• Marco (7/5): Luci ed ombre - Questa è la seconda volta che alloggio presso il Residence Santa Marta. Il motivo per cui sono tornato è che la zona è molto comoda (vicina alla stazione ferroviaria e a Piazzale Roma) ma fuori dai percorsi turistici e quindi molto tranquilla. Non lontano ci sono diversi negozi, ristoranti e locali. Inoltre, questa volta abbiamo trovato una nuova cucina, molto bella e abbastanza ben equipaggiata e dei nuovi infissi alle finestre. Il rapporto qualità prezzo, tenuto conto della biennale e dei costi di Venezia, è accettabile. I difetti che abbiamo riscontrato sono principalmente tre. I letti non sono comodi, soprattutto il divano letto in soggiorno. Il wifi funziona ad intermittenza: bene il mattino, male pomeriggio e sera. La pulizia dell'alloggio lasciava a desiderare: i pavimenti avevano bisogno di essere lavati e la piccola libreria meritava una spolverata. Si può anche aggiungere che i condizionatori hanno comportamenti bizzarri: si accendono nel cuore della notte anche se sono stati spenti la sera.
• Livio (8/5): Bell'appartamento in zona Santa Marta - Appartamento al piano terra molto carino in un cortile privato, molto verde e nascosto. Grande camera da letto silenziosa e accogliente. Bagno della giusta dimensione. Check in facile e veloce La zona dell'ingresso con la cucina è sicuramente da migliorare, almeno per quanto riguarda le luci e il controllo dell'umidità (è la parte più buia della casa). Il condizionatore/deumidificatore va tenuto acceso anche in tarda primavera se ci sono giornate di pioggia, come è normale a Venezia. Piccole migliorie (tappeto di ingresso, un lume, una piantana) aiuterebbero in ogni caso.

• Zeiser (9/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt super. Wunderschön. Nobel. Sehr gute Lage! - Die Lage war super. Schnell beim Wasserbus in allen Richtungen. Dennoch absolut ruhig. Der „verzauberte“ Garten, wie unsere Töchter ihn genannt haben, um den Haus herum. Wirklich eine besondere und wunderbare Stimmung. Uns harvest sehr gut gefallen. Klimaanlage (haben den nickt gebraucht) ging nachts plötzlich immer wieder an. Mussten diesen sicher 5 x pro Nacht manuell ausschalten. Feuchtigkeit mag in Venedig ein Thema sein. Man sollte es aber vorher dennoch wissen, dass die Wohnung etwas muffelt. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist die Wohnung super.
• Davide (7/5): - Posizione buona per chi cerca in quella zona, spazi sufficienti e camera complessivamente pulita. Bagno pulito. Una maggiore attenzione all'umido presente sui muri (ma non si sente eccessivamente nell'appartamento), basterebbe un po' più di cura dell'ambiente per rendere questa soluzione davvero ottima.

• Johanna (10/5): Ein stilvolles kleines Apartment mit viel Flair und wunderschönem Garten in ruhiger, hübscher Lage. - Das Apartment ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten rund ums Haus eine kleine Oase :-). Die Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet . Die Lage war für uns auch optimal, da wir fernab vom Trubel waren und gleichzeitig schnell im Zentrum sein konnten. Die Kommunikation mit Arrigo hat super funktioniert und er hatte viele gute Tipps für uns. Wir haben unser Silvester dort sehr genossen. Und hat alles gefallen! Was ein bisschen gefehlt hat war sowas wie eine Garderobe oder Haken, um die Mäntel wo aufhängen zu können.

• Tommy1988 (5/5): - Az elhelyezkedés jó volt, bár aki Velence szigetén lakik, neki minden elérhető távolságban van. Az ágyak borzalmasak voltak, a konyhában lévő kinyitható kanapé rossz minőségű, a hálószobai ágy matraca pedig förtelmes. A bejárat közvetlenül a hálószobába nyílt. A konyha felszereltsége gyenge, pakoló- vagy tárolószekrény egyáltalán nem volt, így mindent a földön vagy az étkezőszéken kellett tárolni. A két ágyon összesen két takaró volt: az egyik kétszemélyes, míg a másiknál csak a huzat volt kétszemélyes, a benne lévő takaró viszont egyszemélyes.
• Tina (8/5): - Spacious apartment and great location. Very lively location, nearby to the waterbus and local cafe, and the restaurant. Persistent musty odor that cannot be removed by airing the space. Very complicated waste management, with a penalty if any waste is left at the location.

• Agne (5/5): - The location is very good. Walkable distance, but rather quiet. The walls inside had mold, and the smell was really strong unless we opened windows really wide. The quality of kitchen is just just acceptable.
• Iva (9/5): Quelques jours comme des vénitiens - L'emplacement calme, loin de la foule. Appartement bien placé. Équipement permettant d'être autonome : lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, mais aussi un parapluie, un sac de courses... Les conseils de l'hôte sur des visites et des restaurants.
• Patrick (7/5): Good - The villa and neighbourhood. Heating not on when we arrived.It 2 hours but the staff did put on the two air conditioners to provide heat.The pulldown bed in the kitchen

• Marsha (9/5): Venice stay with hidden costs - The apartment is really spacious and beautiful, set in a peaceful and quiet garden with a private entrance. The apartment is not well equipped in terms of crockery and cutlery. Beware: a very large cleaning fee is levied upfront. It amounted to another three quarters of the advertised price, which made this apartment much more expensive than we would have paid. Despite the cleaning fee, the floor was dirty, and we were told by the very unfriendly check-in clerk that we would have to dispose of our own garbage (which is not easy to do in Venice - there are very few garbage bins around). Overall, I liked the place, but I would not stay there again because I felt ripped off.

• Babrok (2/5): Wouldn’t recommend moldy house - House is old and had mold all over the walls. It is not habitable and hazardous to health. Whole house smelled mold snd misty. WIFI never worked and there was no internet connection. Contacted the host multiple times and no resolution.
• Sylviap. (5/5): It's just fine - The place is nice for someone who like to be close to the main station. Everythink was like on the pictures but older. It's a place far away from the center and form the shops and restaurants. Building is old and you can hear the neighbors.
• Lien (8/5): good - the host is helpful but wifi is sometime not strong enough .the vehicle to travel in and out to the property is not easy to find or fullly booked (and water taxis always is too expensive. Many high staired bridges may harm to your suitcases's wheel if you have to walk from and to the train station to the house.

• Balchand (7/5): Good stay in Venice - The property is quaint house, with a garden and well furnished. Bedroom is very spacious with a nice oriental carpet and a lovely chandelier. No Cafés / supermarkets nearby. Coffee / tea sachets / sugar could be provided. The garden in the property could be better maintained. The compound door locks automatically and so one must be careful to open this door with the key, before closing the front door, prior to checking out.

It was a dream come true to us to stay in such a nice and well designed place with hint of local old style but at the same time with all the nowadays comforts you need. We will come again. The area is perfect. Everything was more that we expected.
