• Arturo Rafael (4/5): - Not recommended if you have heavy luggage or traveling with elderly people. They need to tell with more anticipation that there is no elevator and will not be for a long period. It is in the 4th level of an old building, equivalent to climbing to the 6th floor of a new building. They sent me a message telling that there were works in the elevator, without enough anticipation, giving me close to cero chances to look for other places in the city. Also "works in the elevator" means no elevator at all, stairs cut in half and handrails replaced by construction material.
• LUCA (9/5): Soggiorno bellissimo, Super - Stanza molto bella e pulita, posizione invidiabile. La signora delle pulizie Dora il TOP, da 10. Signora molto garbata, gentile e premurosa con il cliente, una signora che sa fare il suo mestiere con professionalità. Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti ed abbiamo chiesto una pulizia a metà periodo e la titolare ci ha chiesto 20 euro aggiuntivi. Alla fine non abbiamo accettato il pagamento ritenendolo non corretto. Anche perchè visto il disagio dei lavori di manutenzione che rendeva inaccessibile l'ascensore, questo servizio poteva essere fornito a titolo di compensazione del disagio ricevuto e non segnalato al momento della prenotazione. Evidentemente la titolare non ha l'esperienza della signora Dora...... Peccato, ma pazienza è andato benissimo anche così......

• Michèle (5/5): Julia la gérante a fait la sourde oreille, elle ne m’a plus répondu .Laissant la femme de ménage se débrouiller avec les - L emplacement de l’immeuble dans le centre de la ville. J’ai été très déçue ayant séjourné l’an dernier dans un des appartements appartenant à Global central suites au même étage. En effet, c’est une fois la réservation confirmée que la gérante m’a dit que l’ascenseur était en maintenance . Or, c’est faux, il a été supprimé complètement laissant la place à un trou béant et un chantier avec réduction de l’escalier sur le côté pour monter au 4 e étage.
• Giulia (8/5): Piacevole e comodo. - Stanza molto spaziosa e luminosa, letto comodo, tv grande, bagno molto bello e grande, molta privacy. Bello il salottino d’entrata comune con lo specchio. Centralissimo. Una piacevole sorpresa è stata la kettle con vari the e macchinetta del caffè così come qualche brioche. Inoltre tutta la struttura era molto pulita. Non c’era l’ ascensore e il posto si trova al quarto piano e la scala si affacciava sul cantiere dell’ascensore. La scala era pericolante e tagliata a metà strada quindi molto stretta e scomoda per le valigie. Inoltre per le rampe dell’ultimo piano non c’era nemmeno il corrimano. Inoltre una delle due persiane del balcone non si poteva chiudere perché incastrata dietro a un mobiletto inchiodato in balcone, quindi al mattino entrava molta luce. Da prevedere qualche schiamazzo notturno vista la posizione centrale.
• Chloé (9/5): Formidable - Appartement jolie et pratique. Situé idéalement au cœur de San Remo, tout était à proximité! Le logement était formidable. L’ascenseur est en construction. Il y a donc un gros chantier dans l’immeuble, bien que peu pratique, nous avons tout de même été tenu au courant à l’avance.

• Monica (9/5): Quaint little gem in the center of town, right by the Ariston Theater - Facility is very quaint nice and clean with nicely decorated room, wonderful shower, very centrally located. such a cute place. Host was very kind and responsive via WhatsApp. It is on the 4th floor and the elevator was out of order, not a big deal for us we don't mind stairs. We enjoyed our stay and would book it again. The only negative thing was the guests next door smoking (breaking the rule of the nonsmoking facility) and stinking the place otherwise everything was lovely.
• Federico (6/5): Super central but some issues - - Super central location - Very clean - Flexible checkin/out time - Host promptly available - Heating wasnt properly working despite several attempts through the host (and the second night I felt cold all night also because only one blanket is provided) - Given there are bars downstairs, some rooms (like mine) can be noisy till late. Also, there are some construction works starting early in the morning these days

• Phoebe (9/5): Apartment 3 was the perfect room for a couple’s short stay in Sanremo - Modern decor, comfy bed, couldn’t hear any neighbours, easy to access, clean, free water/snacks, coffee machine, overall a really great room Some attention to detail on the cleaning missed e.g. coffee machine, toothbrush holder

• Gregor (9/5): As central as it gets! - Great central location. Nice, renovated rooms, in an old building. Sticker had come off the main doorbell, which required an additional phone call. Resolved easily
