Jakub (10/5): Very nice place to stay - The apartment was tidy clean, everything worked perfectly, also very close to everything one needed. The communication with the reception was very good, however, I'd prefer getting more detailed instructions about the check-in in advance (reception in a different building). We really liked the hospitality, the kindness and the willingness to make us feel at home. You need to keep in mind that nothing is perfect but after all we're very happy that we could stay here. Thanks. Only small things... The placement of light switches was very unusual and inconvenient. Also we could use some dishcloth in the kitchen.

Amar (8/5): - L'emplacement est assez bien, vous remontez la rue et vous êtes à la place Bayazit, une très belle place commerçante, où passe le tramway d'où vous pouvez descendre sur Eminonu ou plus loin direction tour Galata. La cuisine doit être équipée avec l'équipement de base en bon état : couteaux, fourchettes, sel, poivre, vinaigre (alcool pour enlever si nécessaire le calcaire).

Mishal (10/5): Lots of space, very clean. Good value for money. - He had dishes and a lot of other kitchen utensils. It saved us a lot of hassle and money. Unlike many other places in the SultanAhmed area that people complained about regarding smell, there was no smell in the bathroom and no smoking smell anywhere in the apartment. Because we were in the top floor (4th), we did not hear much noise from the streets either. The stairs. They are steep and narrow and hence not safe. But it's not the fault of the host.

The breakafast was served delivered room service not before 9:30, and on last day we had to leave at 7:30 am and were not able to consume it eventhough it was included,not even take away breakfast box offered considering we were 5 pax and stayed for 5 nights.Also having the same breakfast served every day it get bored and we skipped and had one day outside just for a change.. No hair dryer and ironing in the room

Gülay (10/5): Gemütlich wie zuhause - Toller Service über WhatsApp mit dem Hotelier verbunden. Es wird sofort geholfen bei fragen oder wenn man was braucht wird es sofort gebracht ohne lange Wartezeiten. Die Lage ist zentral gelegen. Die Wohnung/Hotelzimmer sind geräumig, ideal für Familien oder Gruppen. Schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse aus. Frühstück ist ausgiebig und lecker. Flughafen Transfer vom Hotel gebucht, sehr unkompliziert. Danke für alles E.;-) Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder .

Ali (8/5): Nice and clean accommodation - Very clean, exactly as in the pictures. The host (Ahmet) was very friendly and helpful. The location is close to Sultan Ahmed, the Bazar, many restaurants and covient stores are right outside the premises. All good No washing machine, tea cattle was brocken and no elevator. However these are minor issues if you have no young children.

Jan (2/5): Very poor - The apartment is spacious and clean, the staff cleans it every other day. It is located in an interesting if a bit noisy neighborhood, but at a walking distance to the main sights. Be careful, if you are traveling on business. The staff demands an additional high fee for issuing an invoice. This fee is not included in the price of the apartment paid through booking.com, and is therefore illegal. I travel very often in connection with various conferences and scientific visits, but this situation has never happened to me. If you are traveling on business, avoid this apartment!

The apartment was comfortable and nice, perfect for our few days stay. And there were many attractions nearby. The street is a little bit noisy but I really recommend choosing this apartment for your stay in Istanbul.

The staff was amazing and very helpful, Mehmet the receptionist was top man They was very welcoming which makes as feel very comfortable We definitely recommend them to other visitors and also will note that if you need any advice feel free to ask Mehmet the receptionist He would never mind to give his best advice on his best knowledge We were really happy with everything
Alisa (10/5): Nice and spacious apartments in walking distance from the main city attractions. - The apartments are very spacious and clean. Good shower and decent bed. The personnel is very nice and helpful! There is no elevator and our apartment was on the 4th floor. The kitchen was not extremely well equipped, but it was enough for what we needed.

Aoibheann (10/5): Exceptional - I had the pleasure of staying at a holiday apartment hosted by Mehemet, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, Mehemet greeted us with a warm and friendly welcome, making us feel right at home. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. One of the standout features of this apartment was its excellent value. Considering the level of comfort and amenities provided, it was truly a great find. The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Another aspect that impressed us was the abundance of hot water. It may seem like a small detail, but it made a significant difference in our overall comfort and convenience during our stay. I would highly recommend this holiday apartment to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. Mehemet's hospitality, combined with the cleanliness, comfort, and great value of the apartment, made our trip truly memorable.

