Launisches Concierge-Personal; Chip-Schlüssel funktioniert oft erst beim 3.-4. mal; keine Ersatzmülltüten (trotz Nachfrage); schwache Lüftung im kleinen, fensterlosen Bad bei selbstschließender Tür.

• Jennifer (10/5): Absolutely stunning stay in Aberdeen! - The location was perfect. Everything we needed, food and entertainment wise, was right around the corner. The room was really quiet considering we were in the heart of the city. The bed was SO comfortable! Everything that we needed for our stay was provided. The room was immaculate. The Concierges were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We absolutely loved staying at this location! Incredible value for money and surpassed our expectations. Would highly recommend to anybody visiting Aberdeen.
• Margaret (6/5): Theatre weekend - The bed was comfy It was a fob key system and you only got one which you had to to get through a few doors there was little equipment no glasses ,you had to keep the blinds down all the time as you looked straight into the apartment on the other block ,there was also no lamp or dimmer switch so you wee unable to read in bed me personally would not stay here again

• John (10/5): Really easy and high standard - Easy access to property with one fob covering all accesses which was great. Simple, clean and well organised all in the centre of town. Great place for business or leisure stays.

Essere prigioniera in camera, arrivata ore 18 ,chiave della stanza non disponibile, il portinaio che non fa parte dello staff mi ha accompagnato su e giu un paio di volte. Veramente mai successo in vita mia. Inoltre ho capito che è una cosa che succede spesso.... o forse sono stata io sfortunata.

Важко з раннім заїздом, лінк на ранній check-in не працював належним чином, доводилось очікувати до 15:00 щоб заїхати в номер. Душова кабіна потребує огляду час від часу, вода погано сходить після того як прийняв душ.

• Paul (10/5): This was extraordinary value considering facilities and location - Located just in the centre of Aberdeen it was just a short walk to the main street. The facilities included a commercial Laundry which was gold for us after travelling for 2 weeks and a well outfitted gym. Room was spacious, had a refrigerator, stove and oven and a streaming TV.

• thenameisRB (7/5): - The room was cozy and spacious enough for me to lay my luggages down. The TV had Netflix! The room also had a coffee maker and coffee pods for you to make your own cup of coffee every morning. The toilet had much-needed hot water and useful toiletries. The bed was soft and comfy. The neighborhood was also quite nice, especially being near schools and some shops within walking distance. Place was accessible enough while strolling at night. Very quiet too during this time of year. The property owner may need to clean the unit a bit before offering the place to guests. The coffee maker and the condiments in particular were pretty dusty. The signages were also old and broken. Because the unit was remotely managed, half the time, I was unaware of what I needed to do next.

Not only for us but another couple struggled too. Range hood on oven was a bit grotty. Room was a bit hot. Water not very hot.

• Kirsty (7/5): A few flaws but a little gem and can’t wait to stay again. - Location is beyond perfect and what you do get in your space is great, perfect for weekends that you are needing downtime when busy. We were gutted to have no coffee machine this time round and met with a night shift worker on front desk that really didn’t want to help. We just asked about fans and were clearly told they have nothing to do with any of that. The rooms are boiling and haven’t got the best ventilation

• Gary (3/5): Will return if improvements are made. - The bed is comfortable. A few things: The freezer needed defrosted - covered in ice. See photo attached. Coffee machine - no pods (just an empty tin) The room was really warm - on pre check in it says we can ask for a fan (if available). We asked the desk downstairs for the man to be quite sarcastic and rude about the fan. Stating “oh we are now handing out fans to Charles Hope customers.” He also said no. Found him not to be helpful at all. The shower - drainage is a problem. While showering the floor of the shower fills up with water. Takes a while to drain and you worry that the room will flood over. Noisy! Which we can expect because of the location.

Expressomaskinen läckte som ett såll men fungerade. Lagades inte direkt. Hög bullernivå om man hade fönstret öppet. Dåligt utrustat pentry.

• Kenneth (10/5): Fantastic accommodation - I have stayed in numerous hotels in Aberdeen and normally use the same hotels. Loraine my wife found this property and we looked at what it had to offer. It had everything you would want. Comfortable bed, kitchenette, spacious apartment, great location and very competitive price. Also fantastic restaurant next door again very competitive prices. Nothing will visit again 😃

• Addison (7/5): Clean, comfortable and central for a work trip but not somewhere I'd stay again for a relaxing stay. - Really clean, good size room and bed was very comfortable. Only one light for the entire room, no lamps or dimmer option. The fridge makes a really loud hum so needed earplugs for sleeping. The blinds don't fully cover the windows so very bright from 4am onwards. No coffee maker in my room and reception couldn't offer me any solution.

• Lilian (10/5): Aparthotel Charles Hope Aberdeen on - All really good tho it took us a while to find the building - if we'd been told it was opposite the Art Gallery we'd have found it right away! Only one gripe, no liquid in the shower body wash! Central position in town near restaurants and attractions such as the Oldest House (interesting inside and free) plus wonderful Art Gallery.

Once paid and booked, they then got in contact asking for more money and further personal information and identification which I was not happy to do. I then proceeded to tell them I wasn't happy about that and would like to cancel but they said they do not cancel or refund. So I lost my money. Probably best avoiding this one so you are not out of pocket like me

• Catherine (5/5): Wouldn’t stay again as claustrophobic, airless and cramped - Nice convenient location Clean Bed comfortable Reasonable variety of tea etc Studio apartment- photos suggest more spacious- deceptive as bed must’ve been folded away to create illusion of space. It was quite claustrophobic, insufficient ventilation as window didn’t open very far. It was just the start of spring, pleasant 14C outside, at night 6C. It was far too warm. I dread to think what it will be like in summer. Poor planning for sockets and mirrors. No full length mirror and nowhere near a mirror to plug in hair drier. The fridge wasn’t cold at time of accessing the room and took a while to chill. We didn’t see any sign with the name of the company, either outside or in the building. Appears to be student accommodation?
• Elisa (7/5): - It had everything you need, location is extremely good, modern equipment, pleasant looking, staff not present but promptly available for any questions you have at all times blind a bit broken, draft coming from above bed, oven not really clean, you have to bin your own rubbish, check in at 11, fridge noisy at night
