• Souza (5/5): Para mim a pior experiência do Booking, a não repetir . - O alojamento está em uma zona muito bem localizada , mas as fotos são de todo alojamento ,oi seja o alojamento que fiquei tem entre 20/25 metros quadrados, muito pequeno e mal cabem Duas pessoas . Não havia pano de cozinha e a esponja estava cortada ao meio . As escadas são extremamente perigosas e estreitas o que dificulta subir e descer malas . Portanto ,se for alugar pergunta se não duo A59 que é a pior experiência que alguma vez eu tive . As fotos mostram tudo , 40 metros quadrados , sala de estar etc … Mas a realidade é diferente . Escadas perigosas Fotos que não condizem com o alojamento. Falta de panos de prato, 2 papel higiénico para duas pessoas estar 5 dias .

• Philip (1/5): Worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in- Ant infestation, broken facilities and dismissive staff – do not waste your mon - Absolutely nothing. Probably the worst accommodation I’ve ever paid to sleep in. This was genuinely one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had in years. We understood this was budget accommodation and did not expect luxury, but basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, safety and customer service were completely absent. The property felt like a badly improvised conversion rather than a proper studio apartment. The so-called “kitchenette” was effectively an outdoor balcony that had been crudely boxed in with partition walls that still had visible holes and gaps to the outside. It felt unfinished, poorly constructed and honestly not suitable as proper accommodation. The biggest issue was the ants. Because the kitchen area was effectively outdoors, there were ants in the cupboards, on the fridge and eventually inside the bedroom and bed area as well. We even found ants crawling on my partner while in bed. We had to keep all food locked inside the fridge for the entire stay to stop further infestation. Completely unacceptable. There was no hot water in the kitchen area, meaning we had to boil the kettle repeatedly just to wash dishes. The kettle itself balanced dangerously on top of a wobbly fridge because of the uneven flooring. The terrace was filthy when we arrived despite being one of the main advertised features. After complaining, someone came to clean it but the effort was laughably poor and we ended up cleaning it ourselves. Whenever it rained, dirt and debris washed straight down from the roof and covered the terrace again. The sliding terrace door barely functioned, constantly jammed and did not properly lock. I trapped my fingers multiple times trying to close it. Combined with the fact the internal bedroom door also could not lock, the property felt insecure and badly maintained. The WiFi never worked at all during the stay despite us reporting it early on. The network could not even be found. Nothing meaningful was done about it and we had to waste our own mobile roaming data instead.

• Jonathan (4/5): - The location is amazing, the balcony is nice, with sun in the morning. Our stay was overall enjoyable, with the big caveats mentioned below. The bedroom smelled moldy on arrival, the stovetop was broken. When we called about that, DreamAlgarve (the host company) came and installed a gas tank for the backup gas burner. They did not leave matches or a lighter, we had to go out and get that ourselves still. Even worse, they expect their guests to take out the trash, but do not provide any place to do so. This place seems to not have any legal waste disposal. If you do not dispose of the trash upon checkout, they charge you a heafty fee. Overall, DreamAlgarve is a property management company that claims to cater towards foreign investors first and foremost and you can feel that in the service. They seem to cut every corner they can.

Informe de la situación para que vinieran a limpiar de manera urgente y no tuve ninguna respuesta hasta que hoy me he acercado directamente a la agencia para poner una hoja de reclamación y han podido comprobar en vivo y en directo todas las picaduras. La cisterna tiraba agua constantemente. Pedí una mantita porque tenía frío y no me la trajeron, ni tampoco funcionaban las persianas. El suelo estaba sucio y había muchísima humedad. En la agencia me han dicho que me van a devolver el dinero de la reserva y espero que sea así.

• Maria (3/5): - Kein warmes Wasser, Wohnung dreckig und klebrig und wurde erst gereinigt nachdem ich informiert habe dass ich mich bereits bei Booking beschwert hatte. Keine warme Decke, da Wohnung nicht isoliert, sehr kalt. Besteck und Geschirr auch teils dreckig gewesen. Mein Bett wurde mit großer Sicherheit auch nicht frisch bezogen bevor ich angekommen bin. Dreck. Haare und Geruch hatten die Vermutung bestätigt. Definitiv nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Ich war hier nur zum Schlafen und hab mich trotzdem unwohl gefühlt.

