• Pukiie (2/5): SIN AGUA CALIENTE TODA LA ESTANCIA - La ubicación del apartamento estaba cerca del centro pero en un barrio no muy bueno, por la noche es mejor no salir. Estuvimos 3 días en este apartamento y no hubo agua caliente ningún día, el propietario no dio ninguna solución, solo dijo que no era culpa suya, le solicitamos que nos dejara salir un poco más tarde por si teníamos agua caliente, y nos dejó solo una hora más. Parece ser que fue un corte programado, ya que lo preguntamos a vecinos de la zona y si que lo sabían y él no nos avisó. No nos ofreció ni solución ni compensación. Este apartamento tiene un precio más alto en comparación con los otros de la zona, y el servicio de agua caliente es imprescindible. Hemos estado en otros apartamentos en Bulgaria y todos tenían un termo de agua caliente independiente para evitar estos cortes. Si es un apartamento para el turismo, deberían tener en cuenta una garantía en los servicios mínimos. A tener en cuenta que es un tercero sin ascensor, está situado en un barrio un tanto oscuro y un ambiente no muy grato.

Eve geldiğimizde sıcak su yoktu. bunu ev sahibine söyledğimizde bize alt yapıdan çalışma olabileceğini belirtti. biz sormadan bize bu bilgiyi vermiş olmasını beklerdim. Çünkü seyahattesiniz birde çocukla berbar duşta almak isiyorsun. her ne sebeple olursa olsun bilgimiz olmadan sıcak su olmaması kusurdur. birde ev klimayla ısınıyor çocukla kış döneminde tercih edilmemeli.

• Zuzanna (10/5): Super! - Świetna lokalizacja, zadbane, przestronne, jasne mieszkanie. Super pobyt:) Bez zastanowienia wybrałabym to miejsce jeszcze raz. Trochę niekomfortowa łazienka - z prysznicem bez szyby i średnią wentylacją.
• Adri Vella (9/5): Splendido alloggio - Tutto era perfetto. L'appartamento è molto pulito, spazioso, ben organizzato e ristrutturato. La posizione è centrale, ho raggiunto facilmente a piedi tutte le attrazioni della città. Comodo anche il Mercato Centrale a pochi passi da casa per una spesa. Infine, la comunicazione con l'host è stata chiara, rapida, e molto cortese. Splendida permanenza Il bagno un po' troppo piccolo, ma sicuramente accettabile per brevi periodi.

• giulia (9/5): - Posizione centrale nel cuore di Sofia. Bell'appartamento, ampio, pulito e confortevole. Facile spostarsi a piedi e con i mezzi pubblici. E' presente anche una macchinetta per fare il caffè. Lo consiglio. Lo stabile dove si trova non ha un bellissimo aspetto ma in zona sono un po' tutti così.

• SG (6/5): Central basic place in Sofia - The location was central to Sofia, in one of the small streets. The apartment itself was clean and had some basic amenities like coffee, coffee pot, plates etc. The rooms are bright and sunny, the interior is basic, but modern. The buidling looks very dirty with an iron fence. It was difficult to figure out the mechanism to get the key from the box. Furthermore, the AC in the bedroom would produce strong noise when functioning so it's impossible to sleep with the AC on. The door sound is super loud so everyone living in the building can hear when someone is entering or exiting.

• Marianna (10/5): Meraviglioso appartamento - La gentilezza della proprietaria / persona che gestisce le prenotazioni. Pulizia impeccabile. Appartamento confortevole e accogliente. L'esterno dell'edificio non rispecchia la bellezza interna dell'appartamento.

