• Steven (8/5): - Nice, spacious apartment for a short stay. Great views and location, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The host lives downstairs. You cannot get close to the property by taxi or car, you have to go up stairs, so be aware if you have heavy luggage. The host did not provide an upper sheet for the blanket. You sleep with the blanket you see in the photos. For us, it felt unusual, in other places in Croatia and Southern Europe where we’ve stayed, there’s always a sheet provided under which you sleep. The host assured us that the blanket is washed after each guest.

• Tom (10/5): A perfect place to say in Dubrovnik - The view from the balcony is lovely. Location is perfect if you want to visit the old town but then get away from the crowds. The host is brilliant, took our bags in early, provides a book with every bit of information you could need including recommendations for places to go and eat, we followed them and fully agreed. Air con was unreal! Nothing to say here, perfect

• Stephane (10/5): Bel endroit pour une halte calme a Dubrovnik. - Dans le quartier très actif et circulant de Gruz et du port de ferries de Dubrovnik, c’est vraiment un appartement au calme et avec une belle vue et une belle terrasse dans la verdure. Très agréable et calme.

• Esben (10/5): Grúz Holiday Hideaway We’ve enjoyed a wonderful week at this lovely place. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped - Many cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil were available in the cupboards. Water and wine in the fridge welcomed us.
• Susie (8/5): A perfect space to explore the Old Town (bus ride away) before embarking on a boat trip from the Marina. Very helpful an - It’s a good location between the port and the Old Town - hard to find initially but comfortable and well equipped. Space and modern facilities
• Rhianne (10/5): A must-book in Gruz! - Host was incredibly helpful - they had the property ready earlier than expected and assisted with every need. I am a frequent visitor to Dubrovnik and will come back here each time - Marie is an excellent host and this is an amazing place.
• Bernhard (10/5): Perfect stay for exploring Dubrovnik - Great stay! The Appartement has everything you need and the kitchen is really well equipped (especially the Mokka pot and milk froather). Bed is comfortable and the bathroom clean and modern. Marie was a nice host who reacted quick to any request from us. From the Appartement its a Quick 5min walk to all Dubrovnik buses and to the Port to take any ferry. Supermarkets right around the corner. Way better than to stay in the old town imho. Only thing missing are two comfortable chairs on the balcony to sit and relax.

• Radovanovic (10/5): Quiet sanctuary from the crowds - Lovely host welcomed us with two puppies in tow. Clean, newly renovated spacious apartment. Situated in the middle of my favorite area of Gruz. Nice sunset view of harbor and Lapad. Wonderful! All good
• Nicola (9/5): Great location and size of apartment. - Brand new, modern and lots of space. Fantastic large balcony with great view over Gruz harbour area. Close to food/bakeries. Owner very good with communication on WhatsApp just prior to arrival regarding use of apartment. No AC in the bedroom - even a fan would be good.
• Vijayalakshmi (8/5): Pleasant stay with all amenities provided. - We got to check-in earlier and greeted by the host when we arrived. Self Check-in & instructions is clear and very responsive host. Provided us some tips about the sightseeing places and transportation options. Nothing to mention. May be another fan in the room would be better during sunny days as the Air conditioning was in the living room and it takes a while to get the cooler air into the bedroom.

• Jacqie (9/5): Great - Very nice and newly renovated apartment. Spacious, large covered balcony which is very nice; the terrace provides coolness in the heat. Good bathroom, bedroom, sink, living room and kitchen. And a hospitable host. We arrived late and there was wine, cheese, ham, olives etc as a welcome. And coffee for the next morning. Which was really nice because we were hungry…. Beautiful place: near the harbour. Close to supermarkets, shopping malls and many good restaurants (Loggia, Orhan, Zamanga). And close to (30 minutes walk) nice beaches and the old town. Great host, we even had dinner one evening (BBQ with local food) which was very nice and very tasty. The only thing we missed was comfortable chairs on the balcony. Good to know; the apartment cannot be reached by car. The street has steps. Good to know; there are a total of 83 steps to the apartment. No problem for us because there was a flat area between the stairs every time.
