Vi havde bl.a problemer med at finde sengen 😳 Det havde været rart med en anvisning af at den var i en “skuffe” under klapbordet. Der stod i bookingen at der var et strygejern i lejligheden, så jeg strøg ikke tøj hjemmefra, men der var intet strygejern. Vi havde problemer med dørkoden det første døgn og måtte ringe efter hjælp til at åbne døren flere gange. Det blev løst på dag 2. Og så et problem for mig personligt. Der er en stærkt parfumeret duft i huset som helhed, ikke helt så stærkt i lejligheden. Jeg er duftallergiker (migræne) og måtte proppe mig med migrænepiller under opholdet. Jeg havde forsøgt at få oplyst om brug af parfumerede produkter i rengøring af lejligheden inden vores rejse, men fik aldrig noget svar.

- Magdalena (7/5): Cichy apartament w samym centrum z przestronną łazienką - Bardzo czysty pokój, przestronna czysta łazienka, dobre ciśnienie wody, dobre mięsiste ręczniki. W pokoju pachniało czystością na nasze przyjście. DOSKONAŁA obsługa, dostępna 24/7, odpisująca natychmiast. Piękny nowy budynek w samym centrum. Rozkładane łóżko dla drugiej pary było bardzo niewygodne w nocy. Czuć było metalowe łączenia, stelaż niestety skrzypiał. Całe mieszkanko bardzo ciasne, niezbyt przemyślane szafy.

- Vielka (5/5): Great location with unconfortable bed / Buena ubicación con cama incómoda - La ubicación, cerca del metro, bus y lugares turísiticos. La insonorización, la ducha y la nevera. El diseño de la habitación y su distribución. La cama estaba en el suelo, la habitación tenía demasiados muebles que era incómoda la movilidad, no se podía ver la TV desde la cama. El sofá sobraba, en ese lugar debería ir la cama, la cama escondida podría ser una cama extra o de huespedes o niños, pero no la cama principal en una habitación. Nunca había visto una cama principal en el suelo, eso es incómodo tanto para acostarse como para levantarse. La cama, que sea cómoda es una de las cosas principales en los hoteles u hospedajes.

- Eva María (7/5): Una maravillosa localización - La localización es probablemente la mejor posible: a cuatro pasos del metro y de la estación, algo comodísimo para moverse. Además, toda la zona está llena de tiendas de primeras marcas y es una maravilla salir del apartamento y encontrarte directamente con terrazas y bares donde disfrutar de los pinchos vascos y del ambiente de la ciudad. El personal también fue muy agradable en todo momento. Resolvieron todas mis dudas y además me facilitaron poder dejar las maletas antes del check-in y después del check-out, algo que se agradece muchísimo cuando viajas. El apartamento es nuevo, las zonas comunes son muy bonitas y todo tiene un aspecto moderno y cuidado. Sí es verdad que se echa de menos una recepción física más tradicional, aunque entiendo que ahora muchos alojamientos funcionan ya con este sistema. El apartamento estaba limpio y la estancia en general fue correcta, pero me ha parecido bastante sorprendente que en un alojamiento donde se supone que puedes cocinar no incluyan ni lo más básico para fregar: ni jabón lavavajillas, ni estropajo, ni una simple bayeta. Por no decir de una escoba y recogedor,... Después de viajar y llegar al apartamento, lo primero que tuvimos que hacer fue salir corriendo a buscar un supermercado para comprar cosas que considero mínimas e imprescindibles. Sinceramente, cuesta entender que un alojamiento pueda quedar mal con sus clientes por detalles que apenas supondrían un par de euros. Entiendo perfectamente que productos como café, azúcar, aceite o similares no estén incluidos, aunque en otros apartamentos sí los he encontrado. Pero no dejar absolutamente nada para poder limpiar los utensilios de cocina me parece un fallo importante en un alojamiento turístico. Además, coincido con otros comentarios que había leído antes de alojarme allí sobre las almohadas: son extremadamente planas e incómodas, algo que termina afectando bastante al descanso. Aún así, debo decir que si tuviera que volver a Bilbao me alojaría en el mismo sitio sin ninguna duda, aunque probablemente elegiría una habitación que no tuviera cama plegable.

