- Simone (3/5): - Appartamento ristrutturato e vicino al centro. Zona tranquilla Abbiamo avuto problemi con l’acqua calda. Questa usciva dopo 10 minuti e durava pochissimo prima di freddarsi nuovamente. Inoltre, ci sono stati chiesti 3 euro in più per la tassa di soggiorno rispetto quelli che erano stati richiesti dallo stesso Booking. Ci è stato detto che il sito non aveva aggiornato il prezzo, ma informandoci su siti web appositi ci siamo resi conto che il prezzo comunicatoci da Booking fosse corretto. Ultima osservazione, la quale però non direttamente legata al proprietario dell’appartamento, all’ingresso dell’edificio ospitante la struttura abbiamo percepito cattivi odori

- Marin (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment just like in the pictures, everything was new and clean. Perfect location for exploring the city. Great hosts, easy check in and check out, just overall a 10/10 experience. It is located in the residential neighborhood so you also get a glimpse of the everyday life of Napoli locals. Nothing to dislike, everything was perfect!
- Peggy (9/5): Excellent choice for a visit to Naples. - Gianluca has put together a very comfortable and lovely flat. The location is excellent, the bed is very comfortable, there is plenty of room, it is spotlessly clean, and a nice assortment of continental breakfast goodies was provided, along with coffee and tea. Carmela actually gave me the keys - she is a sweetheart and gave me a couple of good restaurant recommendations. Another important plus for this flat is that it is very quiet - a real oasis in the chaos that is Naples. Attention to a couple of details would make this accommodation a five-star place. 1) There is only enough hot water for one very quick shower at a time - the hot water lasts 1.5 minutes - I timed it. 2) The flat is not set up for cooking. For many guests, that is not a problem - there is a fridge for keeping food cold and a microwave for heating up takeout. Some disposable plastic plates and glasses are available, but not a bit of cutlery. Adding a few plastic forks and knives would make it possible to eat that hot takeaway.
