alta, pero en tu habitación se puede regular a tu gusto. No todas las habitaciones tienen escritorio dentro de la habitación. En mi caso es importante porque viajo por trabajo, y fue un poco decepcionante al ver que la habitación era pequeña y no tenía escritorio. Las escaleras sí son empinadas, pero es algo habitual en estas casas victorianas. La cama y almohada no era terriblemente cómoda, pero cumple la función, quizás un topper y una actualización de almohadas harían un gran cambio :) Pero en general el lugar está bien y es recomendable para una estancia.

• Barbara (7/5): Good location. Comfortable house. Get a wodden floor and headboard and all will be perfect. - Lovely house. Well done up. Feels safe. Locks on the room. Flatmates, some longtime were sweet. The shaggy carpet and velour head of bed. It all stank of smoke. That was very bad. They had air fresheners but the soft furnishings were saturated in smoke. No hanging space for clothes.
• Abioseh (5/5): It was durable for the price. - Clean kitchen and bathroom. The digital lock system was great. The room never had a rail or drawers to place garments. The kitchen could do with a new frying pan. Dishwasher and oven don’t work seem like those facilities have been out of order for a while. A television would have been nice in the bedroom.
• simon (7/5): Did the job we wanted from it. - All areas very clean. Kitchen had all appliances. Access to property worked easily. Very good location for where we wanted to visit with very good public transport links. WiFi worked well. It was advertised on booking.com as having private bathroom and tv in room but our double room had neither. The one shared bathroom was very busy in the morning, possibly due to 10am checkout time.

• Ian (4/5): A cheap stay in a decent sized property, but cleanliness and facilities were poor. - Room was large and pretty comfortable. Bathroom was okay. You had a fridge in the room, which was nice. Needed a deep clean, especially the kitchen. The kitchen was large but run down. No TV in the room, but to be fair I don't think that was advertised.
• Lynda (1/5): Dirty, smelly and a con - Nothing The house stank of damp and mould. All the carpets were stained and filthy. The bathroom has cracked tiles and a door off the cupboard. My room had a big chunk missing from the door frame so I was not sure that the lock would hold. I didn’t feel safe in the property and chose to book a travelodge and leave.

• Buurkes (8/5): - We kregen op tijd de codes om naar binnen te kunnen en het was fijn dat er een stilte regel was. De straat waar het was vonden wij een beetje scary in de avond. Ook vonden we het best duur voor het feit dat we een hele kleine kamer hadden met niet eens een kledingkast.

• Salvatore (8/5): Funzionale e pulito - Vicinissima a Boston manor park in una zona tranquilla e sicura e ben collegata da ogni tipo di mezzo. Nei dintorni c’è più o meno tutto con pub e supermercati. La casa ha tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno e nonostante sia molto spartana all’apparenza risulta pulita. Mancava l’asciugacapelli, le stanze sono piccole, in bagno non si apre la finestra, la presa d’aria fa troppo rumore e il doccino per il bidet è rotto.

Sengen var for lille, for blød, værelset alt for småt ingen plads til at hænge sin jakke eller noget der kunne ligne opbevaring. Bedre egnet til 1 person, men stadig mangelfuld plads til opbevaring. Gulvtæpperne fuld af grimme mærker, fik fornemmelsen af der var møgbeskidt og lugten i huset var fugtig og virkede usund. Klud, håndklæde og viskestykke i køkkenet, blev ikke skiftet i de 6 dage vi var der. Virkeligt ulækkert med tanke for at vi var flere der overnattede. Så mega uhygiejnisk. Der var “gammelt vand” i elkedlen, der lugtede af kloak, så ikke super fedt at skulle anvende den. Vi oplevede den sidste dag/aften at der var unge gæster som ikke helt tog hensyn til at der var andre i huset.

• Ricardo (8/5): Great value for money. - Nice neighborhood. Good kitchen. Nice private bathroom with good warm water. The carpet is stained on the stairs and bedroom. It is also cut in small areas in the bedroom. We found small bits of trash left on the windows.

• Mark (7/5): Good - Travelled there with my daughter for the Rugby on the 22/2/25. Had a family room, which was clean but basic, no tv in the room, but did have free Wifi which we had no probs connecting to and had a decent speed. Had a shared kitchen, which we didnt use. Beds were comfy and was in a quiet street, so got a decent nights sleep. We only needed the room to sleep in as we were out most of the day. Done what it said on the tin, would definitely recommend it if you're looking for somewhere cheap for a night in the capital. With it being in a residential street parking could have been an issue, luckily enough, when we arrived I managed to get parked right outside the property, as there was a few spaces dotted around the street, however when we got back to the property all the spaces were gone and the street was full, best advice if you're driving would be to get there as early as you can, other wise you might end up parking in the next street
• Alvarado (9/5): Spacious Stay with a Great Kitchen and Easy Check-In - The apartment was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining space that made it easy to enjoy meals together. The host provided clear and detailed instructions on how to find the place and access the apartment, which made check-in smooth and hassle-free. The overall layout was great for a group stay, offering five rooms for big groups. The backyard is a plus. There were minor inconveniences. With only one shower for all five rooms, mornings could get a bit chaotic. Room number 3 was uncomfortably hot, and there was no way to adjust the temperature, which made sleeping difficult. Additionally, no shower supplies like shampoo or body wash were provided, so guests needed to bring their own. A few improvements could make the stay even better.

