Les chambres sont bien entretenues et le personnel est serviable. C'est une bonne option à Lonavala pour un court week-end. Il y a un grand espace ouvert pour des activités de plein air en famille et entre amis. Vous pouvez vous amuser.

Simple living.Good for a Nani ke Ghar wala Feeling . Too much space for parking. Spacious There is no AC in the rooms. Anyways not required in rainy or winter season due to low temperature. But in Summer it's needed.. Rooms. Need Interior works and painting. No Room Service
• ADITI (5/5): - The whole complex is huge and has a touch of heritage to it. The staff is friendly :) The walls of the rooms have had water leakage in the past and feel damp. The exterior of the buildings is fairly under-maintained.

Cleanliness was very poor, shabby/broken toilet, mosquito issue, spider and cobwebs, overall hygiene was not good, service was not up to mark, a half-century-old and poorly maintained structure.

Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the large open area available for kids and families to play and relax.

• Karanvir (10/5): Simple and best stay - Had a lovely stay at Imperial Heritage in Lonavala. The location is really good peaceful but still close to all the main attractions. The place is super comfortable and well-maintained. The rooms are neat and spacious, and the whole place has a warm, homely feel. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway with friends or family. Would love to come back again.

Perfect location near Lonavala Railway station. They also arrange rental cabs for tourists. Neat and tidy rooms with clean washrooms.

• Poonam (1/5): Disappointing experience, unprofessional staff - Didn't stay here because room were not ready even if we had called beforehand. Nobody was there at the property. After some time a person came, and he told us that rooms are not ready, so you stay at another room. and he started to damand more money than what we have already booked.. This is totally unacceptable. Rooms were not in good condition, beds were dirty. And on the top of that they were asking more money than our booked price. Overall disappointed with tuis experience, wasted our time and caused inconvenience to us. We had to search for another hotel.

It’s just a short distance from Lonavala Railway Station and close to the main market, which made getting around super easy. We didn’t need to rely on a car much most of the key attractions were either walkable or a quick rickshaw ride away. As a couple looking to explore and relax, the central location was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend it if you're planning a short, stress-free stay in Lonavala.

Secondly we did not stay at the hotel. So we truly don't know about the hotel. First please mention exact location of the villa

The resort's lush green surroundings provide a wonderfully peaceful ambiance, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is also excellent, being conveniently close to the station.

It's rare to find such well-kept open spaces at this price point!

The staff was incredibly accommodating, helping us with everything we needed and always doing so with a smile. The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting.
• Tanveer (7/5): Major revamping required. This property has great potential. - The vintage property and location. The old-fashioned rustic rooms too. They need to put in more meshes to tackle the mosquito issue. They also need to provide wifi and the staff needs to be more professionally trained. I was woken up from my afternoon sleep as the staff thought I wanted to check out, whereas I had booked until the next morning.

They also help us to get transportation to train stations. Thank you, we will gladly stay here again if we visit Lonavala.

When we told the staff there about it,and that the room shown in the website was not at all like that shown in the website hey rudely told us to stay if we like it or live. finally we had to leave.
