Après mon premier commentaire, le propriétaire est venu, le robinet de gaz était fermé ! Faut le savoir, ça n'est pas indiqué !) Pas de gaz pour chauffer la nourriture, pas d'eau chaude (j'ai laissé couler 5 minutes, toujours aussi glacée, n'espérez pas prendre de douche !). Au même prix qu'un appartement confortable, faut oser ! (l'eau chaude a fini par arriver. Faut vraiment laisser couler LONGTEMPS... et chaque fois que vous voulez de l'eau chaude, faut attendre, attendre,.... Très écologique ! Mais l'eau et l'énergie ne sont pas une préoccupation en Islande !)

Bagno diviso solo da una tenda (era meglio una porta a soffietto). Cucina piccola, fornita di piatti e posate ma non ha lavello. Occorre usare quello del bagno che però è molto piccolo. Poco spazio per appoggiare la valigie, potrebbe essere utile un porta valigie.

• Vanesa (9/5): Sencillo y básico, pero cuidado, con mucho detalle y recomendable - Todo el alojamiento estaba muy limpio, muy cuidado y con mucho detalle. Nos dejaron un brick de leche, dos refrescos, y chocolatinas y una botella de agua en el frigo. Se agradece. Se aparca en la puerta, y tiene un espacio verde exterior muy agradable, así como una mesa con sillas en el porche. Además cuenta con vasos, platos, cubiertos, papel de cocina... Y dos toallas, que personalmente me parece algo muy útil porque puedo usar una para el pelo. Está a unos 4km de Selfoss, donde hay supermercado. Todo estaba fenomenal. Echamos de menos un microondas. Con eso hubiera sido ya perfecto el alojamiento, porque da la posibilidad de calentar algo para cenar. Se comparte el espacio exterior con la caravana que hay en el mismo recinto, ya que comparten el espacio verde. La ventana del baño da a la caravana vecina.

The camper was fantastic and had everything we could have possibly needed—and then some. It provided us with peace, cleanliness, and cosy comfort, making our holiday absolutely perfect. We had a lovely selection of teas to choose from, as well as coffee. When we discovered a small package of milk in the fridge—just the right amount for our coffee—it was a real delight. A huge thank you to Ramune for the incredible service! This was by far the best accommodation we enjoyed during our time in Iceland.

• An (10/5): - Hartelijke verwelkoming ( drankje en koekje!) op een rustig plekje dicht bij winkels en bushalte (allebei op 2 km afstand). Alles wat we konden wensen was aanwezig. Zeer goede bedden en donsdekens. Warme douche. De eigenaar nam tijdens ons verblijf van 3 nachten tussendoor contact op om te vragen of alles naar wens was (en dat was het zeker!). Zeer goede uitvalsbasis voor de Westmaneilanden en Hveragerdi. Niets!

• Dolores (10/5): Excepcional la camper, el lugar y la ubicación - Estuvimos dos noches desde las que hicimos el circulo dorado y un tour en español a las Tierras de Landmannalaugar: una zona que merece la pena invertir un día y visitar, los paisajes son únicos y de la parte sur no los vimos igual en ningún otro sitio. La Camper excepcional, superó todas nuestras expectativas, en un lugar muy tranquilo, con zona de jardín. A la camper no le faltaba ningún detalle, sumamente acogedora y confortable. Muy limpia y se le notaba todo muy nuevo. En la cocina había todo lo necesario incluso para poder cocinar: sal, azúcar, café, te y refrescos y chocolate como detalles de bienvenida. Nos atendió el dueño con una gran amabilidad. 100% recomendable si hacéis la costa Sur de Islandia.

El dueño respondía rapidamente cualquier duda, incluso por whatsApp El agua caliente tardaba mucho en salir, para los platos siempre terminabamos usando agua fria... se echa de menos algo para dejar platos / vasos a escurrir. Como llovía, no pudimos salir al exterior y la caravana resultaba pequeña para estar, con el equipaje por medio (no lo vas a deshacer para tan poco tiempo)... Al ser caravana, se oye mucho la lluvia

• Lucy (10/5): Excellent experience staying in a luxurious campervan - This place is a gem. The owner, Remune, is super kind, helpful and friendly. We felt very welcome. Communication was very easy and prompt. The campervan is super clean and comfortable and very well designed with lots of space. Despite being a camper van, it has everything we need. . We love that we could experience staying in such a luxurious campervan. Beds are comfortable and we slept very well. Windows are brilliant - they open easily to let in fresh air which enable us to control the temperature of our rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with a full size fridge and amenities to enable us to cook our meals easily. There are condiments and choices of hot drinks and we appreciate the coke and chocolate left for us. Coffee is great. We love the beautiful, quiet and peaceful rustic surrounding and yet we were only a short drive to Bonus and Krónan supermarkets. Check in and check out were super easy. Nothing

The accommodation is very well maintained and super clean, there is everything you may need. Er waren buiten ons geen andere logeerders en mochten zelf een plekje kiezen. We mochten zelfs beide accomodaties gebruiken als we wilden! We kozen uiteindelijk voor de caravan en deze was TOP onderhouden! Dit vond ik zelf een van de leukste verblijven in Ijsland. Ook een zeer warm welkom door de host die alles uitlegde! /

• iain (10/5): Picture just outside of caravan/apartment. No fancy tours - The area was about 3 minutes outside of Selfoss by car, that the caravan is situated. It he good part to that is no artificial light to spoil aurora if I t is going to happen. If I was going to be really picky, I am a light sleeper so wind or rain noise in a caravan. Nothing I could not get over with. This is not a fault of the owners, do do not hold them responsible. It is me who is the light sleeper.

It is not just a place to stay, it’s not another hotel room, it is the experience of sleeping in a home with wheels. 11/10. We will repeat. It is not in the town center but this is also an advantage: not having noises around allowed us to rest properly.