Les odeurs de cuisine en ouvrant les fenêtres, les moustiques au mois d’avril et le canapé lit pourrait être plus confortable. Pas d’intimité dans la chambre qui est à peine séparée par une demi cloison.
- DC (8/5): Goede centraal gelegen locatie en goede voorzieningen in het appartement. Vraag wel om een appartement met een sofa. Die - Locatie Het uitschuifbed. Dat is een matras op lattenbodem op de grond. Voor een lichtgewicht persoon als ik die ook gewend is aan kamperen gaat dat nog. Maar deze manier van slapen behoort eigenlijk in een appartement. Daarnaast is de kooklucht die te ruiken is van het ernaast gelegen restaurant onprettig. Raam dichthouden is dan de enige optie.

- Lambert (7/5): impersonnel manque d'expérience mais correct - on a aimé la propreté, conforme a la description, silencieux, bien éclairé l'espace était très bien optimisé voir trop tellement que nous ne pouvions pas accéder à la table et au lit en même temps ce n'était pas pratique . l'espace accordé au canapé est beaucoup trop spatieu alors que nous n'y allons pas ! nous étions 2 alors il y avait 2 couverts 2 serviettes 2 assiettes 2 bols... il n'y avait pas de kit d'installation (pas d'éponge, ni produit vaisselle, ni sel, ni poivre, ni huile !)

Assez prêt des sites touristiques selon nous. Petit comme appartement mais fonctionnel selon nos besoins. Il manquait juste un peu de savon pour la vaisselle, des linges pour laver et essuyer la vaisselle, quelques capsules de café et du sucre. Le reste était impeccable. Le service est parfait et rapide. Merci.

- Barbora (10/5): Naprosto skvělé! Příště určitě zvolíme stejné ubytování🤗 - Ubytování bylo pro nás v centru dění, od všeho kousek. Pokoj byl nádherný, vybavený a i když to v ulicích v noci žilo, byl velmi tichý. Přístup do ubytování zcela bez nutnosti komunikace v cizím jazyce- kódy ke dveřím nám poslali v den nástupu do jejich aplikace. Jediné mínus byly dveře do koupelny, které seděly úplně na zemi a nešly zavřít a otevřít. Celý týden jsme měly posilovnu zadarmo 😅 A určitě to bylo slyšel v bytě pod námi. Jinak bych nic nevytkla.

- Rebecca (7/5): - The apartment is based in a really convenient and accessible location in the centre of Bilbao. The street the apartment is based on is very busy with lots of bars, but the noise proofing is excellent and we weren't bothered by the noise at all. We had an issue with our air conditioner late at night and staff were very prompt at getting back and fixing it so that was great! After being fixed, the air conditioning was really effective and kept us at the perfect temperature. The room initially appeared cleaned but some hairs were found in both the mouth of the kettle and on the bathroom towels provided. The apartment is self catering and cleaning is not provided during the stay. Despite this, the room is lacking facilities for guests to keep it clean themselves. Amenities like a brush and dust pan, cloths for cleaning down counters, and dish soap and a brush to clean the dishes provided would have made our stay much more comfortable and convenient. Extra towels and bed sheets for guests staying a week or more would have also been great. The room was also quite dark and lacked natural light. I would recommend this place for a short term stay but it is not worth staying here if your trip is more than 2-3 days.

- Mateusz (9/5): Było bardzo miło, lokalizacja była dogodna do zwiedzania miasta. - Apartament był przytulny i czysty. Trzeba wziąć pod uwagę, że mając okna na stronę deptaka będzie bardzo głośno. Od godzin wieczornych do rana jest tam jedna wielka impreza.

Misafir satın alana kadar idare edecek kadar vardır ya da her zaman yenilenerek bulundurulur. Burada yoktu. Çatal bıçak 2 adet, tabak yok, yıkamak için deterjan yok. El sabunuyla yıkadım. Bardak yok, mutfak eşyası hiç yok. Ama mikrodalga fırın ve bulaşık makinası, bir de ocak ve kapsül kahve makinası var. Dünya saçması. Çalışanlar çok zarif fakat yardımcı olmaya çalışmıyor kimse. Klimanın sıcaklığını ayarlayamadılar, binadaki ana ayardan değiştirmediler çok sıcak olduğunu söylememize rağmen. Sıcaktan uyuyamadık. Arkadaşım koktukta yatmak istedi, maalesef başka yatak yok dediler. Bir çarşaf, bir yastık bir yorgan vermeyi önermek zor olmamalı. Sistem çok iyi kurulmuş, güvenli ve temiz. Çok da şık. Fakat misafirler misafirperver buldukları yerlere yeniden giderler. Size önerim biraz çözüm odaklı olmanız ve müşteri memnuniyetine önem vermeniz.

