• Andreea (10/5): Perfect getaway to relax - It's a perfect getaway to relax. Now, 2 things I'd like to point out, to set the correct expectations: 1. Location - it's pretty isolated; you come here to relax. They will provide a free cab from and to airport and you will need a car to move around, if you want to move around. 2. Facilities: it's really a nature reserve. This means also that you blend in - in our bathroom there was no window => small fauna is expected in the bathroom. There is free water and even a restaurant at the location. No smoking throughout. Don't forget the insect repellent.

• ularym (9/5): Spokój, cisza I błogi odpoczynek - Ośrodek położony na uboczu w cichej i spokojnej okolicy. Nie ma tam luksusów, ale jest to miejsce gdzie można odpocząć. Pokój byl duży, łóżko wygodne, lodówka, dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Śniadania bardzo dobre w formie bufetu, a jak jest mało gości to do wyboru z karty. Ceny w restauracji do zaakceptowania, jedzenie dobre. Ośrodek otoczony ładną roślinnością, mangrowce i kwiaty. Basen dosyć spory z widokiem na zatokę, molo. Obsługa bardzo miła i uczynna. Hotel zapewnia bezpłatny transfer z i na lotnisko z czego skorzystaliśmy. Straszne ilości śmieci pod balkonem, które przynosi woda w czasie przypływu. Wiem, że nie jest to wina hotelu, ale mogliby te śmieci regularnie sprzątać podczas odpływu. Brak sprzątania pokoju, opróżniania kosza na śmieci i wymiany ręczników. Przy 3 dniowym pobycie powinno to być zrobione przynajmniej raz.

Deberian tener a la vista el dia de cierre y avisarlo antes de contratar.

С другой стороны расположение, ничего рядом нет. Чтобы поесть нормально надо либо сразу брать мопед в аренду, либо такси или трицикл. Но до них ещё дойти надо. Обратно тоже не все соглашаются, говорят клиентов там на возвращение нет, просят двойную цену.

• Silvia (6/5): Lovely pool area and garden - I liked the swimming pool, chill garden and surrounding out of the busy town, and the included breakfast. I had a bad experience because of Booking.com platform: due to an overbooking issue the Villa Deleuxe I had booked over two weeks before was taken from another guest, and so I could not stay in the accommodation I reserved. However, the staff was nice and gave us the chance to stay for free in another bedroom (inside a real boat), which was definitely not comparable to the bedroom we wanted, but a reasonable option. Booking has refunded completely, but still it was annoying because after a long trip (all day driving) we went to the remote area of Santa Monica, Puerto Princesa, only for the accommodation, and we could not find what we expected. Also, having spent some time finding a solution and discussing with the staff, we could not have dinner because after that, we found out the kitchen was closed. I gave positive points to this review because, despite all that happened, the bedroom was clean, the staff were nice, and they provided a solution, including breakfast for free, and the swimming pool area was also really nice.

• Carla (9/5): A relaxing stay - We enjoyed our stay! The place offers a relaxing atmosphere with a dining area that is open all day. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. We booked all our tours and transportation through them and enjoyed the firefly watching and underground river tour. The room was spacious and clean and there is a small porch if you want to relax outside. Good value for money also some cute dogs and a squirrel living on the property. Thank you for a great stay! The property is some distance from the main area, so either relax at the property or take some tuk-tuks when going out.
• Julia (7/5): Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt mit 2 Nächten und dem angebotenen Shuttleservice sowie dem Frühstück für den Preis sehr - Es gab einen Shuttle, der uns vom Flughafen abholte und auch wieder hinbrachte. Das Personal war sehr nett und die Anlage auch, wobei diese schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Lage ist nicht optimal, aber das ist bei der Buchung schon bekannt.

• Howard (3/5): remote location, badly maintained, stay in puerto princesa - breakfast buffet was bland, sugared chicken, egg or pancakes, syrup, american pancakes, sausages, no salt / pepper / sauces, maybe catering to americans, not for vegetarians, though always bananas and melon or papaya. nice pier into the estuary for cooling sea breezes, quiet but noisy if adjacent rooms had air conditioning no drinking water provided unless you took warer from the eating area but no bottle or glasses provided, broken air conditioning filter and badly needed servicing (i now have a bacterial chest infection from the resulting dust), no real WIFI except in eating area i.e. do not rely on it in rooms, pool unmaintained, room had low warer pressure, shower a feeble dribble, toilet did not flush most of time, large gaps under door and mesh windows for mosquitoes to get in, room only cleaned once (reluctantly) in 2 weeks, so take your own toilet paper! swimming pool not obviously maintained (did not see filtration equipment used in 2 weeks)

• Aletta (8/5): Relaxed in nature - Beautiful and quiet spot outside Puerto Princesa. The swimming pool is gorgeous just bordering the bay. They also have kayaks to explore the mangroves, but you need high ride to get out. Breakfast is okay, with fruits, omelet or pancakes and rice with meat and egg. You can pleasantly have a walk in the neighbourhood.or to the nearby boatrestaurant which serves very good food! A ride into town is about 10 minutes. Rooms in the villa are spacious with 2 double beds, Matresses are good but the rooms lack some comfort like a nice sitting and some more daylight. Service in the restaurant was very slow and on Tuesday they were suddenly closed for diner without any notice.