• Aneta (2/5): Mold on the walls, bugs, the smell of mildew should disqualify this place as suitable for tourists - Location, balcony Smell of the mildew on the corridor and in the apartment, extremely narrow stairs and getting up with a suitcase was not easy, one crunch on the stairs right next the apartment entry door, grayish bedding on the bed of doubtful cleanness, dirty bedding stored in the wardrobe, mold on the walls, claustrophobically small kitchen, spider web in the cub board, bedbugs which bite me on my back, hardly working balcony doors, broken blind. The photos showed a decent apartment, which in reality turned out to be a claustrophobic and dirty flat. The real estate agency Dream Algarve showed no interest in the information that I had been bitten by bedbugs in the apartment they offered. On the day of moving out, tourists from the neighboring apartment wanted to warn us, as they had found bedbugs in their bed. only 2 positive aspects of this place is the location and balcony
• Lucy (3/5): This apartment is to be avoided - Location is the only thing we liked There are two different apartments and we got the shitty apartment but didn't realise as when booking, the photos were misleading. Bathroom pokey and only provided 2 small rolls of toilet paper for 5 nights of stay. Bed was mouldy, pillows pathetic, multiple bugs found in the bed. Space was dirty and spare blanket smelt of mould. Kitchen had no basics like tea, coffee and milk. No oil, salt and pepper for cooking. Lack of kitchen equipment for cooking and plates were dirty. Upstairs outdoor area was just junk all in the way and could barely walk in there. Contacted staff about the toilet paper and if we could have extra pillows. They said they would provide the pillows but not toilet paper. The pillows took 2 days to arrive and only after I asked again. I expressed these issues with the staff and they didn't seem to care and said they would deliver 2x lunches but never received anything? Only the pillows. To top it off, they have a very short period for check in (4-7pm) that's free of charge and after that we had to pay 20 euros to check in after 7 and check in was not close to the apartment. Overall extremely poor and they need to put some effort into having accommodation and looking after their guests. Oh you also have to remove your own rubbish..

• Emilia Josefine (10/5): - Die Räumlichkeiten waren eine angenehme Überraschung, mit gepflegten und organisierten Bereichen. Die Sauberkeit war tadellos und gab mir sofort bei der Ankunft Vertrauen. Das Bett war bequem und ermöglichte einen erholsamen Schlaf. Die Lage ist günstig, mit einfachem Zugang zu Dienstleistungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Aufenthalt hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen.
• Christoph (7/5): - Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Man ist mitten in der Altstadt und Strände und Hafen sind in der Nähe. Die Straße an sich ist sehr ruhig, aber wir wurden teilweise von Kneipengästen, die auf dem Heimweg waren, geweckt. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Handtücher außergewöhnlich gut (groß, dick und saugfähig). Die Ausstattung ist eher lieblos und in die Jahre gekommen (Möbel und Geschirr). Es gab keine Seife, kein Spülmittel und in der Küche nur ein Handtuch. Die Wohnung ist wirklich wahnsinnig eng, die Küche ist zum Kochen eigentlich nicht nutzbar. Es fehlt im Bade- und Schlafzimmer an Haken, um Handtücher und Jacken etc. aufhängen zu können. Es war sehr sauber, als wir kamen, aber trotz später Ankunftszeit wirkte es nicht richtig fertig (z.B. Infos über WLAN lag verdeckt auf dem Schrank).

De keuken had alles wat je nodig had en de slaapkamers waren comfortabel ingericht. De ingetogen inrichting zorgde voor een serene sfeer. Het was een comfortabel verblijf dat de verwachtingen overtrof.

Extremely overpriced (£150 per night) for the quality and scope of the accommodation Bedroom was cramped and felt like a prison cell Kitchen was cramped and disorganised. If you want cook there's a grim looking calor gas camping stove. Whilst the shower room was relatively modern and clean the rest of the apartment was tired and felt grubby There aren't any cloths to wash up or wipe down surfaces. I requested these but the owner failed to deliver them. Fridge rock on uneven floor Shortage of power sockets The one bedside light is highly dangerous with the LED bulb showing exposed circuitry. I requested for this to be fixed and despite the owner saying saying they would change the bulb nothing happened. The doors to the balcony are bodged and difficult to open The table on the balcony is far too big and made it difficult for us to get around it The clothes horse on the balcony is broken The wardrobe doesn't have any shelves for storing clothes There aren't any surfaces, shelves or hooks on which to put or hang things in the shower room or kitchen You are told to put toilet paper in the bin next to the loo ! (echoes of Greece in the 80s) You are told to empty the bins when you leave otherwise pay a €20 fine Without a living space this apartment feels claustrophobic The stairs to the second floor are stupidly narrow and dangerous. I struggled getting our case up the stairs. The karaoke bar just down the street can be noisy (open until 4am!). With all the doors closed we could still hear it but it was in the background so not overly invasive. BE AWARE of the multiple reviews giving a score of 10 with no detailed comments !!!

• carolina (2/5): - A casa tem uma localização central. Apesar de a casa ter uma localização central fica perto de um bar de Karaoke com licença para operar até às 4h da manhã. A casa não tem AC, apenas uma ventoinha que se encontrava muito suja, tendo sido nós a proceder à limpeza. A casa tem apenas uma janela, cheira muito a mofo e a esgotos. Foi-nos deixado, apenas 2 rolos de papel higiénico e a esponja de limpeza da loiça não foi substituída, encontrando-se muito suja. A casa é muito pequena, não sendo recomendável para mais de duas pessoas ou estadias curtas. Atenção no ato da reserva pois dentro deste prédio existem 3 casas: 2 casas e 1 quarto. No ato da reserva certifiquem-se que escolhem corretamente. No booking aparece sempre o nº 28 o que induz em erro. No geral, não recomendo. A qualidade preço não compensa.