L arrivée sans accueil personnel, et solution pour garer la voiture. C'est uniquement le lendemain en allant à l office du tourisme que nous avons trouvé une solution acceptable pour notre voiture.

- MARIA (3/5): - La ubicacion Lo único rescatable es la ubicación. El apartamento es minúsculo, una verdadera caja de cerillas donde tres personas y un perro apenas podíamos movernos. Además, el suplemento por mascota es totalmente desproporcionado: pretenden justificar un precio altísimo solo por poner un par de cuencos y una cama de tamaño miniatura. No compensa en absoluto por el espacio y el precio.

- Irina (9/5): Abbiamo visitato le principali attrazioni di Bilbao in 4 giorni. È stato fantastico avere questo appartamento, avremmo p - L'appartamento profuma di buono ed è ben attrezzato. Posizione super centrale. L'area sotto all'appartamento è molto frequentata e spesso si sente la vita vivace dalla strada sottostante fino a circa le 1:30 di notte. Ottimo per chi ama star fuori fino a tardi. Le finestre sono ben isolate. Comodo anche il self-check-in, ha funzionato tutto perfettamente. Abbiamo apprezzato la piccola cucina, ma le padelle sono troppo grandi per cucinare sulle due piastre (sarebbe comodo averne una un po' più piccola).

- Claudia (1/5): Una tomadura de pelo - Alojamiento limpio El trato fue un horror. Reservamos parking con ellos, y ese mismo día nos avisan que ha habido un fallo y que se ha cancelado la reserva. Te tienes que buscar la vida para conseguir otro parking sobre la marcha, y pagando el total del parking, sin el descuento que en teoría de proponen. Una vergüenza la tomadura de pelo, incluso por parte del personal, que se lavan las manos…
- Sandra (1/5): Decepcionada - Le faltaba limpieza y lo de la cama en el suelo lo veo una barbaridad para el precio que cobraron. Lo reservé porque con anterioridad estuve y la cama era normal no como esta. Esta vez durmieron mis padres ya que yo realicé la reserva y me pareció vergonzoso que fuera una cama literal en el suelo. La cama en el suelo y polvo acumulado en la habitación.

Small detail: It would have been nice with some free coffee capsules available at arrival (it was offered to buy from the company and have them delived), or having a coffee machine.

- Marzena (7/5): Lokalizacja tak, ale pokój z normalnym łózkiem. - Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Pokój nowoczesny, wszystko nowe i pachnące. Czysto. Fajny salonik z wygodnymi fotelami i dużym telewizorem. Ekspres do kawy. Nie było miejsca na łóżko. Łózko było schowane w podeście. Żeby je rozłożyć trzeba było złożyć blat kuchenny, usunąć krzesełka. To było bardzo niewygodne. Codzienne składanie blatu, wysuwanie łóżka, wyjmowanie pościeli z szafy. Po rozłożeniu łóżka nie mozna bylo juz z tej szafy korzystać. Nie było też suszarki do naczyń, więc ich mycie nie było komfortowe. NA pewno to nie jest pokój, w którym czujesz się świetnie, niestety. Dostajesz minimum. Dwie osoby, to dwa kubki, dwa talerze. Cztery wieszaki.

O edredon não estava nas melhores condições, estava roto e o lençol debaixo um pouco sujo. Na informação menciona máquina de lavar louça, mas na verdade , não existia. Muito importante, devia existir pelo menos uma vassoura ou um aspirador.

- Alejandro (8/5): Alojamiento muy bonito, cómodo y agradable - Su ubicación es muy buena, justo en el centro y con conexión muy cómoda con los medios de transporte. Además es muy bonito y todo se veía muy bien cuidado y organizado. Había muchas luces en el pasillo y de los equipos de seguridad de techo que por la noche podrían ser algo incómodos al perturbar la completa oscuridad. Por otro lado, las pareces que dan al pasillo son poco aislantes de ruido y era común escuchar a otros huéspedes andar, entrar en sus habitaciones o incluso hablar.
