• Samuel (10/5): Fantastic Villa in a great location with a great host! - The villa is great, well equipped with everything you need like washing machine, refrigerator/ freezer, cooking equipment, hairdryers etc. The villa is spotless with some toiletries and plenty of fresh towels. The swimming pool is south facing so gets the sun all day. The villa is in a great location with restaurants and supermarket all within walking distance. The villa is in a secure and private compound. Jean-Pierre the owner was the perfect host who is very polite and very helpful with lots of contacts (for car or scooter hire) and restaurant recommendations, the perfect host!

• Errin (7/5): A great stay, that could have been exceptional. - Location was amazing, so central to Rawai, Nai Harn and Kata. The property was really clean, large outdoor space and felt secure in the complex of villas. Our host was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly if contacted. Internet was good too. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which made our stay really comfortable. Our host let us have a late checkout at his suggestion as he had no bookings that evening, which was really helpful due to our late flights out of Phuket. Some basic essentials would have made this villa stay not just good but exceptional. A washing machine with no powder, soap/(& shampoos) enough for 1-2 days (we stayed for 14 nights.), 1 toilet paper per bathroom, per week, even one spare is helpful. One of the parts that was disclosed up front was the charge of electricity at 7baht/kw, but not knowing what a medium/low use looks like (we were out all days), Airconditioning going whilst at the Villa, usually throughout the night and lights on in the rooms we were using was it, still cost us $200AU (about 4000baht) for our 2 weeks. Maybe add electricity to your price? It makes the property look reasonably priced when comparing but maybe misleading (In thai pricing context)?
