• Diana (9/5): Fantastic view, huge apartment, but a bit challenging to find - The apartment is huge – we stayed with 4 adults but it easily accommodates 7 people. The terrace outside is also huge, and overlooks the Lago Martianez swim/beach complex and the sea. It is partially in the shade in the morning/afternoon which would be great if it gets too hot. There also a huge areas that has sun all day. The apartment has all the amenities you need – even a huge whirlpool at the master bedroom. The view is truly spectacular, and once you step outside there is an abundance of restaurants’ and small shops. Note that you cannot reach the apartment by car and that parking on the street in close proximity is extremely challenging. We ended up parking at the parking garage of the big supermarket, 5 min walking away – but this can be expensive with up to EUR 35 per day. We decided that during our stay we would mostly park at the huge free parking some 15 walking minutes away. Communication with the caretaker was OKE but a bit challenging the night we arrived. The location of the apartment is very will hidden and it was a bit difficult to find. But, all in all we would certainly love to stay here again – now that we know where to find it.
• Espen (7/5): Vi hadde en strålende uke på Martianez Dream Views. Med noen små justeringer ville det vært full score for vår del. - Beliggenheten, utsikten, stor uteplass, stor leilighet. Det var veldig rent inne i leiligheten ved ankomst. Det var kaldt den uken vi var der, personalet skrøt av peisen når vi kom, men denne var det ikke mulig å koble til uten skjøteledning som ikke fantes i leiligheten. Uteplassen var ikke rengjort og ganske møkkete, og en solseng stod ødelagt i et hjørne. Burde kanskje vært kastet eller byttet ut.

• Carla (10/5): Excelente estadía!! - La ubicación es perfecta. El apto es muy espacioso y tiene todo lo que se necesita y más. De noche cerrábamos las ventanas porque entraban cucarachas.
• BELEN (7/5): APARTAMENTO ESPACIOSO Y FRENTE AL MAR. ACCESO PEATONAL. - LA UBICACIÓN FRENTE AL MAR Y LOS LAGOS MARTIANEZ, QUE SON PISCINAS.. CASA ESPACIOSA. 4 DORMITORIOS. TERRAZA ESTUPENDA Y GRANDE. NO HAY PARKING CERCANO Y HAY QUE BUSCAR SITIO Y APARCAR LEJOS. EL ACCESO ES PEATONAL, Y NO PUEDES ACCEDER A LA PUERTA EN COCHE PARA BAJAR LAS MALETAS. HAY CUCARACHAS DE LAS GRANDES EN LA ZONA DE ENTRADA AL PORTAL, DONDE ESTÁ LA COCINA DE UN RESTAURANTE.
• barca (7/5): Per me è stata appena sufficiente - La casa e sicuramente bella e spaziosa e con una buona finitura di base , e posizionata su il lungomare con una bella vista sulle piscine . La prima cosa c’è scritto aria condizionata e in realtà c’era solo un condizionatore nella stanza da letto più grande e per giunta senza telecomando quindi non abbiamo potuto usarla cosa molto negativa per me che soffro il caldo e avendo anche fatto presente alla signora che ci ha fatto il check in. La seconda cosa molte luci non funzionano ma questo dopo qualche giorno le hanno messe a posto , poi per 7 persone adulte un set di asciugamani per 10 giorni e un po’ poco e mi hanno chiesto per qualche ulteriore set 10 euro che ritengo fuori luogo . Per poi parlare alla location della casa che è in area completamente pedonale con mio padre e mia madre tra l’altro uno disabile e stato un disastro la macchina ogni giorno era impossibile da parcheggiare e bisognava fare km e km a piedi cosa che non era specificata da nessuna parte e stato x noi un grosso disagio. Questa problematica della macchina mi ha reso la permanenza negativa. Ultima problematica che ha poi ci ha costretti a dormire chiusi dentro perché nessuna finestra era dotata di reti protettive era una massiccia presenza di scarafaggi disgustosi ,presenti in tutta la zona dell accesso alla casa quindi spaventati dal fattore che potessero entrare siamo stati tutte le notti a stare chiusi e soffrire il caldo ,per me è la mia famiglia e stata veramente un disastro.
• Miranda (9/5): Large quirky apartment beside the sea with a fabulous terrace - The location is super with everything you need close by. It’s a quirky old property and very large. The huge terrace is fabulous with panoramic sea views. The sitting room / dining area was really big too and a comfortable place to spend time together. The master bedroom was amazing with its own balcony, dressing room, massive en suite bathroom with a huge jacuzzi bath and separate shower - although my folks were staying in that room so sadly I never got to try it out… The other bedrooms, two twin (one en suite) were small but fine. There was a juicer and a choice of 3 or 4 different coffee makers in the kitchen. Not much to complain about… It is a little dated and some elements could do with being refreshed. There was a strong air freshener smell and we couldn’t find where it was coming from, and also a slight smell of drains in the bathrooms.
• Marianne (8/5): Overall ok - Big apartment. WiFi dosn't work in the bedrooms. To far away from the router. Cleaning good be better, should be more kitchen tools as forks, knife.
