• Caroline (9/5): Appartement spacieux et idéalement situé! - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Corfou ! La localisation de l'appartement est parfaite, tout est facilement accessible à pied. ll y a un petit marché juste à côté, et plusieurs bons restaurants. L’appartement est magnifique, spacieux, très propre et bien aménagé, on s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. Les hôtes sont extrêmement gentils, accueillants et disponibles, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Seul petit bémol : l’eau coule sur le sol lorsque l’on se douche, ce qui gâche un peu le confort de la salle de bain.

• Jaimini (2/5): - Location was the only good thing The accommodation did not meet the standards advertised, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Host Communication On the first night, during a storm and subsequent blackout, I contacted the host to ask if there were candles available - I received no reply and my message was read. Later, when I reported a leak in the bathroom floor, I again received no response, not until an hour later. Condition of the Property The bathroom was not as described or shown in the listing photos. It was extremely small, smelled due to leaks, and was damp. On the first night, I slipped on water from the leak, which was unsafe. The flooring in the apartment was uneven, which caused difficulties for my husband who is recovering from a major heart attack and has balance issues. The kitchen led directly into the bathroom, which is unhygienic. This layout was not disclosed in the listing. The hallway was dingy, the mattresses were uncomfortable, and there was excessive noise from upstairs neighbours. Pricing and Facilities The advertised price was around £350, but the final amount charged was £436 once taxes and cleaning fees were added. This was misleading, as the full cost should have been displayed upfront. When I requested a late checkout, I was told this was not possible and was instead offered a luggage storage service at an additional cost — this should have been disclosed in advance. Impact on Stay Due to the condition of the bathroom and overall discomfort, we left on 1st September and secured alternative accommodation nearer the airport. I informed the host and asked about a refund but received no response still to date
• Jaimini (7/5): - On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the staff were helpful where they could be, and the location of the hotel was excellent. Firstly, the breakfast was the same every day and not very suitable for vegetarians. This made it difficult to enjoy a balanced meal. In addition, communication was challenging as the two ladies running the kitchen did not speak English, making it hard to ask questions or request alternatives. More importantly, I observed several hygiene issues: Cheese and ham were placed on the same platter, creating cross-contamination. Guests were using the same utensils for different foods. Only two frying pans were used to cook eggs, bacon, and pancakes together, which again caused cross-contamination. The same cheese slicer was also used for ham. These practices raise health and safety concerns, particularly for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies. In terms of the rooms, there were no complimentary water bottles, nor were there tea and coffee facilities — both of which are standard in 4-star hotels.

• Antonia (10/5): We stayed for 7 days and with the apartment being so close to the center it was very helpful and easy to tour around the - The apartment was cozy, welcoming and had everything we needed for the duration of our stay There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

• Manjeet (9/5): Excellent location for Corfu Old Town/Liston Square and good value accommodation - Location was perfect. The property was located down a peaceful site street on the 1st floor. 30 seconds walk away is a Mini Market with groceries, drinks, toiletries etc and a Starbucks. 1 min away walking are a minimum 10 restaurants, cafes for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Taxi rank is 1 min walking from the property and the Old Fort is 2 min walking. The City Hop On Hop Off red bus stops outside the Old Fort is you wish to go on a bus tour. The property is located next to Liston Square and also near a park. Its also in Corfu Old Town/Liston Square and if you wish to go to the beach, you can get a taxi , or get a bus depending on which beach you wish to visit. 99% shops and taxi take card payment/contactless payment , ATM is nearby as well . We took taxi to Palaiokastritsa beach, 30 min drive, taxi charged 60 Euro to go and another 60 Euro back. Next day we walked 10 min from the property to San Rocco Square to get blue No 6 bus to Benitsis beach, 30 min by bus. All day adult pass on this bus is 5 Euro and timetable is available from ticket office in San Rocco Square. Plenty of eating places, large beach area, boat hire for 2 hours cost us 70 Euro + 36 Euro for the fuel Communication with the host was excellent from the moment of arrival to departure via Whatsapp, he was very helpful and polite. Taxi to Corfu International Airport is 15 Euro to 20 Euro one way, about 8 min drive. Air conditioning in the property worked very well as it was around 36 degrees outside. So many tourists and people in this location it also felt very safe, from early morning to late at night, there was never any problem with anyone Bed mattress was too soft , spring mattress No toaster in kitchen

• Mike80 (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, nicely refurbished apartment. Very small and uncomfortable bathroom , with nasty corner where tall people hit their heads
• Ed (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spacious and very well decorated! The location is just amazing in the heart of the old town. We enjoyed our morning walks in the old town to explore the small bakeries and coffee shops around the area. The location is very convenient and there is a municipal parking right across the street.
