• Sheryl (9/5): Easy, comfortable stay in great location. - Location was great, very clean, spacious, warm and cosy. Well decorated and facilities on point. Quieter than expected. Great to have the heat pump and the bathrooms were great. Parking not available and had to park away from the apartment at extra cost. Would be good to mention in listing that it is 3 stories high with stairs, this would not suit anyone with mobility issues. It was not a problem for us. Perhaps an image or instruction on how to find the apartment especially after dark as it is down a little walkway. The fry pan had a dodgy handle and well used.

• WENDY (9/5): - This is a lovely apartment close to the city centre. We could walk everywhere. The apartment is very clean and well presented. It is over 3 levels, which didn't worry us. Would stay there again. Nothing. All good.

• Laura (9/5): - Great location for what we were doing, few bars, restaurants and eateries around which was great! Clean, tidy and modern as well - would stay there again and will reccomend to friends and family! Wasnt great that there was no parking on-site and either had to risk getting a ticket or parking down and across the road at Wilson's or another parking company which you pay for.

• 김 (10/5): - 깨끗하고 넓고 안락함. 작은 정원까지 있어 평화로운 시간을 즐길수 있었음. 5분 이내에 대형마트가 2개 있고 푸드코트도 가까이 있어 편리함. 1층 거실, 2층과 3층은 침실로 구성되어 있음. 시내 중심가까지 15분 정도 걸어야하지만, 멀지 않았고 무엇보다 합리적인 가격이 마음에 들었음. 3박을 했는데 수건이 부족한 점이 아쉬었음.

• audrey (10/5): Super maisonnette pour visiter Christchurch - Super bien placé. C'est une petite maison! Très bien équipée et très confortable. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Faudrait penser à vider les poubelles extérieures. On a sorti la.rouge quand on y était.

• Abby JS (10/5): Wonderful place to stay in the CBD - I loved the apartment, gorgeous, comfy and had everything we needed. Being three floors very spacious 😊 One little suggestion would be having a standing fan in the top floor bedroom, otherwise can't think of anything, it exceeded expectations 😊

• Jill (9/5): Delightful and relaxed. Good responsive host. - This townhouse was new, with terrific amenities, located in a quiet enclave. The second and third floors each have a bedroom and bathroom. Lots of space for families or groups. The house is bright and has lots of windows and natural light. Close to many restaurants in a modern area. Very comfortable beds! Lots stairs with turns if you have large luggage.

• Judith (9/5): Convenient and comfortable stay in modern, attractive apartment - The location was good in that we were on the edge / in town and it was an easy 10 minute walk to the busier areas. For example, we walked to the Quake museum and to the Riverside market etc and it was easy. It felt safe, even at night. A nice vibe in this central Christchurch, we were really impressed with the town. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable and well equipped for cooking, clothes washing etc. It would have been nice to have some coffee pods to use with the coffee machine and the preparation area for cooking was quite limited / small. The bedside lights in the middle floor bedroom also a little faulty - wiring? Also didn't like the pic of the cow in the lounge - can do better!

• Yi (9/5): - The apartment is perfect (clean, comfortable and warm) except that the dryer of the washing machine gives a wired smell to the clothes. Location is very good. A few minutes walk to the Christchurch bus interchange (convenient for ppl who intend to join local tour) and many good restaurants nearby. The “dry” function of the washing machine.
• Yvette (7/5): It was pleasant - The location was handy The apartment felt welcoming and clean. We felt that the apartment was very cold as we requested more blankets and 2 portable heaters which took over an hour to receive but they did arrive after a phone call. The heating downstairs struggled to warm the room and I would suggest to have ceiling fans installed to circulate the air. Lack of Parking was an issue with rainy, windy and low temperatures are happens and made things difficult. We had our 80 year old mother travelling with us and it was a struggle having to carry luggage up and down 2 flights of stairs was also a concern. However lovely service and someone always took our calls. P.S. we only had 3 Freeview channels on the tv also.

Had everything we needed in the kitchen interested of appliances and dishes. Upstairs toilet was a bit dirty, I think they missed cleaning under the toilet rim.

• Jörg (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful Accommodation – Highly Recommended! Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The accommodation was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time. We can wholeheartedly recommend it. For future guests arriving by car, we suggest the Lichfield Street Carpark, just a 15-minute walk away, with reasonable rates of $16 per day. A big thank you to the hosts – we wish you continued success and many happy guests in the future!

Would definitely stay again if in Christchurch. Only that the night we arrived it was pouring with rain and there was no shelter over the front door. We got quite wet whilst trying to get in. But hey small price to pay for great stay.

There wasn’t very much we didn’t like about the property. But like dumb things like not finding scissors. Or it being very hot in the top room. Although the ax was on a fan in the top room would’ve been nice.

Near the tram to go into Christchurch however doable 20 min walk into the city.Near great cafes etc We had a moment of panic when we had difficulties getting back into the appartment due to low battery issue with the pin pad which owners fixed the next day. This has now made us very weary of not staying at premises without main desk check ins.Unwelcoming sighs saying no Air B n B parking aloud in the parking area next to the appartment. If you're a tea drinker please take your own tea as there was none provided. Also didn't like the combination washing machine & dryer because it took forever to wash & then go onto the drying cycle.

We didn't want to leave, but duty calls. Public parking is available nearby (paid). Note: the bedrooms are upstairs. One on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor, each bedroom has it's own bathroom and toilet. Niets

You will need to park in public parking, which has a 60-minute limit. During the day, you will have to move your car and search for another parking spot. Or pay for parking.

(And the heated toilet seats are 🔥😍🥰) The hosts were incredibly helpful and understanding and answered every question I had, no matter how annoying 😅 Honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I will defintely book again when back in Christchurch. Literally nothing! I have zero complaints!

• Roland (10/5): Perfect location with Everything you need at Christchurch - This property is perfection. The location is great. Quiet and close to the best restaurants across the road. Parking was easy with a QR code we could top it off when running behind. The apartment has anything you would need and even things you didn’t know you would need. Our kids now want heated toilets in our home, great added touch. The beds are comfortable, pillow options, blanket for warmth. Blackout shades throughout for a good rest. Very clean. Any top of the line appliance you would want on a vacation is there along with basic needs. Ironing, steaming, your all set here. Highly recommend. Nothing. It’s perfect. If I have to say anything it would only be extra toilet paper. Also, we left all of our luggage in the lounge downstairs to save us from bringing them upstairs. That was our choice.

Tea and coffee available on bench but no milk in the fridge and no tea towels to dry the dishes as there wasn't enough dishes to make using the dish washer worth while. Would also be great if there was a couple of options for pillows. They were all the same on the beds and I found them a bit too high, would have loved a thinner pillow. A selection on the beds would have been great. Only mention these things as the place was great and these things would have just made it awesome lol

The beds are comfy, all essentials are provided, and having a wash/dry combo in the washing machine is great. Parking is easy, and the host is responsive. The flowers inside are a nice touch. Just a minor suggestion: it'd be handy to have a mitt pot holder for using the oven. Overall, it's a perfect apartment for everyone! : ) None

Comfy beds and lovely bed linen. Perfect configuration for a family travelling. Great location, easy walk to Margaret MAHY park and shopping precinct. Everything was great.
