But most of all loved Ricardo who was always at hand to answer any questions or to allay any concerns and even to call us a cab to the airport when we checked out We loved everything about the room

It is really close to metro station and tram station is in front of building and with walking distance to Vatican make it really comfy for visiting Rome

• Marisa (9/5): Comfortable suite designed for the fashionable - Location, location, location. It is about 100m from the Ottaviani underground, walking distance to the Vatican and Via Ottaviani - the “high street’ of that area. The building in which the Design Suites are has a lovely Italian marble in the hallway, old cage lifts taking me back to an earlier era. The shower bathroom had new copper fittings and was clad in more Carrera marble. The well-appointed and recently upgraded compact yet spacious room had all the amenities needed for a short stay - SMEG kettle, coffee maker, small fridge with 2 bottles of still water, breakfast brioche, jam, mugs and glasses, wardrobe, air conditioning and touch beside lamps. The decor was tasteful and I was very comfortable. Riccardo, my host, was such a breath of fresh air with his light demeanour, smile and helpfulness. Other reviewers have mentioned his restaurant recommendations but he was also very kind to allow me to check in earl6 and keep my bags. Overall, I had a wonderful 1-night stay and would definitely stay again! Nil.

• Jahnsen (10/5): Great! - This place was great! The staff were lovely and very helpful! The room was beautiful and the garden is really cute! The location is great, in a quieter leafy area but a few mins to the metro that takes you to the city centre and the attractions are also very walkable if you like walking!

• Julia (10/5): - Apartament jest bardzo dobrze skomunikowany, znajduję się kilka minut pieszo od Watykanu oraz bliziutko stacji metra, które zawiezie nas w wszystkie ważne punkty na mapie Rzymu. Właściciel Riccardo to niesamowity, ciepły człowiek, zawsze służy pomocą, poleci sprawdzone, godne odwiedzenia miejsca oraz jeśli będzie taka potrzeba błyskawicznie rozwiąże nagły problem. Z całego serca polecamy :)

• Nadia (10/5): - Tout était parfait. La chambre est spacieuse, le lit confortable, la salle de bains superbe, proche du Vatican à pied et le quartier est calme. Le cocon ultime pour lever le pied après une grosse journée à flâner dans la ville. Mention spéciale pour Ricardo, notre hôte qui a gérer notre arrivée à distance, nous a donné de supers adresses pour manger/boire er qui se soucie réellement du bien-être de ses invités. Дуже зручне ліжко. Хороше кондиціонування. Дуже зручна, чиста ванна кімната з хорошою сантехнікою. Окремо хочу подякувати власнику приміщення за прохолодну воду в холодильнику, великий запас кави і чаю, крекери і джем. Також є чудова міні кухня.

• Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - I had such a lovely stay. Off the bat, although I did not meet the host, they were very accommodating and helpful. The were kind enough to provide recommendation for food around the area without even requesting. The room was clean and comfortable. Very roomy and modern as well. The location was AMAZING! Very walkable distance to attractions like the St. Peters Basilica or even just some shopping. I will definitely look into staying here again when I come back. It was a little confusing trying to buzz in/find the building at first, but the host was immediate to respond and let me in.
• Hacicibu (10/5): Exceptional - I was really surprised by a personal contact with our host. Usually nobody shows us room nowadays, but Riccardo came personally, showed us a room and stayed in a contact for the whole trip. Fridge was a little loud :)

• Vid (10/5): Exceptional - Really liked the location of the apartment, right next to the bus stops and metro stations, there were also quite a few bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Host was very friendly and always responsive.

It was also a few mins walk to the metro which made the airport/train station trips easy. The ~30 min walk to other sites was also enjoyable. There’s a nearby bus stop too. Nothing. It was great.

Great value for money. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends. - Very spacious room (sleeping area + bathroom), fully functional air conditioning, nice location in a quiet and serene part just outside Vatican, blinds to block out sunlights when it was too bright. The room was very clean and nicely furnished, giving a contemporary yet elegant feel. I asked for an early check in and the host was prompt to accommodate this as well as allowing me to store my luggage before the room is fully cleaned. The host was very welcoming and recommended a few lovely restaurants in the area. Overall an ideal accommodation if looking for a safe and quiet area in Rome to live in that is close to Vatican and more isolated from the business of Central Rome. As a solo traveler this was of great appeal to me, I thoroughly enjoyed the sense of safety the area granted me. N/A. The door to my room was a little hard to push open but I think this issue is temporary and would be resolved soon, overall this does not impacted the quality of the stay at all. Excellent property!

• Irene (9/5): great value for money option in Rome city centre - The suites are located very close to the Ottaviano metro station and a short walk from St. Peter's square; my room was ample and beautifully furnished, the bed super comfortable, the bathroom just outstanding, not to mention the super kind and helpful host! Thank you Riccardo, I'll be back! The only tiny flaw I found was that the tv was able to get 1 channel only.

• Abbey (10/5): Great communication from the owner, wonderful ammenities and cleanliness. Also loved our location! - We loved the quieter location, access to trains/bus, and also easy to get to in general. The amenities were great! Snacks and water waiting for us if we wanted them, access to coffee machine. The best part of this airbnb was definitely the bathroom! We loved how spacious and organized the layout of the room is. We had trouble getting the little stove to work, but we were’t that concerned about it. I would just communicate with the owner if you have trouble turning it on!

• Julia (10/5): Accommodation Near the Vatican - A spacious room with everything you need, a large bathroom, and a kettle in the room. Just a 7-minute walk to the Vatican Museums and 5 minutes to the nearest metro station. The quality of the accommodation fully matches the price. I will definitely recommend it to others!