• Andraz (7/5): Nice bedroom in a great house, but common areas need attention - - Rooms are nice and look like the photos. - Beds were comfortable. - Quiet and calm. - Kitchen area is great to make your own food and store things. - Enough space to store things. - Good selection of plates and bowls and glasses. - Towels, shampoo and bedding provided. - No fuss getting into the place or into the room. - Wi-Fi passwords posted clearly and Wi-Fi worked great. - The common areas, kitchen and bathrooms, need maintenance, and no longer look like the photos. - Most of the kitchen cabinet doors did not close properly, refrigerator door did not attach to the kitchen front. - Bathroom on first floor had a sink that was plugged up, leaky water from the shower head and little water spray by the toilet.
• Emericod (10/5): I suggest this house for families. - The house is clean and cosy, the place is available to relax. I am sure we will choose this house if we will be in London. Not was unlike thing.
• Laura (8/5): Wouldn't recommend the bed - The common spaces were well equipped and clean. The check-in process was really easy and the host replied quickly to messages. I love that it's keyless and you just use a keypad. Fast wifi, hot water was excellent and good water pressure in the shower. Very tidy space (no extra clutter or wasteful toiletries that you won't finish during your stay) and almost everything looked very clean. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I'd hoped. The carpet in room 3 is pretty stained and even after opening the window, it was still too warm in the bedroom at night. There were 2 towels for us in the room, but no hand towels anywhere in the bathrooms or washcloths. Couple of spots where things need updating/new coat of paint and there's a decent sized hole in the wall on the 1st floor. (See photo) Wish there was more info in the booking or at least posted on the walls about the local area: transportation, local services, etc. It would have been great to know the nearest tube station or bus stop, for example.

• Clare (7/5): Good - Close to train station so could get to twickenham quickly. Clean, and tidy place,. Left biscuits and coffee pods for us. (if you drink coffee). Left mini shower gels to use. Keypad locks on doors so bedroom was safe when we went out. Mattress was really hard, no tea, sugar or milk to have a drink when arriving . No TV in room, could do with a bit of touching up and maybe new carpet on stairs and bedroom.

• Kathy (10/5): We Would Stay Again! - We were worried about the location to the underground tube, but once we arrived we realized it was very walkable, pubs were just a few doors away, (pic is of us at the pub) and there was a great snack/coffee latte take-a-way next to the underground tube entrance. Even though we had to share a bathroom, it was never a problem. The bonus for us -- we were backpacking across London/Paris and this Guesthouse had a washing machine, so we could repack all clean clothes. We would stay again. ~Kathy and Marc Upon arrival, we noticed the light colored carpets were stained. We travel alot, and realize that the non-porous floors at most establishments are probably just as used, but not as noticeable. Therefore, we simply keep our shoes on, even inside the rooms. We smelled cigarette smoke one night, but concluded another guest was smoking outside our room on the patio area. I have an alergy to smoke and our window would not close completely, so we simply rolled a towel to keep the smoke out. We slept well.

• H (5/5): Okay experiance - The key code was easy to access. The kitchen was spacious. There’s a garden. The carpets are disgusting (see pictures). Our room only came with two pillows, which were not comfortable at all, despite it being a room for two people, so we had to make do. There was a tiny fan that was annoyingly loud.

The room was very small and the bathroom was out in the corridor and shared with others, even if clean: that was not clear in the announce when we booked. The carpet in the room needs to be cleaned and fourniture maybe renewed.

It would have helped massively to have an extra couple of pillows, also wasn’t nice someone had been searching for adult content on the tv in the room so that wasn’t a great thing to pop up when trying to watch some relaxing tv

Tried phoning number for no answer. Eventually managed to speak to someone. Short and rude. Then had issues with locking room. Took 2 hours for a reply to fix issue. Avoid

Access to a kitchen was great. Also very quiet. I was in room 2. I had to ask for a hairdryer that didn’t arrive until later on day one which was too late for my business meeting. Despite it being listed on the facilities I was advised that the previous tenant must have removed it The carpet, bedside table and mattress very tired. Although high quality when installed they need replacing. They’ve been well used. The carpet was full of stains and bedside table had bad marks.

New house with nice and simple design, attentive host, who was flexible to accomodate my last minute bookings. Good appliances. Privacy was good despite shared house. It could improve on cleaniness in rooms, beddings, and in shared spaces. I wasn't sure my bedding was clean on the first night , but when I complained about cleaniness, they made an effort in my new room to make it much cleaner. Bathroom shared which was known but still less comfortable, this was the compromise.
• Yoonjeong (8/5): Good place to stay - Communication with the property owner was great, quick response and solving the issue. The room wasn't ready when I arrived after the check in time. Used bedsheets, used towels, full bins, hairs on carpet floor etc., but when I messaged to the property, he sorted it out by sending a cleaner. Generally it was a good place to stay. Only one towel per person for 7 nights, No hair dryer in the property. On the website, it is stated that there is a hair dryer in bathroom. Otherwise it was good.

• Joseph (6/5): Could be excellent with more tidying - Nice bedroom with lots of space and excellent storage. Apart from the toilet seat, really good bathroom and excellent location. The room floor hadn’t been vacuumed and was messy with hair, lots of dirt. Bed linen was either old or not washed. Bathroom toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. Other guests were extremely noisy in the morning.
• Suzi (1/5): Tiny room - Advert is very misleading. This is a tiny cramped room with shared facilities. Ad makes it look.like a studio flat. No tvor facilities in room.
• Sau (10/5): Excellent - It is near Ealing Broadway and convenient for those using public transport (though a bus transfer is required). It is also very close to Kew Gardens. The public space and kitchen are very clean, which is great for tourists who want to cook. The landlord is friendly and communicative.
• Mary (8/5): Very kind management. Lovely guests - We had a sick kid and the managers worked with us to get us in as early as possible. Soooo kind Gotta admit the shared bathroom threw me a bit. But it was a lovely space. Felt like home