Kerim (1/5): Bad - Absolutely nothing When we arrived after a 18 hour flight the family room we booked was not available then we got given 2 separate rooms were my wife's kids had to stay in one and me and my wife stayed in the other. Also after reviewing the reviews of this place mehmet seems to do this quite often to tourists as they were a few complaints from a number if people, also we wer given a room right next door to a school which was pretty loud and alot of offensive language can be heard. Also the advertised family room that I wanted was actually not even open for hiring but mehmet and his crew trick and swindle people into that little scam. I will never ever use him ever again or booking.com for further interactions. Unfortunately when ottoman boutique hotels sees you as a tourist they see dollar signs to make money off your back.
Elsharkawy (10/5): We really liked the location which is close to everything , apartment space isn’t big but ideal for a big family like ou - The cleanliness of the place, great space for our family of six and most of all Mehmet and the staff were very helpful. Didn’t have shampoos or extra toilet paper. Everything else was great

Hamideh (2/5): Very bad expererience, the host is not to be trusted at all - The apartment is decent and relatively clean, still, we had to fight to get it as the host provided a smaller one initially and in a different location! Also, it is located on a very busy street, hard to reach by taxi, and not very close to public transport. The host is very bad. First of all, and as mentioned in other comments, the host regularly gives appartements/rooms different than the one booked. The reason provided was first a bathroom problem, then transformed to a booking mistake from their side to in the end nothing: after arguing with them 2 days we finally got the right apartment that was not under repair and not occupied!!! The host constantly tries to sell additional services such as airport transfer for a price way higher than taxis or public transport, or things that should be included for free, such as cribs (written free on the booking). Getting a receipt or proof of stay in the hotel is also not trivial and requires unexpected talks with the manager, for reasons I ignore. Finally, be careful with your belongings, as some other guests experienced stealing in their rooms, and the keys for cleaning, and opening all the apartments, are “hidden” in the staircase!! If you want a peaceful and enjoyable holiday experience, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL.
Hamideh (2/5): Unreliable host, I do not recommend this hotel at all - Overall, The apartment has comfortable beds and a large living room and balcony. Still, it is located in a very busy street, which is hard to reach by taxis because of heavy traffic jams every day and far from public transports. The host is not to be recommended at all. First of all, some money was stolen in the flat, as the host went to “clean the flat” while we were out without notifying us. The apartment was not cleaned at all; only the trash was removed, and the towels were not even changed. The hotel wrote us on WhatsApp that he will pay back the money, but on the last day, he changed his mind and told us that there must be some of us stealing to one another!! The rooms of the flat are self-locking, and if you forget the keys inside, the hotel host will say that it is a “big problem”. Interestingly enough, less than 1 minute later the hotel called someone who arrived, opened the door without difficulty in less than a minute and charged us several hundred Turkish Lira… On booking it is written no elevator on higher floors, but do not mention which floor this flat is on: indeed there is no elevator for this apartment that is located on 5th floor! Finally, you constantly had to fight with the hotel hosts, as they do not even agree with each other, cancel the booking on booking.com for no reason even though we were already in the hotel, need to ask multiple times to get an invoice or receipt… If you want a peaceful and enjoyable holiday experience, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL.

Zoya (9/5): Lovely stay at the Ottoman Design Suites. - The property overall was great to stay in! Mehmet and other staff member were very helpful and welcoming. Property is in a great location close to all the tourist attractions (walking distance) neighbourhood is nice too. Plenty of restaurants and shops. Highly recommend 👍🏽 There was nothing to dislike everything was great. - only downfall was that the toiletries were not provided (only hand wash and 1 toilet roll) would recommend taking your own just Incase or buying from a local shop at the beginning of your stay.
Mlade77 (5/5): Passable - The location In the description is written "Private parking". Well good but it turned out that it is paid parking. And not only paid parking but EXPENSIVE - 10euro per day. After lot of arguing they agreed on lower tax. They should put the tax for the parking on the description on the hotel like most of the other places. Writen only "Private parking" is misleading
Ziga (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious room due to free upgrade to 3 beds room. Very clean facilitily with everyday service. Our room was located in 2nd building 15m from reception. It has 5 floors. Also great staff, always prepared to help. At the time of our stay charged parking was available in front of the reception. (Istanbul style parking, parked in a row without free exit all the time). Other parking lots available few minutes walking away. Close to the main attractions and bazar (10 min walking).