• Marine (10/5): - Très bel appartement, propre, agréable, aménagé comme il faut. Un très bon point de départ pour visiter la ville et ses monuments. Des petites rues et restaurants très sympas à proximité. Ne pas hésiter.
• Mateusz (9/5): Couldn’t have booked a better place. :) - Contact with the owner was just fabulous! They answered all my questions, were extremely lovely and I truly hope I get to have hosts just like these ones. The apartment itself is located in the heart of Sofia and it’s close to every single important thing (Kaufland included 😅). Moreover, you can find literally anything a person can think of there - hairdryer, iron, ironing board and even a coffee machine with a very very VERY tasty coffee. Totally recommend! :)
• Chiara (7/5): Beautiful flat, less charming surroundings. - I stayed in this apartment during my visit to Sofia and overall had a pleasant experience. The apartment itself was absolutely lovely – spacious, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean. I feel it’s worth mentioning that the location gave me mixed feelings. While it is quite close to the city center, the surrounding street felt a bit run-down. What surprised me the most was the entrance to the building, which was somewhat uninviting and a little shocking at first. It definitely didn’t reflect the quality of the apartment inside.

• Hamid (8/5): Very good - The location is amazing, the neighbourhood is very close to the center (20 mins walking) and there are many facilities and dining options nearby. The amenities in the property could be expanded, the mattress could be replaced as I found it uncomfortable to sleep on after the first night itself.

There is a paid parking lot right across the street, so you don’t have to worry about where to park your car. The air conditioners are sufficient for heating. The intercom wasn’t working, so if someone was at home, they had to go downstairs to open the door.

• Venislav (9/5): A great place to enjoy the center of Sofia - The apartment is at an amazing location and offers everything you need for a vacation or for a chill weekend. It is big and cozy. We’ve had some problems with the locking system of the front door.

Shume afer me qendren dhe atraksionet turistike. E vetmia gje qe sna pelqeu ishte vendndodhja e ambjentit. Pavaresisht se cdo gje ishte shume mire rreth ambientit , lagja nuk ishte shume e mire . Edhe taksixhiu qe na solli nga aeroporti tha qe eshte pak lagje e rezikshme pasi ka vetem te huaj. Dhe vertet ashtu ishte ,ndertesa e pallatit ishte shume e vjeter, hapesira perpara ishte sikur ishte ndonje hyrje pallati te pa banuar prej vitesh. Ishte pallat shume i vjeter. Por kushtet e apartamentit brenda ishin shume te mira . Do preferonim te ishte e sqaruar paraprakisht kjo tek profili ne booking pasi do preferonim dicka shume here me te sigurt se kaq.

First of all, it's larger than we thought, the spacious and comfortable living room is fantastic, as well as the fully equipped kitchen. The flat is centrally located. All of Sofia's main attractions are located nearby, making this apartment the ideal place to enjoy this wonderful and cosmopolitan city. We highly recommend Golden's apartment to anyone. The communication was great, providing us with all information needed in a timely and professional way. We look forward to visiting them again in the future!
• Hamid (10/5): A spot right out of your dreams. - Amazing location, everything was within walking distance and public transport was very easily accessible. The property is also located in a very friendly neighborhood with the women’s market a few mins walk away and many specialty bakeries and barbers in the vicinity. Everything was amazing, nothing negative to note. Only thing I would say worth mentioning, the property is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage.

• Mihail (8/5): A good enough and short stay - There is a paid and guarded parking right across the building. Even though the area in which it is located can look a little intimidating, it is quite easy to get there, being close to city center (once you know how to get there quickly). The apartment is in a residential building, someone bought it and updated it. The apartment is well lit, there is plenty of light coming in through the large windows. There is air conditioning, a modern TV and a fully usable kitchen. The living room is large enough for another 2 persons to sleep in it, besides the bedroom. We did not require taxi services from and to the airport, but there is a paid one if you need it. We saw a lot of airplanes there during our short stay, the airport appears to be at a 20 minutes car ride. Even if the location is close to the city center, it is still just an apartment in a residential building. If you have multiple bags it can be quite difficult to bring them all up (the apartment is on the third floor). Unfortunately the building is old and most people there do not speak English (we were able to use a translation service to communicate). The location can be intimidating because of the locals living there (there is no other nicer way of saying it). The bathroom is quite small with a standing shower put in the corner. Water could easily gather and make it difficult to use the toilet. I would also recommend the owners to change all the furniture, some of it is quite old. It should at least not show its age.
