- Cecilia (4/5): Host is not helpful. The place doesn`t meet the needs of someone renting an apartment. - A cama era confortável. O tamanho do apartamento era aceitável para 2 pessoas. It's difficult to find the place, because the address number belongs to a large building, with 2 entrances on one side and 2 entrances on the other. This was not explained, so we ended up at the wrong entrance, wrong apartment, which was quite stressful because we needed to go up and down stairs with our luggage, after walking up the street for about 8 minutes with them, to get to the location. Furthermore, the host was less than hospitable. For example, we were unable to order food for delivery because all apps and nearby deliveries required an Israeli phone number. I asked the host for help, since he, unlike us, has an Israeli phone, but he was not helpful. Another example, to ride the bus around the city, people need a card, which must be purchased and loaded with credits in specific locations. A hospitable host would have informed us about this and indicated a place where we could purchase the card. Despite having pans and some kitchen utensils, there is no stove, just a mini fridge and a microwave. This was needed and makes me wonder why make pans available without having a stove. To get to the old city - where almost all the tourist attractions are - by public transport, you have to take 2 buses, so I didn't really like the location.