• Tomasz (8/5): Hotel na odludziu dość blisko lotniska - Ładnie położony hotel, nie najgorsze pokoje Na miejscu okazało się że hotelowa restauracja jest nieczynna, o czym w czasie rezerwacji hotel nie informował. Dostaliśmy gorszy pokoj niż rezerwowaliśmy, personel obiecał rekompensatę ale nic takiego nie miało miejsca. Dość słabe śniadania
• Gor (10/5): Wonderful place with helpful staff and serene scenary. - A unique location on the shore of a quiet bay. There is a pleasant swimming pool. You can go canoeing. You can dine right on the platform surrounded by the bay. The villa is quite large and has a bathtub. The staff is very attentive and helpful. It is very easy to get to the city center by ordering a tricycle or motorcycle taxi. Transfers from and to the airport are free. There is no civilization around, everything is very quiet. If you want to spend a few romantic days, read books, or think about your life, this is a wonderful place. If you want to party, a motorcycle taxi will take you to Rizal Street in 10 minutes. You should understand that there is free Wi-Fi (but it works intermittently), but it is ONLY available in the restaurant, not in the rooms. What's more, mobile internet doesn't reach there either.

The staff is really helpful (namely Bhrenz), she sent me “guide” to Puerto Princesa (which obtained all kind of activities - nature, tours, restaurants, caffees), also communication is exceptional. They provide me transport from and to airport. The villa was clean, spacious. Facilities (ac and refrigerator were silent). You can also swim in outside swimming pool. Breakfast changes day to day, offering coffee, rice, eggs (every day on other style), sausages, pancakes and sometimes fish. The restaurant also offer food but I have only cold beverages. Place (it’s not that far from center) but I recommend rent a motorbike near airport for trips. Recommend to buy anti mosquito spray.

• lee (7/5): Fantastic place, beautiful setting, exception VFM, fabulous breakfast and wonderful staff. - We had a shuttle pick up included in the price, excellent value for money with a fantastic breakfast also included. The staff were hospitable, welcoming and very kind to us when dealing with a difficult task we were facing, thank you so much John and Ling-ay xx Nothing and brilliant stop then far from the airport to head to El Nido.
• Khan (10/5): No.1 Hospitality..💝 - The place, the vibe.. its not so much luxary but its more beautiful and the hospitality is amazing. The staff specially Ms Devine 🫰if am not wrong in her name.. She and other front dest Lady.. they treet me beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this place. 🩵💙🧡💛🫰

• David (10/5): It was my base stay for 2 days, the guy in reception was very helpfull regarding all questions. Good value for money. - The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Very peaceful location in nature. Room was clean. Acc was working. Zero insects in the room. Property is a bit outdated, but the value received for what I got I can't complain.
• Ellery (8/5): - Beautiful place, friendly staff - quiet and immersed in nature. Large rooms and clean bathroom - good hot shower. Bit far away from the rest of the city - but could be an advantage for the right person.

• Brigitte Heckenast (9/5): Komme gerne wieder, jedoch mit eigener Verpflegung oder Transportmittel - Die ruhige Lage mit Schwimmingpool und Jacuzzi anschließend dem Meer und trotzdem Nahe dem Flughafen. Die Zimmwr sehr gross und sauber und das Personal sehr nett. Der kostenlose Flughfentransport sowie das Angebot des SPA (Massage) war super. Die Zimmer sind zum Teil auf einem Schiff (siehe Foto) sehr komfortabel und gross eingerichtet. Komme gerne wieder. Die Situation mit dem anschließendem Restaurant. Fast keine Auswahl, vor allem als Vegetarier. Es gibt einen Lieferservice, das Essen ist jedoch "kalt" bis es hier ankommt.
• Jean-Paul (7/5): - Peut être un peu dure dans notre notation car nous avons annulé notre réservation une fois sur place car hôtel très loin de tout location de scooter cher et trajet en tuk tuk aussi car longue distance avec le centre. Mais nous étions sur place pour le jour de l’an et le restaurant était fermé le soir donc étant loin de tout pas possible de rester là bas.
• Molly (5/5): So much potential, but let down by various issues. - JM (one of the receptionists) was very kind and patient. He tried to help us as best he could with the issues that came up during our stay. We also appreciated the free airport transfers as the hotel is a way out of town. The air conditioning was strong. The room we booked on booking.com was entirely different to the one we received. I don’t think the suite with a separate bedroom/living room and hot tub even exists at the property so if you book, it is probably best to reach out to the hotel to double check what you are getting. We arrived late at night to no receptionist (despite informing them of our arrival time) but instead to a security guard who spoke no English, grunted at us and pointed at a book to fill in. He worked long hours but I really feel for customer experience there should be someone there who can properly help with issues that may arise. He then had to get JM who tried to sort an alternative but could only give us a 6 bedroom dorm room. The bathroom in this room was terrible with no closing window, no shower screen and no hot water. There was also no linen on the beds so we had to go back to request this. We were promised a better solution the next day but after leaving early for a trip (7:20am) and returning 7 hours later nothing had been sorted. We then had to chase it up again because JM was still waiting for managers approval. The managers should have been there with a solution ready to fix their issues. They are creating a tricky working environment for their staff by not being ready to assist with issues. Eventually JM assigned us an extra room which we appreciated. This hotel has so much potential - lovely grounds and decent amenities but is let down by small details (food at breakfast not being kept hot, no kettles available in the rooms or communal area, lack of ingredients eg milk in the bar, no shower curtains, staff with little customer service skills - aside from JM who everything seemed to fall on) and most of all, a terrible management team. You should know this when booking but the hotel is also a long way out of town. 600 pesos round trip for 2 people in a trike and about a 20 minute journey each way.
• Hariharan (5/5): It was good for a one night stay. If I had to stay for multiple night I won’t pick the place. - It was next to Marina Everything was run down.