• Dennys (1/5): - NO LO RECOMIENDO Solo te dejan recoger las llaves en un periodo de 3h, si no llegas te cobran 20€ más, también te cobran si no bajas la basura y si necesitas algo después de las 19h, tardan más de 24h en contestar cualquier mensaje que les envíes por booking y eso si te contestan. Las instalaciones son pésimas, la cocina está fuera de la habitación, habían hormigas, nos salía el agua marrón y también se nos fue la luz. No hay buena ventilación y en la calle donde está ubicado hay mucho ruido por las noches.

• andrew (5/5): Not cheap enough to justify the offer - Location The stairs are unbelievable? How this ever got permitted to allow people to use them ? It’s a sort of half a staircase, steeper than normal and you have to use them side ways ? The kitchen is basically on the balcony and the shower was weak and tiny really tiny and the place you pick up the keys is a 20min walk from the property, so don’t make my mistake and find the property first !

Nada que ver a como es en las fotos, es un bajo que da directamente a la calle, hay que recoger las llaves en otra dirección y solo de 4-7 pm si no te cobran un suplemento, llegamos un domingo y había un olor extraño entre humedad y un producto químico, insectos por el suelo y el lavabo no tragaba el agua , se aviso y nos respondieron el lunes que mandaban a un equipo de mantenimiento que no vino en ningún momento en toda la estancia que era 3 días, no respondían a los mensajes ni hicieron nada, su respuesta fue cuando nos marchábamos el miércoles, que había poca gente de mantenimiento pero que esperaban que hubiéramos disfrutado de la estancia… muy mala atención y sin duda para no volver. 0 recomendable.

• Rafael (1/5): Don’t rent that, completely unlivable - Nothing It has no airco, with the temperatures around 30 degrees it is literally unlivable, shouldn’t be legal to rent that. Bed is dirty and stained, place is damp and has zero fresh air.

Auf dem Bett lagen Haare und Dreck, die Rollos sind defekt, Möbel sind alt und abgeranzt, Küche ist nicht gut eingereicht (nur das nötigste wie Töpfe und Besteck, keine Abluft - es wird sehr heiß in der Küche beim kochen). Keine Klimatisierung. Die Fenster sind sehr schlecht isoliert sodass man jedes kleine Geräusch von draußen hört. Insgesamt fühlt man sich sehr schmuddelig und unwohl.

• Paulo Santos (1/5): Disappointing! - Location and airconditioning was excellent. On the website they show a great looking apartment but in fact we got a 4x3 room. The room was on the 2nd floor, the stairwell was extremely narrow and the whole space looked very pathetic, doors were difficult to handle, bathroom was very small but ok, shower was extremely small (60x60), sometimes there was not enough hot water or water pressure, there was no tv-box so tv was not working. After mentioning this to the agency, nothing was done about it. On the site they mentioned a terrace with a beautiful view. Well, there was a small terrace with a plastic table with 2 plastic chairs which was ok. The big builing in front was the view. We were asked to take our garbage out by the end of our stay. I believe price versus quality was not compatible!
• Anna (4/5): Nie wieder! - Die Tatsache, dass es ein Balkon gab, sonst absolut nichts.. Wo soll ich anfangen...Die Kissen müssen dringend entsorgt und ausgetauscht werden, sie hatten überall gelbe Flecken und waren einfach nur eckelig. Die Matraze ist dreckig. Der Spiegel im Bad ist kaputt. Das ganze Zimmer war heruntergekommen, dreckig und lieblos. Selbst die Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage war völlig verdreckt. Es gibt absolut nichts, was uns an dem Zimmer gefallen hat, außer der Tatsache, dass es einen Balkon gab. Überall Risse in den Wänden. Die Bilder hatten nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Den Schlüssel musste man an einem anderen Ort abgeben, die Check-in und Check.out Zeiten sind eine Frechheit (viel zu kurz und kostenflichtig ab einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt). Die Balkontür war kaputt, laut den anderen Bewertungen wohl schon länger, scheint aber keinen zu interessieren. Die Küche ist, wie in einer anderen Bewertung gut zusammengefasst, ein Sammelsurium an Zeug, völlig lieblos.

• Paula Eugenia (8/5): Location is perfect, great place to stay with your partner! - The location was amazing, walkable to everywhere and a nice beach 5 mins away. The bed was comfy and inside it was fresh, with a fan at night was perfect. The tv didn’t turn on and I tried reaching out plenty of times and didn’t got an answer or a solution. Also the first time didn’t get a floor mat for outside the shower.

• carl (10/5): - Det är en lägenhet på bottenvåningen som vetter mot gatan. Som ett litet hus. Läget är fantastiskt, stort och mycket bekvämt.
