We offer a special welcome package to all our guests, included fruits, pastry, wine, coffee and
some delicacies from the area.
It is prohibited to have parties and smoke inside the apartment.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive
noise.
Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 09:00.
All guests must check in online no later than 24 hours prior to arrival, or their reservation may be canceled.
For security reasons, we don't have a self-check-in option.
Check-in between 03:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. is free of charge. Check-in between 8:00 pm and
10:00 pm has an additional cost of 40€, between 10:00 pm and 11:30 pm, has an additional
cost of 60€ and between 11:30 pm and 00:30 am 90€. No check-in after 00:30 a.m.
Early check-in has a surcharge of 69€.
Late check-out has a surcharge of 80€.
Sometimes we can make the late check-in and early check-in free of charge, if your reservation
is made without any discount, please feel free and talk to us about it.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all
Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Travel cot available upon request for the cost of 49€ and only available for babies up to 2 years old.

The apartment is equipped with a high-security lock. In the event of a lost set of keys, the lock will be replaced to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
The replacement cost ranges from € 200 to € 250.
The guest will be responsible for covering the cost of the lock replacement.
If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to € 1,000 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy.
Failure to dispose all the trash will resolve in a € 50 fee

- Marilyn (10/5): Perfect - One of the best flats we have ever stayed in. So clean, exceptionally well equipped with top of the range facilities, beautiful and extremely comfortable bedding. The Manager was there to greet us on arrival and he gave us the most excellent, concise information on Madrid and all good spots to eat and entertain ourselves. There was also a fabulous welcome with a few eats and drinks. If we return to Madrid we would choose to stay at this apartment.

Communication with Adam was excellent and began a few days before arriving. He met us and allowed us to check in early because we had an early flight. The unit was clean and we were given a big fruit basket and goodies upon arrival. Adam also provided a list and some direction of restaurants and bars for Madrid (and Toledo). The unit was spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The smaller bath with sink, toilet and shower, worked just fine for one person staying in the bunk bedroom. We had 5 people, including a small child, from two families, and were very comfortable. The furniture was really nice and upscale, while the beds were numerous and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and stocked with very nice, dishware, glassware, silverware, appliances (including dishwasher) and all of the supplies anyone would need to operate a real kitchen. We didn't have to buy anything for the kitchen, except food. This is an upscale place and we lacked for nothing. Nothing. Perfect.
